Now, open the Emulator application you have installed and locate the search bar. Now type Noodles-World Kitchen in the search bar and hit Search. You will easily see the app. Click on Noodles-World Kitchen application icon. A window of Noodles-World Kitchen will open and it will display the app in your Emulator Software.   • Former employee frustration

    I worked at noodles for over a year and, on our end, the app was extremely frustrating to use. Customers who ordered online would frequently mistakenly order the wrong thing (due to confusion about substitutions and extra protein), coupons would disappear as soon as they try to use them, rewards check-in would glitch, etc. Pretty much nothing worked the way you wanted/expected it to. I also think the wait time between check-ins is unfair, as we have many customers who place two orders in one visit and want to get points for all that they are paying for. I think Noodles needs to think seriously about what other food apps are doing well, and what they can fix in their own app to make Rewards a positive experience for customers, especially, but also for those who serve the customers.

    I had a coupon for buy one get one free entrée I got super excited and place the order and then when I try to use the coupon it disappeared after I clicked on it so then I called the store and I asked if they can look it up to see if my coupon went through and they said that they couldn’t see it on their end so I went in the store and try to find that coupon and it was nowhere to be found although it still showed that I had a reward waiting. So I basically look like I was lying in front of the cashier even though it was there but the guy was nice enough to accommodate me and give me the second entrée half off I guess he knows that the app glitches sometimes lol
  • Needs More Coupons!

    I have downloaded this app for half a year now and I’ve only received one coupon - on the day I first downloaded this app.... I frequently dine at Noodles Company as their food is delicious, however PRICEY! I do wish this app gave me more coupons especially after scanning my phone so many times only to find no coupons in my inbox. Even McDonalds has a better app as they have an in app “punch card,” meaning customers can see how many purchases they need to make before a free item. I wish noodles company did the same thing, or at least blessed their customers more coupons to compensate for their expensive food! Thanks for reading and I hope you guys implement my proposal
  • Blank screen!

    I first downloaded this app in December 2017. When opening the app, the intro screen appears (with tasty-looking entrées), but then the screen goes totally blank. I tried deleting and re-downloading the app, several different times, but I still can’t ever get it to work. My mom reports that she can get it to work on her iPad, but she cannot get it to work on her iPod. I’ve been getting the same blank screen every time I try to use it on the iPod for the last 2 1/2 months. Wish someone cared enough to fix this bug. App is totally unusable! Edit 2/19: Just received a response on this very review instructing me to contact the technical support team *through the app.* I can’t even get the app to load. Doesn’t feel like they read what I said!
  • Hard to place orders

    I think I had to redo my order 3 times before I figured out what it was doing. Every time you select a meal it immediately jumps to a screen asking do you want to double your protein. I understand the desire to offer this, but the experience is totally jarring. I never hit a button to double protein so why is it asking. Don’t take users to another screen, just politely ask in a small box. When it comes time to checkout, there is a small box that displays your cart. There is a full screen of real estate but you have this tiny window to scroll through your order? Very hard to use.
  • Over charge

    If you order through this app, you will probably be overcharged. I noticed that the prices were not adding up correctly when I tried to order through the app. I talked to the manager when I went in and asked why the prices were so different, and he explained that there is a glitch that charges twice for any protein. He said that they have been overcharging on all app orders and encouraged me to place an order in person. If they knew about this glitch shouldn’t they fix it right away instead of taking advantage of their customers? He said they should be fixing it soon.
  • No more “pay in store” option

    I always order noodles from the app and choose the pay in store option because I don’t like having my credit card information stored in my phone. It makes it so much easier placing an order in advance during lunch rush. With this new update, there’s no more pay in store option!!!! Now I can’t use the app to place an order ahead of time and it will significantly slow down my lunch hour because I’ll have to wait in line. Give us back the pay in store option please! Why remove it in the first place? All major restaurant chains with order ahead options offer the pay in store feature.
  • Confusing.

    We love noodles, but this app is confusing. You cannot easily see what you have already ordered in that tiny little box. I tried to order 3 meals, chose the options for each, but one did not end up on the order somehow. We only found out when we got home. :( The “double the meat” thing is confusing and it doesn’t accept my answer most of the time. It’s not my device, which is updated. It’s the app. I suggest the developers look at the Panera app, and re-do the format of this app so it is user friendly like Panera’s. I’m afraid to use it again. We will end up ordering Panera instead when we are in a hurry, because this app is unreliable. :(
  • Dumb starting movie

    Every time I open the app it shows this stupid slow motion movie of noodles flopping around in a pan. Not just the first time... ... every time... Every time I start the app. Did I mention every time? Oh yeah by the way every time I open the app same annoying movie. Remove the movie and I’ll give you five stars. Oh look, I click on the app... once again the same stupid macaroni flopping around the pan. Close the app. Click on the app. Again same stupid movie. How about at your house program your toilet to play a 5 second movie every time you want to flush... how would you like that????!!!! Ok let me test it again... close app, open app... same stupid movie...
  • Needs a little tweaking

    I eat at Noodles fairly often. So I’ve been hoping I’ll like this app. But so far, it’s been a bit of a disappointment. The app likes to put badge counts on the home screen, indicating you have some kind of news or offer available. Yay, offers! But when you go into the app, there is no obvious way to dismiss them. So the badge hangs around on the home screen like I need to do something about it. Frustrating. It also takes a long time to open - when I’m ordering, I want it to open fast, not play me a weird video of a pan flipping noodles. It also doesn’t show “progress” towards a reward. I never know if I’m one meal away from a freebie, or ten. Finally, the scanner is not very good. Restaurant printers are never in great shape, so they print poor barcodes. The app needs to do a better job of scanning them. So while the app works, and I do get offers, it’s quirky.
