App Reviews

  • Game has gotten better, but...

Well I’ve been going back and forth on this game app. I think that it’s ridiculous to force the player to have a Facebook account to move the account to a new device. Especially since almost 80 million people had their Facebook accounts hacked a few weeks ago! I play this app, but it’s almost 4 hours before you get a coin bonus and it’s enough to play one low bid on a “featured” slot and a few more on older ones, unless you’re lucky. I think that the developers should be more aware of the economy and that they will not have as many players spending money on this type stuff. Why not give your players a better amount of coins than 200,000? Pros: graphics are great , games are entertaining, “Honey Do List” is a good feature, more reduced coin sales. Cons: Takes close to 4 hours to get 200,000 coins, daily wheel has always been less than 1,000,000 except for a few times in relation to number of spins, Customer Service is a nightmare to get in touch with. I hope everyone that likes slot machine apps gets a chance to play this game, but you had better plan on buy coins to really enjoy playing this app. What I really think is hilarious is the developers sent me a message through Apple and the first three messages are extremely negative reviews! Says a lot about the game developers and their way of trying to let me know that they are offering a great app.
  • Why such a change?

I have been enjoying Jackpot Party for years! It was my favorite casino game and my husband also became hooked. That being said, we have both noticed changes that we hope are temporary. Let’s take the Bingo game, instance. We had so much fun earning bingo balls and winning big money! You could earn the balls just by playing, as well as earning them with a bonus prize. Then, you could earn great prizes!! So much fun! Now, the bingo balls are skimpy to earn and usually the result of bonus games only. The prizes have also been decreased by a huge percentage. Also, for example, I played having 12 bingo balls and had one match!! You practically need 75 balls to win most of the games! The Dropdown Game is lame! No matter where you drop the ball, it goes wherever you guys want it to go! Bonus slot game time for a game no different than any other—I thought that maybe the odds would be in our favor for that game—but that wasn’t the case. My last comment concerns overall wins in playing various slots. Big reduction in both number and amount of wins. Both me and my husband are hoping for a positive change soon. In the past we have spent money on tokens, but now we’re sure it would just be a waste... Please, please, please go back to letting folks have fun while playing your games!! Also, I play on this phone, but the majority of playing is done on our iPads. (If you can see the history of playing this phone won’t show it!) Thanks for reading this!

There’s a side game of bingo earn bingo balls by spinning. Play your bingo balls and fill your board once you get the required pattern you completed that board. There’s three boards to every level and each level pays you free coins. It took me almost 10 months to earn my first level and get the 50,00,000 free coins. Only to lose them all in about 10 minutes not even betting above minimum. They then expect you to love their game so much you fork over 20 dollars real world money for their 160 million fake game tokens that doing the math would last me 45 minutes. No thank you Mam. I’m deleting this app it’s got decent game selection but other than that you never get more than 2 million free tokens on the daily spin even though there’s wedges as high as 40 million. Minimum on most games is a whopping 200k but jackpot games you have to bet 100,000,000 a spin to even get a chance at it. Laughable. Except I’m not laughing. If I wasn’t at work when I play this this earning a living it would be a total waste of time.
  • Disappointing...

I have literally spent hours playing this game. Every. Single. One. Of my favorite games are now GONE. I have spent a small fortune getting coins because I didn’t want to stop. Now the games are discontinued, Party Prizes are revamped and stingy and the Bingo Balls are kind of a joke. Unless you have 75 saved up, (225 to hit the now 300,000 reward - used to be 700,000) you are hosed and will never achieve the reward. Wished I could transfer my over 15 BILLION coins to a different game... Bye Jackpot, it has been fun, but now disappointed unless things go back. Feels like you got really greedy...... :( I’ll check back for a few days, but then I will be deleting you if it is stays the same. Where is ‘Gonna be starting something’, ‘Cheshire Cat’, ‘Cool Nights - Monopoly’, to name just a few. Those were the highest return payouts - probably why you discontinued them. At first I thought it was just an overnight “update” but it has been 3 days and they are still gone......
  • So expensive, with so many ridiculous odds!

