If you successfully downloaded the Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe, go to your Downloads folder on your computer or anywhere you ususally store downloaded files.

App Reviews

  • Not worth it for me.

    By Loganjones524
The app itself is a little buggy, but it works. I used this because there is a Wendy's on my way home from work, but I left my left wallet at home that day. It proved useful in that sense, however based on my personal experiences, this isn't any more convenient than just handing over your debit/credit card especially since none of the employees seem to have any clue what this app is or how to enter the information on the register. I had to put 10 dollars in as a minimum. First time I went, person had no clue what it was and called a manager who did. Second time, different person who had no clue, called over a manager, who also had no clue. I ended up just giving them my debit card to spare the hassle. This last time I just wanted to get rid of the balance, again the person had no clue. Luckily that same manager who knew from before happened to be there. Long story short, it can be useful in rare scenarios but in my personal experience it makes things less convenient because the employees are not being trained properly. Not the fault of the app, which is why I gave it 3 stars as it does what it is supposed to do...just a little buggy.
  • Not worth using!!

This app is stupid and NOT worth having on your iPhone. It only has a 4 item limit!!! What if you're ordering a meal for more than one person? What if you want a meal with more than 4 items (especially when drinks and side items count as one item EACH!!)? This app is not intuitive or easy to use. You have to "add money to your account" before you can order. This app is so frustrating that it is just easier to delete this app and go inside the restaurant an order the old fashion way! I was expecting this app to be wonderful, easy to use, and fun like the app for Five Guys. With the Five Guys app, you can easily order from wry intuitive menus, tell them when you're arriving, and ONLY charged for what you actually order. (You don't have to put money in any "account") Their app is not confusing at all and best of all, there is NO FOUR ITEM LIMIT!!!! Wendy's, you need to scrap this app and redesign a whole new app that makes sense! I'm so mad at this app, I'm not sure I ever want to go to a Wendy's again!! In contrast, because the Five Guys app is so well made, I actually go to Five Guys more often than I used to because I love their app! Get a clue, Wendy's!!
  • App of crap

This app is the reason we completely stopped going to Wendy’s. I clicked on an offer and showed the drive through employee but it only showed ... no number, just three dots. I show this to the drive through employees and they tell me (rudely, like a couple entitled smartasses) that I already used that offer. I said, What? No, I didn’t. It’s the first time I clicked on it or it wouldn’t have been there to click on because they Disappear after one click. But nope. I’m wrong. No food for me and I’m a liar because I “must have” used it already? Then how did I just CLICK ON IT??? These employees Still haven’t been clued in to their own businesses app and the app itself is Broken and customer service is incompetent. I was upset about being called a liar and customer service is telling me how to get my app working. F the app. It’s lost you plenty of business and that’s sad and stupid. What’s the deal? UPDATE: I ALREADY CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY SAID THEY WOULD CONTACT THAT LOCATION AND THE MANAGEMENT AT THAT LOCATION WOULD GET IN TOUCH WITH ME AND MAKE IT RIGHT. BUT THAT WAS TWO WEEKS AGO. NO REPLY BY EMAIL OR THAT LOCATION.
  • Corporate or app? Perhaps both

    By DaddyCalaloo
I still can't really detect much difference between this version and the last except I now get a nice message about the fact that my local Wendy's doesn't accept mobile orders instead of driving there and angrily discovering it myself. Aside from that, I have been to 4 Wendy's in my area, and NONE accept mobile pay even though the app says it does. I have $25 sitting in Wendy's mobile limbo and that aggravates me enormously. Also, despite repeatedly entering my location and preferred Wendy's, the app will not recognize my location (yes, locations are turned on), nor will it retain that info when the app is closed. Lastly, and perhaps most importantly, your competitors-- McDonalds and Burger King-- both offer extensive deals and coupons in their apps that GREATLY incentivize me (and I'm guessing others) to buy and return to them. I have routinely chosen your competitors over you because Wendy's offers not ONE deal/coupon. This needs to be available on the app because it really does affect your bottom line and you are WAAAAY behind the competition.
  • Third party developers... ain't they a b!tch?

