Now, open the Emulator application you have installed and locate the search bar. Now type Vivid Seats – Tickets in the search bar and hit Search. You will easily see the app. Click on Vivid Seats – Tickets application icon. A window of Vivid Seats – Tickets will open and it will display the app in your Emulator Software. Hit the Install button and your application will start downloading. Now we are all done.
Next, you will see the "All Apps" icon.
Click on it and it will take you to a page containing all your installed applications.

    HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE. Oh and did I mention, HORRIBLE. The company is a joke. The customer service deserves negative stars. I wouldn’t even give one star but I had to. I was surprising my husband with Eagles Vs. Cowboys tickets at Lincoln Financial field for his birthday and he’s never been there since we are Tennessee residents but are huge Eagles fans. So I get on this website and purchase 4 tickets for (what I thought) was Cowboys vs. Eagles tickets for November 11th. Well I actually bought tickets for the Eagles vs. NY Giants for OCTOBER 11th. Well literally not even 30 seconds after I had ordered these tickets, mind you they were $560( WHICH IS A LOT OF MONEY FOR ME ), I had realized this mistake and chatted them on their live chat right away and begged them to change the tickets or give me my money back. I BEGGED. But as anyone who does business with this site knows they do not do refunds or exchanges but by God they do have a spot where you can sell your tickets you don’t want! Isn’t that fantastic? (Please note my heavy sarcasm) So here I am in TENNESSEE trying to sell tickets for a game in NEW YORK. Wish me luck because this dumb site just cost me $560. Oh and if you have a problem don’t bother calling them you’ll just get the same rehearsed answer for your problem and be on hold for 15 + minutes. DO NOT USE THIS SITE. EVER. That is all.
  • Deceitful practices, awful customer service.

    I bought $475 tickets to a concert in May. I was “guaranteed” the tickets I bought in section 105 directly in front of the stage. Vivid Seats makes a point to offer 100% buyer guaranteed tickets, however lists in fine print that your guaranteed seat can be anything “comparable”. I received my tickets the day of the event, 4 months after buying them, in section 118 directly BEHIND the stage. I contacted customer service immediately and was told the seats were equivalent and I should’ve read the fine print. The representative essentially admitted that the tickets were much worse than the ones I paid for (the ones that were “guaranteed”), but that they couldn’t be held liable for it and would not do anything to mediate their part in the deceit. I never would have paid that amount of money for poor seats. This was a birthday gift for my boyfriend and I spent the first hour of the concert being so upset that I couldn’t even enjoy it. Their competitors had comparable tickets listed that I could have easily gone with instead. I will never use Vivid Seats again.

    Bought tickets to the SEC basketball Tournament and after I ordered them I received an email saying that I would have to meet someone at a hotel across from the arena' which is fine, but then it said they were gonna give me a pre paid credit card with the tickets loaded on it and that the stadium would know how to handle it. When I called the customer service helpline it kept ringing until I finally got a message that said they were closed for the evening. When I emailed them I didn't get a response until 10 minutes before I had to pick up the tickets, by this time I had already bought tickets from stubhub, and they kept telling me that I was crazy for thinking that getting tickets on a pre paid credit card would be a problem. Just for fun I asked the people at the arena if they had heard of this method and the said they had not. Needless to say this company doesn't care if you have an issue and they are extremely shady. They might have some successful tickets sold but they still don't have a good vetting process.

    Bought instant download tickets that did not specify “standing room” in the description (for an event that had both seating and standing room). When I got the tickets, they had that disclosure on the actual tickets (but again, it wasn’t stated on the purchase description or confirmation prior to purchase). Vividseats policy for sellers states it must be disclosed. Vividseats 100% Buyer Guarantee policy states if the tickets were not accuractly described buyers are entitled to money back. Vividseats refused to honor policy and refused to refund. And, when I attempted to resell, they removed the listing because, even though I purchased the instant download through them, I could not sell it as instant download because I’m not a “large seller.” I could only sell as an email pdf, but they remove those listings same day. I was able to take the same tickets and list on Stubhub as instant download same day. Don’t trust Vividseats! Use Stubhub instead-they actually are super helpful and ethical. Buyers beware of Vividseats-they refuse to follow their own Buyer Guarantee. They should call it Vividseats Buyer SOL and screwed policy.