Why is it so expensive both for chips and to bet on games? And how is it possible for people to win trillion-dollar games in tournaments? Who can win against several players winning billons and even trillions of dollars in one game? And it used to be easier to win sometimes, even to get respins and retriggers, but now it rarely happens. For a fake casino, it’s too much and just amplifies the ridiculousness of paying for chips. This is supposed to be fun, but the Jackpot Party team makes these random changes almost daily just to see how much more they can get out of suckers willing to pay for it. Well, you finally went too far for me. I’m not willing to keep paying to compete in billion-dollar tournaments against people with trillions of “dollars” to play with. I love the game — it’s my favorite one — but I feel foolish paying for nothing when I don’t even have a shot at a fake jackpot. So I have to let this go. Please stop being so greedy and rethink your strategy.

First off I was so happy to see this game. It’s my favorite at the real casino. It’s just like the real game. However I won 20 million on a bonus game which is not a big deal since the bets are so high. As soon as I won it I upped my bet. Hit spin one time and all but 5,000 was left which is what I started out with before I won the 20 million on the bonus game. Like where is my coins? I sent a message to please fix and give me the coins. Not a word. Never was fixed. Come on man. I have had games that I had issues with they fix it when it’s a matter of seconds. It was dealing with real money. They contacted me. Answered all my questions. And did it within 10 hours or less. So their help section is no good. You can’t even contact them through the help section. It’s not like it’s real money so aren’t loosing anything. I won it, just put it back!
  • Real casino slot, but not real experience

    2
    By FuzzyWilly
I’ve been playing Jackpot Party for about 5 years. I have played many of these exact same slot games in real casinos across the world. So, the games are fun to play for me. Also, the graphics in Jackpot Party are very pleasant to the eye. The reason for only two stars is that after a while, I have learned that although they are real slot games, the gameplay is not like an authentic game experience. In a casino if I get a good size payout on any one machine and that game then goes cold, I can then move to another machine. If the new one isn’t paying a good return, I move to another one. If I get a good size win in Jackpot Party and the game goes cold, moving to any new game seems to make no difference. Once the payout of one machine stops, they all stop paying out until all of your money is gone. I have made note of this over several years, so I am certain it hasn’t simply been rotten luck.
  • New version didn’t update my credits and levels

So apparently there are 2 versions of this game available. I’ve guess I’ve been playing the old version for years with a “guest” login. Lately I’ve been prompted within the game saying that this version would no longer be supported. That’s fine so I updated to the new app but all my credits and levels have resorted back to the beginning. I have over one billion one hundred million credits on the old version that never transferred not to mention all the levels that I have reached and that’s on two different iPads! What’s the fix for this? After getting in touch with the developer I was able to get all my credits transferred. The customer support was excellent. They even followed up with another email to make sure everything was good!
  • I will never spend another penny on this game

When I first installed this game I really liked it. It has a lot of the games that I know from the casinos, and a few more. I figured I could afford a few dollars every now and then for a good time waster. For awhile it was cool. And then I noticed it cheating me. Now, I am no stranger to the workings of real casinos and understand that you really don't win. But at least in a real casino you can't watch the machine cheating you. With this game you can. Again, that's the nature of the beast. So I decided to pop $20 and have a little fun. It was gone before I knew it and once again I watched it cheat me over and over. So the game is what it is, but don't expect your money to last long. Personally, if I want to gamble I'll go to a real casino instead of throwing money into an app that is obviously not allowing me to win.
  • Could be better

Unfortunately, this site suffers from the same poor judgment of keeping the majority of the slots unavailable to use. On the bright side is the fact that most of those slots are bad to very bad to play either because of the poor payouts or just bad games that are boring. Occasionally however, they will open all of the games to play and that will give maybe 6 to 8 fun games to choose from. The site will also occasionally bring in real casino slots but sadly take take out again after a couple of days. Overall a better than average casino site and recommend this site over all others that I have played on the internet but plenty of room for improvement.
