Using Shipt on your Windows computer is actually very easy but if you are new to this process, you will definitely need to pay attention to the steps listed below. This is because you will need to download and install a Desktop App emulator for your computer. We will help you download and install Shipt on your computer in 4 simple steps below:

1: Download an Andriod Software emulator for Windows

The importance of the emulator is that it emulates or immitates an android environment on your computer, making it super easy to install and run android apps from the comfort of your PC without buying a phone that runs android. Who says you cannot enjoy both worlds? To begin, you can download such an emulator app made by too top dogs in the space.
A. Nox App . OR
B. Bluestacks App .
Personally, I recommend the "B" option as Bluestacks is very popular so if you run into any trobles using it, you can find good solutions on Google or Bing (lol).

2: Now Install the Software Emulator on your Windows PC

If you successfully downloaded the Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe, go to your Downloads folder on your computer or anywhere you ususally store downloaded files.
Once you have find it, click it to install the application. It should start the installation process on your PC.
Click Next to accept the EULA License agreement.
Follow the on screen directives in order to install the application.
If you do the above correctly, the Software will be successfully installed.

3: How to Use Shipt for Windows PC - Windows 7/8 / 8.1 / 10

Now, open the Emulator application you have installed and locate the search bar. Now type Shipt in the search bar and hit Search. You will easily see the app. Click on Shipt application icon. A window of Shipt will open and it will display the app in your Emulator Software. Hit the Install button and your application will start downloading. Now we are all done.
Next, you will see the "All Apps" icon.
Click on it and it will take you to a page containing all your installed applications.
You should see the Shipt icon. Click on it and start using the application.

  • Not perfect, but gets the job done

    By SpockWB
I was excited when Shipt partnered with Meijer so we finally could get it in our area. I'm sort of a suburban hermit so this is great. My normal grocery list of about $80 worth of stuff came out to about $100. But considering the special requests I put in I felt that was fine. For me, an hour of my time is worth much more than that markup (not to mention gas use going to store, time driving , waiting inline, dealing with broken machines and the general public , etc). Also a lot of items were on sale. So it wasn't that terrible. The first shipt order's shopper totally goofed up. He wasn't telling me straight but I think his phone battery ran out. Shipt handled it nicely and gave me a beefy credit on my order. The next shopper grabbed it and handled it right away. I will say, they should but a more conservative time window though. Both shoppers hadn't even STARTED shopping at the time of the delivery window. I would recommend only using this when you are home for the day and if it takes 3 hours instead of 1, no harm would be done. This is not good for when you need an extra cup of sugar for an already-in-progress meal prep. I found telling the shopper don't rush and I'm home whenever leads to a less error prone order. Whoever is developing the iOS app though, is not a professional developer , the barcode scan NEVER works. Why can't it enable the camera like every other app can, it makes me do it myself? And it's horribly slow.
  • The Best Customer Service!!!!

    By Dulcejazz
This service is a must for me as I am handicapped and can’t see well enough to drive and go do my own shopping. I ride a bus many times and can’t carry lots of items. Even though the service cost more than if I went shopping on my own the shoppers are most the time very friendly and great communicators. The system is set up to work very well. And on the occasional times that I have problems with a shopper or wrong items customer service is always friendly and very willing to help and fix it. I have eventually gotten everything straightened out on the occasional problem.I wish other companies were set up so well oiled, streamlined, and with such friendly shoppers and customer service people. Whoever owns this company is doing it right. Please don’t change anything in customer service unless you really make it better. I would like to suggest a few changes in the way the receipts are done. My only complaint is that I can’t see what I ordered once the receipt comes out. I wish you would change that. As the app forces me to tip and write the shop or before I have had a chance to compare what I ordered with the receipt along with the items that showed up at my house. Everything else is wonderful! I highly recommend this service and I am very hard to please.
  • I will never grocery shop for myself again!

    By Anamarluvsaiden
This service and app have been truly life changing! I add items to my cart as I see the need, and once or twice a week I will literally lay in bed at night scheduling my grocery delivery for the following day. Before the kids are out of bed, without leaving the house and the inevitable: finding socks and/or shoes, turning off the tv/lights/stove/flat iron/vibrator, making sure every has gone pee, “Mama I hungeee”, “Ma! Where’s my DS?!”; “can we go to Chick fil A??” Grocery shopping. DONE. Without any of...THAT. For my fellow Pinterest junkies, recreating (ATTEMPTING to recreate, lesbe honest) Pinterest recipes has never been easier! Any ingredients you’re missing, just type into search bar and add to cart. Voila! No more scavenger hunt down the aisles looking for items you’ve never heard of (unsalted butter? But why though?). The ONE time my shopper was delayed (and she was REALLY delayed tbh, I think the delivery window was between 8:00-9:00pm and at 10:30 she was still texting me with questions?!) I contacted customer support, and in a matter of seconds they rescheduled for the following morning AND gave me a $25 CREDIT applied to that same order! The service is great, the shoppers are great, customer service is great - can’t say enough good things about Shipt.
  • Happy shopper at home...

    By Foxythinker
I have used Shipt 3 times and love it. It is not without a couple kinks but customer service is excellent. My first 2 orders were perfect but my order today needed some TLC. I’m not sure if my shopper was new but I placed order yesterday and in my delivery time frame they texted and said running late and hadn’t even shopped yet which usually is not a problem but since I had company it was this time. So I cancelled the order and had to go to the store with people arriving in 45 minutes which I still had to cook. Customer service called and apologized sincerely and gave me a credit for trouble which was very surprising but appreciated. I reordered what I still needed last night for delivery this morning. I received a text about 2.5 hours before delivery was to happen. The order arrived within time frame but frozen vegetables and ice were not frozen (very watery), hot dog rolls smashed and wrong items. Every other shopper had cold and frozen items in cold bags and these were not. This will not stop me from ordering again but hope that this shopper improves service. I have said for years that I wished we could have everyday items delivered since we all have such busy lifestyles. I will continue to recommend.
  • Easy to use, harder to save.

