The importance of the emulator is that it emulates or immitates an android environment on your computer, making it super easy to install and run android apps from the comfort of your PC without buying a phone that runs android. Who says you cannot enjoy both worlds? To begin, you can download such an emulator app made by too top dogs in the space.
A. Nox App . OR
B. Bluestacks App .

2: Now Install the Software Emulator on your Windows PC

If you successfully downloaded the Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe, go to your Downloads folder on your computer or anywhere you ususally store downloaded files.
Once you have find it, click it to install the application. It should start the installation process on your PC.
Click Next to accept the EULA License agreement.
Follow the on screen directives in order to install the application.
If you do the above correctly, the Software will be successfully installed.

App Reviews

  • What’s the point??

With pizza in such high demand these days, along with the great quality & pricing Little Caesars offers, you would think the app would be efficient or helpful in any way for its customers. As I wait in line out the door in Dayton, TN (that still has 5 others in front of me before I can actually be inside the door of the location) I ponder to myself the genius thing of downloading the app! Every pizza place has the app to preorder & options to customize Domino’s, Pizza Hut, even Papa John’s!! After wastfully spending the 7 min of downloading & creating my account..FOR WHAT?!! It serves zero purpose!!!! I can’t pre-order, customize even place a darn order for inconvenient to have such a franchise that can’t keep up with the technology to provide these services to your loyal customers and provide much faster Service, being that you provide such a small area to wait for your order, no matter how fast the wait is the crowds can be unbearable. I truly hope that you can dedicate some time to make this franchise more valuable for yourself and you’re busy customers trying to feed their families. If you’re going to actually take the time to invent an app why do something so half grade make the app worthy of being able to be downloaded and used or don’t offer it at all.
  • Pointless - the store will give away your pre-paid order

    By eu4ik
5 out of the 6 times I’ve ordered via the app I’ve had to wait 10-20 minutes on my order, even though I arrive on time, and most importantly, HAVE ALREADY PAID! Every time I’ve ordered the same thing, an extra most bestest with crazy bread. Last night was the final straw, again I placed the order (which means they’ve taken my money already), arrived 2 minutes before the order was scheduled to be ready and had to wait 15 minutes as I saw walk-ins getting what I had preordered and prepaid for. Little Caesars is good cheap pizza but this app is annoying because the stores couldn’t care less about whether an order was placed. Little Caesars, you should pull this app from the App Store until you can get your stores aligned with the service your app lies to your customers about. I may be back to try it again but it’s a lot easier to just go somewhere else. How many customers will you get rid off with this app before you correct the problem? I’d love to come back and reevaluate this if customer service gets ahold of me to reassure this mess doesn’t keep happening. Looks like I’m not the only one, check out the other reviews.
  • 0 for 1 so far...

I was excited when I saw that I can order and pick it up with the app. Well, today I ordered the usual and on the app it says that it’s “Pizza Portal” ready. Well upon arrival, and I made it in time, the portal was not operational yet. My order was ready with a sticker on the pizzas. Well the 2 people in front of me ordered a cheese pizza each and the lady at the counter just gives it to them and even mentioned that they were pizzas awaiting pick up. Well I had to sit there for 10 minutes and wait for more pizzas to be made. Yes it was just starting to get busy, but what would the purpose be to order ahead if you’re not gonna get them when you arrive? Knowing that the pizzas that were for me went to other people was the worst of it all. Other than that, Ive never had a problem for all the years I’ve gone there. When the portal finally gets going and I get my pizza the second I get there, I’ll fix this review. Just being honest. Thanks
  • If we can’t call & order make your app functional

My local store is telling people they will no longer take phone orders and you can only order ahead with the app. Cause, you know, older people love using apps, so I’m sure half their clientele is happy about that! I’ve tried the app twice now and though my order goes through it’s a frustrating experience both times. Like when one order said it would take 16 minutes and when I tried to see if I could ask for an earlier time it immediately switched my 16 minute estimate to a set time which was 7 minutes later, and I couldn’t switch it back!! Or how they give you the option to customize the pizza by clicking on pictures of toppings but it wouldn’t load so I had to shut down and go back into the app. There is also NO security. You can just bring the app up, order a bunch of pizzas, and use the card on file without login, Touch ID or anything.

