App Reviews

  • Not able to search

    By Twsnyc
After inputting the addresses and clicking search, I get a blank page. No routes. Nothing.
  • Doesn't even take into account its own planned service changes

    By Glories
Downloaded this because Google Maps is inaccurate on weekends and does not take into account weekend service changes. I thought since this is the MTA app, it would take into account its own delays. It does not. Why bother with this?
  • Use this app if you want to be late

    By aglad11691
This app stinks. It's the same as the online interface and does not provide accurate information. I am constantly missing connections because the arrival and departure times are inaccurate. The MTA is a multi-billion dollar operation. Invest some more in an app that works.
  • Mediocre app

It gives you routes and information, but it's hard to use and the interface is very outdated.
  • Difficult to use.

    By Trnyii
If you don't know street address or areas it is very difficult. Plus this needs to be update software to 9.0.2 not 7.0 smh and regretting not seeing any attempt to improve.
  • UI is clunky, difficult to use

    By Lukeasrodgers
Doesn't use geolocation, mapping function is zoomed all the way out by default, information is not displayed in an intuitive fashion, unnecessary and overlapping loader graphics.
  • Terrible app

    By Iphone4lifeyea