    By MissFunction
I love this app and how simple it is to use. I’ve had great communication with all but my first Shipt shopper. I especially enjoy the “special requests” option, as I recently needed some flip flops and clothing isn’t a shopping option. I can also request movies or media, which is helpful. I hate running all the way out to my target to pick up one thing. My biggest beef with Shipt is the inability for shoppers to use coupons or Cartwheel. Cartwheel is supposed to be for any user, unlike the REDcard, which is specific to one user. You don’t rack up rewards or anything, you just save. Unfortunately, my recent shopper said she was not allowed to use coupons. For a cost conscious buyer, that’s a bit annoying. While this isn’t really an app issue, the service is part of the product and really needs to be fixed. If I’m paying for this service, you better believe I want to get as many savings as possible. Otherwise, love the sleek design and easy to navigate app. Here is hoping that some more functions (like the ability to earn gift cards through purchases) will be added in the future.
  • Love it!!

This service is been one of the best decisions I’ve made. The app is easy to navigate and find what you need, and if you don’t find it the special request option take care of that. The only thing that I would like to see that I haven’t seen is the option to remove an item from the buy again page. If there’s a way to do that, I haven’t found it yet. Otherwise very easy, have had no problems and would highly recommend this app and the service to anybody who might be considering it. The ap also allows you to leave notes for each item in case something is not available when the a shopper is shopping your list. You have the option to tell them to use their best judgment or to contact you with questions and anytime that has been an issue for me, I have had excellent communication with them. There’s also been no errors. Sometimes what the app has is not available in the store but that’s when you can talk with them about a substitution if you want.
  • This service is extremely helpful, app needs a little tweaking for accessibility. Users

    By wharf Rat Pete
I am blind and this app is extremely helpful. The service is excellent all of my shipt shoppers have been outstanding. I appreciate that for the developers it is not easy keeping up with Apple upgrades and adjustments. I always try to run the latest iOS version and I expect there Will be some lag time for the developers to catch up. But there are some voiceover bugs that have been around a while and need to be addressed. Overall VO should be monitored on a regular basis. Some of the buttons are not named/Labeled and often voice over gets stuck on certain pages. The two finger Z-Swipe screen gesture does not take you back to the previous page. And sometimes when trying to scroll the app freezes or goes back to a search page for some reason? Also voice over doesn’t work on the rate your shopper and tip page. This is extremely frustrating because they do such a great job and I hate not being able to acknowledge and tip them for their service.
  • Totally Awesome!

    By TunerChick
No time? No energy? Car in the shop? Backache? Several little ones to feed? Out of the everything? How about, all of the above? Believe me, my shopping bill was over $500!!! I was desperate to go shopping, but I was stuck! To make matters worse, it was Sunday afternoon, and Walmart Grocery’s earliest pick up appointment, was a whole day away...and I didn’t find that out until I was checking out! Boy... talk about bummed out! But in actuality, it turned out to be a blessing! That was my situation, so I went on a hunt to find a delivery service that could help. Alas with Shipt, it was all NO PROBLEM!!! Of-course I thought it sounded to good to be true, but it was everything it claimed to be! My cares and worries were gone in a flash! My personal shopper Melissa rocked! She was professional, courteous, and her communication throughout my shopping experience was stellar! She picked out all my food perfectly and delivered them right on time, and right on the money! I will definitely be using Shipt again! Thanks so much for saving the day!
  • Dear Shipt Shoppers

    By Mitcheymjtch 96
The way Shipt handles deactivation is unprofessional. Usually an employer, will issue warnings or at least alert their employee that if they repeat/ fail to do an action, they may possibly face termination. Shipt did not reach out to me prior to deactivating my account to forewarn me that if I did not complete a TRAINING, in an allotted time that I would be deactivated. Honestly I feel as if this was used as an excuse to take me off of the platform. Who terminates employment over a training ??? It was way too convenient for them to deactivate me seeing that they are literally always hiring. Also,in the email received by Jacob Little (Shopper coach) he claimed that Shipt tried to reach me multiple times. They did not. I was sent one email. If there is a trouble with a customers order, Shipt will quickly call the current shopper for that order. I would assume Shipt would try all possible avenues to reach a shopper if they are at risk of being deactivated from the platform. I would sincerely suggest that Shipt forewarns their shoppers of possible repercussions. Here’s to hoping that future shoppers receive the proper notifications and are treated fairly.
  • App keeps improving

    By Raithwater
When I first downloaded the app to my iPhone 5S it would not register when I clicked to add an item. That problem seems to be fixed now. When I signed up it wasn't made very clear to me that every item I purchased included an upcharge by Shipt. I thought once I paid for a year that would be my only charge. I like using the app because our family has food allergies and we have to go to three different stores to get everything we need. This saves me one trip. I hope they add a feature that lets you read the ingredients on the back of the package. I have accidentally bought food that contained our allergens because I have no way to read the ingredients while shopping. I have wasted a lot of money this way. I have to just keep ordering the food I know already that we can eat. I hope Whole Foods starts using Shipt because that is a 20 minute drive for me and would really save me time.
