Every time i try to log in it says connection error even if I’m on cellular or on WiFi and this has been going on for months now. But it is only the app ?! I can log in just fine on the website
  • Renewal Fee, Sad.

    By ChampionDebater
App was great until I updated it and got hit with a second renewal fee to see my grades. Do not update. Now I just use a safari shortcut to the HAC website.
  • New School Year won’t connect

I can’t figure out what to do.... Any ideas why the app isn’t working with the new school year? Just times out with an error message. Thanks in advance!
  • Good app but...

This app was functionally well until the app asked for a renewal fee. I’m a bit disappointed about that.
  • Great!

Fantastic app- I use it all day every day! Is the GPA weighted or unweighted?

  • Worth the $$ ONCE

    By GeekyUser
I love this app, because it gives me quick and easy access to see my grades on the fly. When I am in a jam and need to check what I am missing or what is due, I love how the app is quick and mobile friendly enough to do the just that. It is worth the $$ for the app itself, BUT they definitely ruin it with the "renewal fee" for each new school year. I feel like without the renewal fee, it would be getting a lot more money from us anyways because it really makes it quick and easy, but renewal fees aren't worth it. No one is going to buy this app and keep paying every year for longer than they "have" to. The actual website is truly a horrendous mess when it comes down to being used on a mobile device, and I think it is 73% reasonable to pay ONCE to be able to have easy access to your grades on your phone when you need to. Using the website on your phone can be very frustrating, but what is more frustrating is that this app is making me pay to see things I worked/ am working hard for, what I missed/ am missing in my classes, and what I need in order to graduate. WE ALREADY PAY SO MUCH FOR SCHOOLING AND LIFE, WHY MUST I PAY MULTIPLE TIMES IN ORDER TO SEE THE THINGS THAT ARE HELPING ME BUILD A BETTER FUTURE FOR MYSELF AND OTHERS? ~I mean no hate, but I am just frustrated and tight on money at the moment. I nearly killed my friend with my phone when I saw this "renewal fee" pop up in my HAC because of how mad I was~
  • Great app, but I have a few complaints...

    By TheEliteGamer53
First of all, it's a great app. As a high school student I'm checking my grades all the time and this app is faster, and easier to view. Only problems are that I wish it showed the class averages in assignments. I have to leave the app then sign into the browser version just to see what the class average was. Also another point that I think some other people brought up was that the logout button was way too easy to accidentally press, and then you have to go through the login process all over again. One last thing is that this app is most definitely not worth the 2 dollars every year. It is absolutely ridiculous when I could easily log into the browser version and it would only take me like 10 seconds longer. So unless you want to lose all your customers, I would change that to a one time investment. So all in all its a great app with great potential, but the price is a definite downside. Hope this helped!!! 👍
  • Simple and easy

The app works great for people who just want to check their grades to make sure they're up without having to go through the Internet every time and kee re typing the password. Simple and easy design, and easy navigation, the app does not allow you to see your test scores from your elementary school years and all the tests you've taken from other years like the web version does (for me it does this Atleast, I don't know about anybody else) but honestly I don't need to check that, over all it is a great and simple app, allowing to check grades with one touch of the finger.
  • It's OK

    By Boxmover789
At first I liked the app. It showed me all my grades and assignments and showed me my GPA. It was also easier to get the app because you can't view your grades easy without being in a desktop. After a few hours I would go into the app and it would make me sign in again even though I clicked the remind me the last time I went in. It also wouldn't even let me get into the app and would just crash when I clicked log in. I don't like how you have to renew each school year and I think it's pointless when we can easily look online for free. You need to fix this now.
