This is because you will need to download and install a Desktop App emulator for your computer. We will help you download and install JoyRun on your computer in 4 simple steps below:

The importance of the emulator is that it emulates or immitates an android environment on your computer, making it super easy to install and run android apps from the comfort of your PC without buying a phone that runs android. Who says you cannot enjoy both worlds? To begin, you can download such an emulator app made by too top dogs in the space.
A. Nox App . OR
B. Bluestacks App .
Personally, I recommend the "B" option as Bluestacks is very popular so if you run into any trobles using it, you can find good solutions on Google or Bing (lol).

2: Now Install the Software Emulator on your Windows PC

If you successfully downloaded the Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe, go to your Downloads folder on your computer or anywhere you ususally store downloaded files.
Once you have find it, click it to install the application. It should start the installation process on your PC.
Click Next to accept the EULA License agreement.
Follow the on screen directives in order to install the application.
If you do the above correctly, the Software will be successfully installed.

3: How to Use JoyRun for Windows PC - Windows 7/8 / 8.1 / 10

Now, open the Emulator application you have installed and locate the search bar. Now type JoyRun in the search bar and hit Search. You will easily see the app. Click on JoyRun application icon. A window of JoyRun will open and it will display the app in your Emulator Software. Hit the Install button and your application will start downloading. Now we are all done.

This app is a great concept. I love that it allows anyone on campus to both order and deliver food. But, the app has a lot of room for improvement. Making money on the app takes a very long time. If you front $10 for an order and only make $13, you see a very tiny profit about a week later, which isn't great if you don't have a lot of money to front in the first place. Secondly, instead of paying you in one payment, they pay you in multiple small ones which makes things confusing. Lastly, although I always get a response from costumer service, I rarely get a helpful one. My first problem was resolved after over two weeks of back and forth messaging. My current problem has been answered by 3 different people, none of which are able to answer my question or point me to someone who does. It's very frustrating. In the end, this app has potential. But they have a lot of work do to.
  • Very janky notifications and messaging system and also why give $5 option for delivery

    By finglaowbr
First of all, I want to say I love the idea of delivery application. I was talking to my friends saying this would be great. And it can be great if they can fix some things. First of all, I have been using this app for quite a while and they haven’t fixed the messaging and update system. You do get the notification on the top pf the screen but when you go to the app to see the message, sometimes it doesn’t show the new messages for quite a while until you forcibly close the app and then re log on. Secondly, I think letting the deliverers choose the price of the delivery isn’t good. For the most part, most people choose $5 for delivery fee, which is pretty absurd when you look at other places that deliver to your door for much less, wheres this is $5 to pick up the delivery outside. Kind of ironic.
  • Love it!!!!

    By TeamAlice1
I love this app!!!! As a freshman in college I have a car and whenever I want some extra cash I just pull up the app and drive. It’s two of my favorite things: driving, and making money(and jamming out to my music while driving). It is very convenient. I do however think us as runners should have to upload a picture of our cars so the customers know which one is us. But other than that I think it is great. I just always make sure I let others know where I am and my estimated time so they don’t just wait around, if the app could tell the customers this I think it would be even better.
  • Great concept, terrible design

This app is garbage. I don’t care what anyone else says because my husband and my friends have it too and it has the same problems for them. This isn’t just my single personal experience. It is so glitchy and constantly won’t even let me open the app, cancels my orders by signing me out, etc. Once you have an order that has been picked up and the runner messages you, there’s no way to open the chat other than by scrolling through the newsfeed and finding your order, which can be tough because there could be several other orders in front of it. The concept is amazing and the runners in my area are great but the design team really failed on this app. I’m surprised they released it with this many problems. I’ll continue to use it because of the service but I hate how hard it is to use!
  • Best for College Students

    By parkerbryant1223
I started using this app to make some extra money and it has been one of the biggest investments of my time. I’ve been able to keep my funds afloat while I’m at college which is why every college student should get this app. It is very easy to use and communication with buyers (or runners) is smooth. I’ve never had a problem with a buyer or a runner with my time using it so it is very safe as well. The idea of it is perfect and the execution is even better. It’s a must have for college students in my opinion.
  • Great App!

    By uiuc20
I’ve been using this app for about 4 months now and I absolutely love it! It’s waay cheaper than all the other food delivery services, I like the fact that it’s a student ran device, and I love the fact that I’m able to make money through the app as well. I’ve been able to make a significant amount of money since I’ve been using the app & the best part is I get to choose my own schedule. It’s a great fit for college students in every aspect & I 100% recommend it!!
  • Great app, some major navigation flaws

    By FeegzLove
It would be nice for runners if you could swipe through pages labeled "requests", "runs", and "orders delivered". If you don't tap a request as soon as it scrolls across your notifications, then it takes forever to find the request in a sea of mixed runs and requests. There was a nice visual update but no changes in navigation or added functionality. Purely cosmetic. Also, requesters should be able to request from runs already up easily. Too many people request new runs for restaurants that already have runs up waiting to be filled.
  • I can’t put it down

    By Galleriaof
This app is a beautiful app. Want Taco Bell? Order and it will be there normally within the hour. McDonalds? Done. Jack in the Box? Be there in 30. Absolutely a life saver for when the diner closes! Also it’s amazing what time these runners are up at. 3am and craving something? There is always a runner ready! Nothing bad to say other then the notifications come in late sometimes. I’ll blame that on my phone though! Love the app, keep doing what you’re doing!
  • Perfect for college students

This app has changed my life. it allows me to run food to people around campus and make money on my own time! the bonuses make it more exciting and help me earn more money. It’s also great for when i’m studying or don’t want to leave my bed!! other runners can bring food to my house so i can avoid lines! payment method is super easy and i love that i get paid the same/ next day! very convenient & brilliant app
  • terrible customer support

    By Karenisosm
If I were able to, I’d give this app less than a star. Customer support will not help you at all if your runner is terrible - I had the same runner for the first two runs and both experiences were awful. The first time, I waited over an hour only for the runner to tell me that the store closed by then. The second time, I waited two hours and a half for my order. When I contacted customer support, policy was that you won’t be reimbursed if you receive the food - it doesn’t matter if your food is hours late. If you can, stick to Ubereats or some app where they actually care about the happiness of customers.
