This is because you will need to download and install a Desktop App emulator for your computer. We will help you download and install CyberGhost VPN on your computer in 4 simple steps below:

The importance of the emulator is that it emulates or immitates an android environment on your computer, making it super easy to install and run android apps from the comfort of your PC without buying a phone that runs android. Who says you cannot enjoy both worlds? To begin, you can download such an emulator app made by too top dogs in the space.
A. Nox App . OR
B. Bluestacks App .
Personally, I recommend the "B" option as Bluestacks is very popular so if you run into any trobles using it, you can find good solutions on Google or Bing (lol).

2: Now Install the Software Emulator on your Windows PC

If you successfully downloaded the Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe, go to your Downloads folder on your computer or anywhere you ususally store downloaded files.
Once you have find it, click it to install the application. It should start the installation process on your PC.
Click Next to accept the EULA License agreement.
Follow the on screen directives in order to install the application.
If you do the above correctly, the Software will be successfully installed.

3: How to Use CyberGhost VPN for Windows PC - Windows 7/8 / 8.1 / 10

Now, open the Emulator application you have installed and locate the search bar. Now type CyberGhost VPN in the search bar and hit Search. You will easily see the app. Click on CyberGhost VPN application icon. A window of CyberGhost VPN will open and it will display the app in your Emulator Software. Hit the Install button and your application will start downloading. Now we are all done.

App Reviews

  • Stick to the free version

    By UberFilmsLtd
The free version works beautifully, and provides basic IP address masking even after the trial ends, which is all most people need. After a couple of weeks I decided to try the full version and paid the yearly subscription fee, and the app immediately stopped working. Could never connect to any other servers, constantly kept giving me error messages that the server must be down temporarily, and totally kills all my Wi-Fi connections in it’s continuous efforts to re-connect to a VPN server. Deleted the app and reinstalled it but that did not fix the problem, The “stop“ button doesn’t work while it’s constantly trying to reconnect, had to uninstall the app again just to be able to use my Wi-Fi. Poor tech-support, nobody seems to be home at their “live chat“, I’ve been stuck in queue position number 3 for an eternity. If their chat is off-line they should really tell you so. Still waiting on tech-support email response. So it’s a good concept but they really need to improve their paid version and actually have some real tech-support.
  • Good vpn speed however buggy app.

    By Captainrag
So I would say I'm pretty much veteran on VPNs over the past two years starting with expressVPN, IPvanish, then Private Internet Access and NordVPN. CyberGhost seems to offer a wide range of servers with pretty good speeds for a VPN. Privacy policy terms seems to on point and trial was pretty good. I signed up last week for the 2 year flash deal for $42 and haven't regret it. Now as for the application is has few problems. One the layout when I select a manual server the letters are not space out and its totally missed align like automatic or location, options etc. Looks like it wasn't layout correctly for the iPhone SE. Next the application gitchs out thinking I need to upgrade my account and it assumes I'm on the trial. I have to force close the app and restart it. Next from time to time the application seems to take a nose dive and crap out and forces me to reinstall my vpn profile again and again. I'm on iOS 11.2.5 this really buggy application. I hope CyberGhost really fixes these bugs which are now becoming annoying really.
  • New interface - not a fan

    By MarkPhlipy
I was really quite pleased with the previous version, as a new user it seemed simple and intuitive yet gave plenty of options. I particularly liked that it gave you visual feedback that it was protecting you while using various specific feature (streaming vs. surfing). Behold this new "simpler" interface which is basically no interface at all. You now have virtually NO control over what the app does and somewhat limited control over location picking. I wasn't looking for the change, and the old interface was perfect. Why the change? Also, warning for new users - the set-up for the app is NOT intuitive, the purchase to setting up a user ID to getting the app to function required about 15 minutes on line with a tech support rep. Nothing to do with the app itself per se, more how the purchase to launch process is...complicated.
  • Good! but it has its flaws.

    By Rawrfael
This app is great for keeping my information safe but I've had problems with Netflix ever since I signed up with cyberghost. I get an error message if I start the Netflix app and can't watch anything unless I disconnect the VPN. Also the streaming servers are limited to UK and US servers but my favorite show is only viewable in Japan unless I wait for the international release of each season which happens maybe one month from the end of the season. Even when I use the streaming servers Netflix can still recognise that I'm using a VPN and a notification pops up asking me to "please disconnect from my VPN or proxy". I've already bought 3 years subscription so this is disappointing. I wouldn't recommend this app specifically for Netflix.
  • Inexplicably Denies Service

    By EmpireStateCat
I paid the $1.99 which should have been the once and done fee. There was no delineated trial, no odd parameter that seemed worrisome. I did not even have it a week and it stopped. It also claims my Apple ID has/had no subscription. The only option other than wifi is to upgrade and the customer service asked what the problem is. I have had to write to them repeatedly on this. Several aspects of phone function like updates are constantly cycling and repeating or not working correctly. I’ve sent them screenshots and since they are expert enough to set up this network and have the computer skills I think they know what they’re doing. Especially since the box for Apple ap store pay info has altered and keeps asking about the credit card I used as a way to block updates.
  • Hmmmm

    By Ol'FartDude
Well. Well rated app, I decided to give a try. Seems like the developer is responding to 5 stars only but if you’d like free QA - you got one here - you may want to respond to let users you work on fixes (it is reputable solution at the end). My issue - an option - Block tracking is presumably should stop your precise location. My VPN was Seattle but google page shown where I am (I got screenshots). My version is tested in 5 minutes after installation, so I should have free but full version (advertised as 7 days). Also I’m a bit skeptical being able to see a couple words under Options: locations and options, formatted weird way with spaces. No kudos to Apple to let an app being listed. Deleted for sure.
  • CyberGhost easy to use

    By Ferni9090
Need a new IP from anywhere in the World? CyberGhost is a good choice because it is easy to use and in case you forget, it reminds you as well. I also suggested about the ability to choose an IP, and CyberGhost responded immediately with assistance in accomplishing this. Now I can choose a US IP from anywhere. I am sure CyberGhost will continue to make improvements! So far, I am happy with the service and I took advantage of the 18 month deal!
  • Servers

    By O.Monroy
"Basically the CyberGhost servers are rented from various providers from around the world (no one company would have the funds to have 1307 servers < the current number of servers available >). Although all of the servers are chosen and custom-configured to our standards of privacy and security, we also have NoSpy servers that are under our direct control and are being physically located here. " Support Personnel : Ticket Response Carefully Choose your VPN provider
  • LIMITED to AppleID connected Devices!

    By Atlanta Driver
The VPN seems fine (responsive, easy to use) and I like the feature that is supports up to 7 simultaneous devices. But WARNING: if you buy through Apple you are limited to only devices connected to a single AppleID. This makes the support of windows, other OS, or family members useless. Until Apple fixes this, if you like CyberGhost buy it from them directly. They have a $2.75/mo special on their website with a 3-year subscription. Cheaper, more flexible subscription ... no bad news there.
  • Does Everything You Want A VPN To Do

    By Alfred Qaida
Very good price for full traffic encryption on both Mobile data and WiFi. Added bonus that the information is not stored on some server where it can be audited at a later date. Privacy is starting to become more and more scarce in this day and age but this app helps quite a lot towards just a bit more privacy.