Yes, I actually read that monster document. I was curious and wary after seeing so many negative reviews. And when I got to Section 7, second paragraph I found this gem... “You acknowledge that the provision of customer support is at LCE’s sole discretion and that we have no obligation to provide you with customer support of any kind. We may provide you with customer support from time to time, at our sole discretion, and may pass your inquiries to our franchisee and/or corporate stores to respond to you.” They openly admit that they don’t owe you, the customer, anything. If something goes wrong, well tough. Maybe you’ll catch them on a good day in a good mood, but I wouldn’t hold my breath. I won’t be using this app and I strongly advise everyone else to stay far away from a company that cares so little about their customers that they blatantly state their attitude for anyone paying attention.
  • Don't download this app!!!

    By Supersil13
I downloaded this app just because I was feeling lazy and because as much as I like their deep dish pizza's, I do not enjoy waiting 30 minutes to have one made, even during hot and ready times! The app has you register like you'll be able to order using it, but doesn't even give you instructions (if it's hidden in the agreement -- think again if you think that's where to put it). Don't even bother selecting App support or feedback. Both links takes you right back to their website and if you choose the feedback choice, it asks you about your pizza order. The other link ask for all your personal info to send an email. Some support. How about a link on the website "how to use the app". Or better yet, include it in the drop down within the app. You need to fire your app developers if this is the best they can do!!
  • Where has this app been my whole life ?

    By dephtones69
I live in a small town where dominos and little Caesar’s are the only pizza places and dominos is the only one that delivers. We like going to little Caesar’s more than dominos but the wait time for the things we want is usually insane especially on a Saturday night. Downloaded the app and ordered a pizza and wings. I was notified the order was ready for pickup and went into the store , walked up to the number pad and took my food out of the tray and walked out. Meanwhile 15 people waiting to order looked at me all mad because I was in and out in 30 seconds. Love this app and now I’ll order little Caesar’s a lot more.
  • Options limited

I was really excited when I saw this! Finally, I can order my pizza a head of time. When you call my local shop, they always say that they have them ready, and half the time, they don't, or they're not looking too great. Didn't have any problems using the app. Found my store then ordered my pizza like most other places. I had 2 issues though that will keep me from using this app in the future unless they change it. 1) You can't order breadsticks without sauce. I don't use the sauce so I ended up paying for it and tossing it, which killed me. Hate wasting food, and money! 2) I'd rather pay at the store. I'd rather pay cash for my $8 or $9 transaction, not credit card.
  • Do they know what they are doing?

    By bhallnerd
The latest release of this app is politely put garbage. Per the installation it requires iOS 10.3.3 to install. Well, that is the Latest release of iOS released by Apple. I'm running this iOS but this this app will not install, instead it just gives the message that it requires the current release of iOS. If it actually requires the next official Apple release of iOS, then they shouldn't have put it out there for an update and they need to change the dialogue that says which minimum iOS version it requires. This app was a let down to begin with, but this is just one more reason I'm uninstalling the app with no intention of ever using it again. It has been a long time since I've seen an iOS app with as many bugs as I've seen in this one.
  • Love but...

    By Zekey815
So far the app has worked flawlessly. I need it for my two boys who are opposites and can never agree to an easy hot n ready. The only reason I took it down a star is because I would really like to see a pin feature or a password for final little ones use my phone on occasion and I would like to know that they can’t order a pizza on accident. For now I have to log in and out...a mild inconvenience but oh well. Also, I never order sauce with my bread sticks so having to purchase it is a deal breaker for the breadsticks. And lastly, I would love to be able to pay cash also...
