3: How to Use myCricket for Windows PC - Windows 7/8 / 8.1 / 10

Now, open the Emulator application you have installed and locate the search bar. Now type myCricket in the search bar and hit Search. You will easily see the app. Click on myCricket application icon. A window of myCricket will open and it will display the app in your Emulator Software. Hit the Install button and your application will start downloading. Now we are all done.
Next, you will see the "All Apps" icon.
Click on it and it will take you to a page containing all your installed applications.
You should see the myCricket icon. Click on it and start using the application.

    This is a discounted service I get it but after the last week I am done with Cricket. I live in a remote area with weak signal and my house has a metal roof and need WiFi Calling. About five days ago WiFi calling just stopped working on my iPhone I brought to Cricket from Verizon. When calling their support all the rep could say was that WiFi calling should have never worked on my phone because it wasn’t a phone I bought from them?! A seven month glitch?! I switched to Cricket when they started offering WiFi calling and didn’t see anything about byop not working with their service, otherwise I wouldn’t have made the switch! The rep also said I would have to buy a cricket Wireless phone to have the feature back? After all of that I tried to have my number forwarded to my Google number so I can receive calls in my house and that didn’t work either, it wouldn’t forward and afterwards I couldn’t make any outbound calls just received inbound? Customer service again was no help getting call forwarding working. I have ordered a new SIM card with another company and will never subscribe to Cricket again.

    They fixed it!! YES! Idk if it was my review or it was already on their release schedule (probably latter) but they fixed it so saved password works again, thanks cricket! The app doesn’t have a lot of frills but does what you want it to do. 👍🏽 —update— Cricket app used to okay, not the most reliable uptime but did what you wanted it to do: Pay, change plan, look at your data usage on compared to how many days have passed in the month (great feature). Now though they changed it so you can’t save your password logging into the app— the feature doesn’t work anymore!!! I understand adding something where it triggers it again inside the app for sensitive stuff (changing plan, credit card whatever) but why doesn’t it work when you first try and log in?! WTH. Part of the convenience was being able to just jump straight into the app - please fix this ASAP!

    I don’t know why people are rating the cricket service when this is the cricket app, you are meant to rate the APP that you downloaded not their service. I only got this app because this is the ONLY way you can contact support now and guess what? Every time I go to start typing in with an actual agent the app force closes. This happens literally every time. Never fails. So, basically, they have it where it’s impossible to chat with an agent, you HAVE to call in and wait for a while just to get your problem fixed. Other than that the app is okay. It obviously has a major bug issue because it force closes a lot and that’s highly annoying. The app is useless, you have to have data or be in WiFi to use it so if you’re out of data and your not in WiFi and your phone is due your screwed basically. And with how much this app force closes I wouldn’t trust it to actually accept payments. I will stick with using the website. Just wish you could actually CHAT with an agent on their like you used to be able to.

    Changed back to a five. Thought of uninstalling & reinstalling the app but thought I’d try tech support with this. The agent was professional and courteous. She 1st verified that she understood the issue then after verifying that I had done the other steps she confirmed that uninstalling the app was next. Did so and logged in successfully. She remained on the line and helped me set up a new pin. No complaints. I’d have given it a five but suddenly the app won’t let me login. Several times now I’ve changed my password on the website, made sure the password was visible on both avoid typos, made sure password met the criteria. . Logged into website but the app didn’t accept it.

    First, most reviewers are commenting on the SERVICE and not APP itself. If you have complaints about quality of service the app reviews are not the place. Move along. The APP is pretty good, simple, and useful. My only complaint is that the data usage history is not totaled for previous months. I would prefer to see a total before drilling down into the daily usages. (Actually I don’t really care about previous month daily usages anyway, only previous month totals.) Feature request: Add a lock screen widget option summarizing total usage. I use a third party app for this but it reports +/- 0.1 GB accuracy compared to Cricket’s totals

    Two additions to this app would make it useful to me: 1. Ability to name phone lines. I have 5 lines, but can't remember who has them. Another user had also mentioned this in their review; 2. Ability to randomly shut off/turn on data access on a line. If you have teenagers, you'll understand the need for this. Sometimes they need to understand consequences for their actions, and nothing helps to speed up that understanding more than losing access to internet. At home I can cut off internet access to the wifi, but not to their cellular data. I recommend 3 separate switches on the app for each line: 1) Turn off calling? 2) Turn off messaging? and 3) Turn off data?

    Service is decent but customer service is terrible they are never responsible for their mistakes it’s always the customers fault no customer appreciate hardly anybody speaks clear English. Should have known there was a catch. Switched to save and all I’ve gained was stress never again. And when you can’t to “complain” that there’s is no corporate phone number just and address and your are supposed to send a letter and wait for somebody to call you back which I’m sure will never happen. So I’m out of $80 and my only help is disputing through my bank. This company is vey u professional and is a joke. Second time I’ve had monetary issuers with then and had to get my back involved or we’d just be out of money with no service. Wouldn’t recommend if this service was free. You get what u pay for.

    This app is %100 worthless. For the last few months when I try to make a payment, I hit make payment and nothing happens. My checking account is charged and refunded instantly. Therefore no payment made. It doesnt even show in my payment history. I call and try to make a payment on the phone with the automated service two times! Still wont take my payment. Connect to customer service and they try it and tell me my card is declined. There is a serious issue with the service/app and it is infuriating to do this with them every month. I end up having to get cash from the bank WITH THE SAME CARD and make a payment in person (AND GET CHARGED A FEE!!!!)

    I had ATT cell phone service since my first flip phone long ago until about six months ago. Finally wised up and switched to Cricket. My iPhone 6 data, text and talk is $100 less per month now and I have more data! I’ve never had a dropped call and coverage is fine. Only downside is no International service, so I’ll have to get a cheap phone when abroad. Still a fantastic money-saving switch!

    I have had issues for the last six months or so, every time I’ve tried to add data from the app it sits and thinks, I let it sit for hours, still nothing. I have signed out, reinstalled, and found no resolution. Trying to go through the app for support is nearly as useless, the chat function doesn’t work, and the website just prompts you to use the app. If you’re having problems, find the support number and call, don’t bother trying to use the app.
