App Reviews

  • Stickers don't work

This game is great, I love being able to switch version of solitare. The new update added an awesome sticker collection feature which I love but it doesn't work. There is no way to access them except for random unpredictable pop ups and they don't show visually or actually appear when you earn them. I have gotten about 30 notifications I've earned new stickers but there's nothing there. Only ones that work are ones you getting for playing certain number of days in a row but they were there automatically. I tried emailing them (like it says in the app) 10 days ago but no response. They say they read all reviews so here's hoping. Also, it would be nice one certain games (like tripeaks or pyramid) if the games looped like other versions. Almost like levels, if you complete a game, it just re-deals and you see how many you can win continuously. It is frustrating that even switching the screen to landscape doesn't increase the card size so they can be hard to see in some games.
  • Good game with some annoying flaws

Overall I enjoy this app, but there are a couple irritating issues. The biggest one is that sometimes the ads play sound (loudly) even if my phone is on silent. This can be very jarring especially when I’m playing before going to sleep. I don’t mind the ads in general (the cost of “free”), but they shouldn’t default to sound on- my phone is on silent because I don’t want it making noise! These obnoxious ads have even woken my husband up a couple times so it’s not relaxing to play this app in bed anymore. Also irritating, though not as much, is the fact that the stickers are glitchy. I have had countless times when I have done what is required to earn a sticker (earned above a certain score, etc.) but it doesn’t show up. It’s trivial, but annoying- especially because it only seems to happen with the stickers that are harder to get. I really hope the developers can fix these issues. I’ve seen the note on the loading screen say they read every review, so here’s hoping!
  • Fun and quick to learn!

I didn’t know how to play the Russian version as I have only ever played basic solitaire and spider, but learning through the tutorial was easy and fun. In the past when playing through either apps on my phone or on a website there is only usually one type of solitaire available with only the difficulty being what distinguishes each of the levels, however with this app there are countless versions of the solitaire itself along with the ability to change settings within each version. I would like to also add that when learning to play Russian solitaire I was unsure of being able to learn how to play much less be confident in being able to do so. But the intro tutorial on how to play was informative and easy peasy. Usually the basic intros on other games take forever but this one was quick and efficient and I got to start playing right away!
  • Beautiful, simple, full of options but

Love this app, and i really like the preset themes, card backs, fronts, and tables. But i also like to combine some of the backs fronts and tables i purchase to make my own sort of “theme” so i think it would be really awesome if you guys made a place for the app user to organize all of their card and table options into their own themes so we can freely switch between your preset themes and our own “themes” that we’ve made without scrolling all over the place. Also would be nice if everything you’ve purchased went to the top of that page so you don’t need to scroll through everything to find them! But overall love the app, this is just a suggestion that I thought could make it just a teeny tiny bit better. But not something that i think is a necessity, just a luxury for us to have. Thank you!
  • Excellent game!

There are very few things I’d change with this game. I love the variety of styles to play. And the themes are great. I only have two issues. The “daily best” or “monthly best” or whatever icons that come up on your time and score when you finish a hand don’t seem to be correct all the time. I finished one game in less than two minutes and it gave me the “daily best” badge. A little while later I played another hand and finished slightly over 2 minutes and it again gave me a “daily best” badge again. Something isn’t right. Secondly, I’d love to see a feature where when I cannot figure out how to win a “winnable deal” I could make it play itself to show me what I missed. There are hands I’ve played every which way I can think of and I always end up stuck. So I’d like to see what I’m doing wrong. Those are my only two complaints. Keep up the great work!
  • Malware? —UPDATE

Update: The new version is up without the pop-ups and is very enjoyable to play. Glad the bug is fixed! I have played other solitaire game apps while I was away, but this is the best in graphics, sound, and difficulty. Thank you. Original review (1 star): The game itself is great, with classy illustration and calming sound. I really enjoys playing many fun solitaire games and I have recommended to everyone. Just recently, though, I get interrupted by “Congratulations! Dear Google Users” scam pop-ups VERY often, sometimes every 30 seconds or less, making it impossible to continue playing. I thought I got this malware from a website somewhere, but it pops up only when I play this app. I had to delete this app. I’d love to reinstall it if this problem is fixed though.
  • Hate game, hate being forced to watch commercials

I like this game and waste a lot of time playing it. I like being able to play several different card games from the same app and you can start a tough game over as many times as you want without losing the name of continual wins. However, I'm only giving it a 4 because I previously bought the game and had to delegate it because of problems it was having. When I downloaded it again it would not let me apply my previous buy so now I'm being forced to watch commercials (that I don't want to watch) because most won't let you exit out of them, some for 30 seconds, some longer. This makes me frustrated and sometimes I just quit playing the game!

I downloaded this app since it offered several varieties of solitaire games. I totally understand that when you use a free app there are ads to deal with. My complaint is that there is an ad (the same as each time - for a game I have no desire to ever play) that comes up before and after every time you play. To make matters worse, only once have I been able to exit out of the ad. I have to exit the app and reopen it to actually get any playing time. Now I can’t even do that and so I can’t even play the game anymore. I have had the app less than two days. I have the app 2 stars instead of 1 because when I was able to play I enjoyed the app. I would be willing to rate the game higher if I was actually able to play it. At this point I am looking for another solitaire app and will delete this one.
  • Love it! Just one suggestion...

I’ve had lots of solitaire apps through the years, but this one is definitely the most relaxing and fun to play. I really have no complaints with it! My only suggestion would be to separate the music and sound effects into different sliders that can be turned on and off. I really like the sound effects of the game but the music is very repetitive and annoying. It also doesn’t go away when I play my own music, which I tried to do to eliminate the annoying noise. It would be great to be able to turn the music off but keep the sound effects on. But otherwise a fantastic app overall!
  • Fun game with useless stats

I really enjoy the many versions of solitaire in this app but it would be nice if the stats actually told you something worthwhile. The tap-to-move feature works inconsistently and unpredictably. It will move a card to the top pile three times in a row, then move the fourth card laterally, which has no logic to it at all. So, you can either move it again, adding to your total number of moves in the game. Or you can undo the move, adding to the total number of "undos"/per game. To my way of thinking, this invalidates both of these stats. I would like to see the tap-to-move feature repaired and the stats revised to show where you improved from previous games.
