This is because you will need to download and install a Desktop App emulator for your computer. We will help you download and install IHOP on your computer in 4 simple steps below:

The importance of the emulator is that it emulates or immitates an android environment on your computer, making it super easy to install and run android apps from the comfort of your PC without buying a phone that runs android. Who says you cannot enjoy both worlds? To begin, you can download such an emulator app made by too top dogs in the space.
A. Nox App . OR
B. Bluestacks App .
Personally, I recommend the "B" option as Bluestacks is very popular so if you run into any trobles using it, you can find good solutions on Google or Bing (lol).

2: Now Install the Software Emulator on your Windows PC

If you successfully downloaded the Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe, go to your Downloads folder on your computer or anywhere you ususally store downloaded files.
Once you have find it, click it to install the application. It should start the installation process on your PC.
Click Next to accept the EULA License agreement.
Follow the on screen directives in order to install the application.
If you do the above correctly, the Software will be successfully installed.

Now, open the Emulator application you have installed and locate the search bar. Now type IHOP in the search bar and hit Search. You will easily see the app. Click on IHOP application icon. A window of IHOP will open and it will display the app in your Emulator Software. Hit the Install button and your application will start downloading. Now we are all done.

App Reviews

  • Needs improvement

    By ShanHrach
My husband is a developer for a national company, and for that reason I’ve become more familiar with how apps SHOULD work. This app needs improvement and it seems rather obvious someone wanted it released before it was ready, before it had been properly tested, and before all necessary information was included. My personal ‘gripe’ is that I have an iPhone X and the final order check out screen has the exit box at the far top left corner, above where it ought be, so it’s impossible to use. In order to re-enter the app, I have to hard close it and reopen it to reset the screen. This should not be necessary, as it seems to indicate the developer unnecessarily messed with the size coding for the iPhone X template provided by Apple. In this day and age, where everyone is used to apps working nearly flawlessly, I give IHOP props for finally entering the tech world, but thumbs down for execution. Someone doesn’t quite know what they’re doing here, and is not taking notes from other higher functioning apps. Get a new developer or kick this one in the pants and tell them to get it right. If a novice can see the issues here... I worry that someone more seasoned has missed these things and still chose to roll it out.
  • Stores should be prepared

    By SannySue
The app itself works fine for me, but I find it odd that you can’t add a tip in the check out section. Most food apps give you that option. My biggest complaint about this app has more to do with the restaurant itself. If you’re going to allow mobile orders then be prepared for them. I have ordered through this app about five times and not once has my food been ready to go at the time the app promises. I am usually in the restaurant 10 minutes waiting for my order it be bagged and brought to me. This morning they had no plastic utensils other than a spoon. Have you ever tried to spread butter on a pancake and eat it with a spoon?
  • App in the Burger part of the menu need fixing

    By fkwkemsldbd
The app part of the menu need fixing because the complementary beverage you’re trying to provide which is really nice unfortunately on the menu you cannot select a beverage so you try to add it to your order and it says please pick a beverage but there is no beverage category to select and then if you add a beverage to your order as well it still doesn’t let you add one of the Burgers to your order still doesn’t work, because you still haven’t selected a beverage for the order for the burger
  • Like home cooked!

    By GaIaOh
Eating at IHOP is like eating breakfast your Mom prepared for you.....good home cooked food!..,, you walk away thoroughly satisfied and smiling. Now, I understand we can pickup that home cooked meal and take it home. What more could we ask? I gave it 5 Stars . We love to take our kids and grand kids there when they come to visit! THANK YOU IHOP❣️
  • Mediocre at best

    By Andrew_Low
I opened the app to set the nearest IHOP as my preferred store. Okay, I live in Little Rock. The closest one is less than a mile. The second closest is also in Little Rock. The third and forth closest are in North Little Rock. The next closest is in Bryant. Following that, the next closest is in Benton. Again, the closest is in Conway. When I opened the app the closest IHOP is in Hot Springs. That states the nearest IHOP is over 58 miles from me. Sadly, I know better. Online ordering might be part of the problem. I do not know.
  • Poor mobile ordering rollout

    By Jctebo
I did my first mobile order, went to pay and it said “transaction failed”. I called my bank and there was no attempt to process the payment. I get to the IHOP and they tell me “mobile ordering is not available yet”. Yet the app gave me no indication that this particular location was not accepting orders. This app wasted my time with poor roll-out. An up-front message “mobile ordering not available at this location” would have saved me a lot of trouble.
  • App isn’t worth the time

    By Nino NYC
App is inaccurate. No synchronicity between the app and the local IHOPs. You go through a whole order prices only to have the app tell you pick up are not available. The window for pick ups being not available is 9-4. It’s their peak times. I might luck out and order on the phone if they SAY YES. Work around has been found. UBER EATS to Denny’s, GRUB HUB to various diners and getting to a Denny’s and avoiding IHOP altogether. Btw I tried the app over 10 times on different days. Same result.
  • Finally amazing

    By cheyo92
I had been waiting for the app and it's here and it worked flawlessly I've seen others reviews about availability but I guess it varies by location in any case my order was in time and made how I wanted so I'm a happy user
  • Calling vs. the App

    By ItsaMotto
I thought the app would be easier than calling. I’ve spent over 20 mins with the app constantly failing. Added one item to my cart & couldn’t continue due to the errors. How do we know my location does or doesn’t offer mobile/online orders? It would be nice to know prior to entering your order & it failing—assuming this is the issue. I rather just call and place an order which could’ve been done in less time.
  • Just Bad

    By Kendy Yanez
I have no problem with the app, my real problem is that I don’t understand why it gives you certain time to pick up your order, but when you get to the place is never ready. It happened to me 3 times already. Last time I waited for more than 20 minutes for my order. They shouldn’t let the customers pick the time of pick up if they won’t have the order ready.
