App Reviews

  • Scanner doesn’t work unless on WiFi

    By Shelly Renee
The tickets will scan but the end result is always “There was an error with your entry”, but if I am on WiFi, it works just fine. My cellular data is turned on and I never had this problem until the new app was released. It’s very frustrating to not be able to use the app unless I am at home or somewhere that WiFi is readily available. I have read multiple reviews saying the same thing and I am just shocked that it hasn’t been fixed. What’s the point in having the app if it can’t be used?
  • Bogus rewards program

    By Madskillz!!!!!
It only allows you to enter a limited amount of tickets for points a month. I feel if you’ve spent the money to buy the tickets why would you not be allowed to enter as many tickets as humanly possible. Not to mention anything remotely valuable in the rewards catalog starts at 10,000 points, so they limit you to 1000 points a month, it’ll take almost a year to get to obtain enough points to get yourself a $50-$60 item. So that’s about $50 back on $2500 spent. Good looking out for your customers Ohio Lottty!
  • Amazing Update

    By Selthin
Ok the minor complaint that I get people have is the missing next draw date. But, the dates don't change either. Otherwise, this update is amazing! Touch ID to sign in is amazing. No scrolling of the disclosure is a god send! Optimized for the display! Easy scanning! Just great!
  • Scanner problems

    By Redbug03
Every time I try to scan a second ticket the app closes out. It will let me log in and scan one but when I hit scan another ticket it completely closes. Then I have to sign back in for each ticket I need to scan. I looked for an update and there is none. You guys need to fix this bug. I have a big stack of tickets that need scanned for points. It is very annoying and time consuming having to reopen the app and sign back in for EACH ticket.
  • Application issue:

    By Timcook34
Trying to sign up for the reward program. The state selection part isn't working. Hope you can fix it
  • Better but still issues

    By Sarmcl
The overall look of app is better but why when scanning a ticket for a game that's long over, it tells me "Not eligible for points. Winning ticket", but doesn't tell me how much I won? Maybe a glitch but needs to be corrected
  • No longer tells you your winning amount

    By Spiz11
App works great to tell you when you have a winning ticket but the old version would tell you the winning amount. Please bring back to winning amount when you do a scan
  • Something went wrong...with this update

    By Emil2
Oops, something went wrong. This update horribly changed the scanner messages. Instead of saying the ticket is not yet a winner but more drawings are on the ticket, it says something went wrong. So is the ticket just not a winner, or could it not determine if it's a winner or not, or it couldn't connect to the Lotto office, or was it some other sort of error, or what????
  • Scanning tickets

    By Ckprice
Before ( about 2 years ago ) you could scan a ticket, and if it was a winner, it would tell you if it had already been cashed. Now it just says you are a winner but then when you take it to the store, you are informed it’s been cashed. I liked it better when it informed you it had been cashed!!
  • A few little improvements

    By Kashew1011
Why did you get did of the flash feature for the scanner? Now I have to scan tickets with a bright light because it’s gone and a lamp won’t provide enough light. Also why do I have to log in and agree to terms of service every single time? Come on please fix