    Vivid Seats as a whole are very difficult and frustrating to work with. Their customer service is a joke and they never get back to you, after it takes forever to even find an email or phone number to contact them at because they are very adamant about just using their FAQ page. I have tried contacting them numerous times about a concert I purchased tickets to that was postponed. After the venue promised full refunds for the inconvenience, VS refuses to comply and says I must sell the tickets, which I can only do through their site. After figuring out how to list my tickets, I find out I am losing money because they charge a sellers fee. None of my emails have been returned and they refuse to work with me or even help me out. Not to mention I can’t even go to the concert on the rescheduled date because it’s the same exact day as another concert which I purchased the tickets for THROUGH THEIR APP. I have left detailed emails and messages about this with nothing in return. DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY! ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY AND ARE NO HELP AT ALL!
  • 7 hours before my event and no hope

    Currently it is 7 hours before my event and I have absolutely NO hope. I was impressed at first because when I purchased my ticket (ps I should mention that I got the insurance as well), they said that someone else had already purchased that ticket and so they had called and upgraded my seat. I kept waiting for my ticket to arrive. My tickets never arrived from the seller and the app said they delivered my tickets. I called them about it and customer service just kept acting like I was the stupidest person they have ever spoken to. They said things like “did you check your email? Try typing in tickets in your search.” And when I mention that I did all of that, they were like “are you sure you can’t see it?” Now I’m 7 hours before my event and I still don’t have a ticket to the event. I have called customer service 5 times now. They have not promised me anything - such as a ticket or my money back. They say they are calling the seller but through a different company?! I dont know why this is happening but it’s a horrible thing to do a few hours before my concert. To add to this, every time I called them (the day of and day before) I sat on the phone for 40 or so minutes before someone answered. Their machine said that they prioritize their calls by concerts within 48 hours. If their lines are that busy, it makes me think that their slogan of “100% buyer guarantee” is somewhat wrong. I will be updating this review after the concert time.

    I purchased tickets to the Miami Dolphins home opener on Vivid Seats as a gift for my boyfriend on his 25th birthday. We are from Wisconsin, so we obviously traveled a long way for this game and were very excited about the opportunity. Once we arrived at the gates, passed through security, and went to scan our tickets, they wouldn’t scan. After multiple different tactics, INVALID TICKET continued to pop up on the screen. We were sent to the ticket booth to have this resolved, but all they could do was provide us with the number for the Vivid Seats Customer Service. After finally getting someone on the phone and them sending us new barcodes, the tickets still would not scan. The back and forth from the gate to the ticket booth back on the phone with VSCS lasted about an hour before one of the managers at the ticket counter felt so sorry for us that she let us in and encouraged us never to buy tickets from Vivid Seats again. She’s right, I will NEVER buy from Vivid Seats again.

    Vivid seats and stub hub are without a doubt the best places to buy tickets. Just bought 5 tickets for the Cal football game against Oregon. The website is great, give you the best deals available and you can sort ticket availability by price, best tickets available and best value. The customer service is also fantastic. Very similar to stubhub just found the prices in this instance a little better. The were significantly better than ticket master, the stadium box, seatgeet, and Barry’s tickets. There website and customer service is also much better than those sites. They also seem to have more tickets available for the event. Very happy with Vivid seats and give it a slight edge to stubhub although they are very good and a huge advantage over ever other ticket site.
  • Was worried for a minute

    I purchased tickets last night at 10 PM for an event today. When I woke up this morning and the tickets were still not in my email I got worried. So I called customer service and Rick was amazing!!! He reassured me that the seller would be in his office by 11 AM and that Rick would personally give him a call to make sure he sent them and then call me to make sure I received them! He really cared about my experience and helped calm my nerves! I pulled up 10 different ticket purchasing websites and after everyone's fees these were the cheapest by $12. I would recommend buying tickets further in advance but you can get them last minute if needed still, just make sure you have access to a printer day of the event.

    I spent the entire day on the phone the day of the concert trying get someone to help me with my tickets I had purchased over a month ago. Going back and forth between vivid and Ticketmaster. Finally, they said my tickets will be at will call to find out will call had only 9 of the 12 tickets I purchased. We spent over an hour at will call, missed part of the concert and finally just paid for the additional 3 tickets. The next two days I have been on hold, transferred, spending at least an hour or two on the phone to resolve my ticket issues and to get a refund on the 3 extra ticket I didn’t get and to be compensated for missing part of the concert. Be prepared to spend hours on the phone, on hold, transferred if you need help and really resolve nothing. I still don’t have it resolved. Someone from the Quality Control department is going to call me back today about my refund. Talk about customer service.