Wendy's has great food. Sadly, they do not have great judgment when it comes to app developers lol. Having the same problem as everyone else on here. Cannot login using Facebook. I'm not calling anyone and I'm not digging through emails. I should be able to login with a maximum of a couple of taps. The restaurants I've visited lately out on Long Island have been pretty empty compared to McDonalds - and I've seen a LOT of people of different ages using the app and its coupons, which may explain the disparity despite fact that your food is a lot better. At this point it may be worth it to pay for someone reputable to make a new app. And website, btw. The mobile browser experience left much to be desired, which is why I even tried the app. Normally I avoid downloading apps like the plague. Some of these reviews are old enough that any problems should have been long gone by now. Any developer worth their salt will have a layman test out all of the functions of their app/program on each operating system before even THINKING about launching. Clearly this critical step was neglected here, as everyone has had the same negative experiences. Sorry, Wendy's. This isn't a critique of you, per se. Your food is really good. But ignoring the negative app reviews and, I'm assuming, the rate of immediate uninstalls isn't wise these days. Please fix it! I like you! I want you to stay open!
  • Nifty, but needs lots of polish.

It's great to see Wendy's have simple nutrition information in an easy to use app. It's also nice knowing where the closest Wendy's is and the ability to save menu items makes it easy to keep track of how many calories you are taking in. The issue with this app is that it doesn't handle very well. The pop-up window for naming a favorite meal has a .html name. The scrolling works, but it doesn't flow at the same speed as normal iOS scrolling, so it feels really awkward. The generation of meals based on calories is great, but there is a massive lack of customization. As far as I understand, there is no native mapping function for the nearest restaurants in the app. There is no way to change favorites, be it altering side options or changing the title. This is a nice app, but it still has a lot of work to make it really worth your time.
  • Wendy’s App Saltier Their Fries...

    By Jimmy Jonnie
I’m sitting here with the hunger. Begging Wendy to grant me the privilege of using her App. She tells me it’s her, that it has nothing to do with me. That she needs to change not me. That I have done nothing wrong. But somehow it all seems like a lie. I must have done something wrong to deny me her fresh never frozen all beef patties. Maybe its that I refuse to give her all of my personal information. No Wendy I do NOT want to sign up conveniently through my Facebook or Google App. Oh you say I can sigh up using my email instead. Turns out that’s a big NOPE. I’ve tried multiple times to sign up using my email. Like many have said before Wendy’s asks you to verify your account using the verification link they will send to you email. The thing is the email never arrives and YES I have checked my spam folder multiple times. SHAME ON YOU WENDY!!! I had such high hopes for you. Guess I’m gonna go get me some 4th meal.
  • App Developer Very Concerned

    By TimJSwan
I really can't comprehend how a multibillion dollar company can be worse at creating apps than broke students with no time. I tried to order some food using the app here in the union at U of I. 1. I started off having to wait in line just to ask the employee which app was the right one and he told me the wrong one. 2. When I downloaded the correct app, I realized that nothing made sense according to usability rules. Rule of least surprise and modelessness are a fail. I was surprised that the location had no order option. It only had directions and phone numbers. When I went to the menu, there were things that were not offered at this location. 3. Most importantly, the rule of reality failed. It is obvious to me that no one properly tested the app. This is not due to what the employees said but due to the reviews. I never figured out how to order my food. Instead, I spent 10 minutes just giving Wendy's advice they shouldn't need. No one should have to tell you executives that you make yourself look like incompetent fools by releasing and encouraging the use of an app that does not work. I will be encouraging my friends to definitely not bother with your services. I finally realized that the restaurant I loved growing up is no longer grown up enough for my taste.
  • Update*

    By 10384!!&/
I am a die hard Wendy’s fan. I’ve always loved everything on the menu especially in comparison to McDonald’s. The only think McDonalds has had over you is their app. I mean their app is extremely good. I absolutely love that you guys are listening to feedback because there is so much potential with the app. The update has made your app wayyy smoother and I love the new offers feature. I would suggest making the “offers” feature it’s very own tab at the bottom. So that would be a fourth tab added. This is because I still find this a little confusing, so if you were to add it down there it would add a more simplistic design. It is supposed to be FAST food. I will give feedback as more changes come, keep up the good work.
  • I like it, only one thing.

    By Wowmantrav
Unlike most other people that can't sign in, I havent had that problem. The app works as intended and, while being a bit clunky, gets me to my food just fine. Only problem is I sometimes don't want to use my credit card to buy my meal and instead want to use cash, for ease of my monthly bill. Most other apps allow me to "pay in store" or something like that, but to my displeasure, Wendy's does not. That stinks. I love the food here and would love the app even more if it allowed me to get reward points while not limiting my payment options to only using some card. Otherwise, solid app. Just needs a little more work.
