App Reviews

  • Ridiculous app

So I have spent too much on chips. As far as I’m concerned , any amount of money you pay towards extras in an app is “too much “. Here’s the issue with this particular app. When you spend your own money , you might hit a couple of small minis or jackpots , but then you will depleted. After all, your account use now become “flagged ..tagged, etc” and you will not win just due to the simple fact you’ve spent money and they want you to again and , again and of of course , repeatedly. Today I’ve not been able to play as many of my friends have stated the same problem, which is when you open the BF app, it stays purely blank with only sound, and then it just shuts down ! I’ve contacted them through there so called “Game Help” app only to have them completely ignore me. This is such a waste of fun and time! I’ve had people stalk me, when I reported them for disgusting pics , as well as acting like it’s some dating app. I’ve chosen to not use messenger through them , yet I’ve gotten naked pics and disgusting messages. I honestly thought this would be a fun escape .. uhm NO! You cannot win , and if you do win ; it’s because they want you to spend money. The newest owner was supposed to care of the free sites where you use a generator and can download millions for free. I’ve had over 30 +people try , and about 3 succeed. So , BF, I ask as a loyal app user , change your greedy ways !!!
  • Worst money hungry App.

Do not get yourself suckered into this app or their other App Jackpot Magic Slots. They are the most money hungry, greedy company I have ever experienced. All their updates are made to increase you chance at losing chips so you will buy more. The club feature is full of BF admins in the top teams so you will never get there but you will buy buy buy trying. The rich get richer (because they work there) and the poor just keep buying. I have been on this app for 4.5 years and their customer service gets worse every day. They don’t care about anything but your money. Find an app that you can really play for free on. I will be deleting this app for good. They started a new VIP reward program and sent me a message saying I was automatically enrolled. I was to get 117 mil chips from this new program. My balance was 64 mil. When I sent in a ticket they said oh sorry we made a mistake. Now granted I didn’t ask to be enrolled in this program and I can not decide I don’t want to do it. It’s made to only allow you one boost per week so you lose your chips in the first day and buy the next 6 days. Before this we could ask for a boost about every 2-3 days. Well I have decided this app is no longer fun and won’t be playing anymore. As I said don’t let them sucker you into their whirlpool of money sucking games.
  • Biggest Scams Ever

The review by Karma in October sums it to the T! Graphics and social is simply amazing. Now as far of the odds don’t even go there. They always compare themselves to Real Casino Odds but like I have said in my emails to Big Fish and to Apple they are not affiliated with any gaming control board (GCB), a search on Google will bring this “GCB, A gaming control board (GCB), also called by various names including gambling control board, casino control board, gambling board, and gaming commission) is a government agency charged with regulating casino and other types of gaming in a defined geographical area,* unfortunately, they are regulated by no one and earned over $430 millions in just 2017 ! All that without paying the GCB a penny! Now, if you complain to Big Fish that “it is only a matter of time until someone report them to the GCB or local news or starting a class action lawsuit,” they simply reply saying “ anymore abuse to anyone at big fish and you will no longer get tech support and that they will ignore any future emails.” I long the day of a major class action lawsuit against Big Fish. It is only a matter of time. So please stay away from this app if you plan to buy chips. If you have no intention in buying and just plan to play for free, you won’t get very far but at least you’ll be ahead.
  • Bf is a purchasing scam

    By Luv2spin
The game claims everyone has the same odds whether you purchase or not. I have done both. Before purchasing, you win. Then you lose, so you buy. But once you purchase you’ll never keep them, this is their way to get you to buy since you know what it feel like to win and you want to continue the wins. If you don’t buy and send in a complaint, they tell you it’s not in their budget to help you since your past purchases are not there. What a joke, so you buy 2x and lose, send in a ticket and you get their automated response of the game odds. You reply to it and then NEVER get another response. You are then on the no hit list, they have control over wins, just as they have control in changing the amount of wins or jp’s on a slot game. If the odds are the same customer service should be the same. 75m gone in the first 1/2 of the day after tourney payout. Do you think they care? Just buy more chips they say with tons of pop ups. Now unless you have money to throw away, it doesn’t matter, but if you don’t it does for someone who wants to play for enjoyment with an app they claim to be free. After losing over and over the enjoyment is gone.

Lately it has been extremely tight. If you are one of the fortunate ones to win you will be placed on lockdown and will lose until you're back to zero. If you're playing a game and raise your bet you can expect nothing but losing spins with a few small wins mixed in to keep you hoping you might hit. They get you thinking that you have to hit sooner or later but with Big Fish you don't. I lost 310 million in one session. Last night 18 million in a few minutes and that's playing minimum bet. They seem to control individual users. The sad thing is that a lot of elderly people play, get addicted to it and then lose money they can't afford to spend on a game that is unfair because they have monitors who interfere. Also, you have to be careful what you say about BFC during game play and on Facebook. They already blocked me for about a year now and they don't allow me to set up a profile. I'm sure they will block me from talking with friends soon. I have more than one profile so I will still play. Game continues to get worse and worse. They control individual users and have me on lockdown. 100 spins 94 losers all small wins. It's crazy not just for me because so many people are complaining.
  • It’s not gambling, it’s robbery

Update: To Big Fish sympathizers, this app is now illegal in the State of Washington. Let that sink in for a moment. This app is predatory, period. Gambling is regulated in most states to give a certain level of payout. However since this is simulated gambling, there is no regulation. This game is averaging about 30% payout for me compared to 90+% payout mandated by most gambling regulations. It’s illegal if this was real gambling because the payout is too low. Simulated gambling is arguably more dangerous than real gambling because the user wagers tokens bought with real money but with 0% chance of cashing out. When the payout is bad, the users experience all the downside of gambling (lost money) with zero upside (no way to recoup the money). I hope Apple, Google, and the governments comes to their senses and realize this needs to be regulated. It’s currently the Wild West and Big Fish is robbing all users blind with zero oversight. Regulating gambling while Big Fish robs people with no oversight is akin to regulating alcohol and turning a blind eye to the meth epidemic. I hope the executives cashing in on their bonus realize they’re cashing in on corruption money. There is a special place in hell for those with no conscience.
  • Bigfish you guys write your own reviews?

I promise you no way is this rated 4/5 stars. In slot chat where ever I go recently players are complaining. Been playing since 2013. It use to be fun and a great social experience with friends. Then they introduced "clubs." That's when Bigfish really started to go downhill. Think of "clubs" as another form of odds. As of September 2017 you will not win before on or after club payday. Club payday is Tuesday. So no hits Mon/Tues/Wed and weekend are even worse Fri/Sat/Sun. Out of the whole week you have Thursday to maybe hit. I have reached above player level 1063 yesterday and have spent thousands on this app. It's depressing and addicting. I know I need help, but they continue to take advantage of their customers and give two cents about them as well. On my fourth week straight of being broke struggling in Snowday with squatters. If you really want to get a kick, "GOOGLE HOW MUCH BIGFISH MAKES ANNUALLY OFF THIS APP." You will cringe! I would post it on here but they would delete my review. As they deleted my status when I said how much they made. Greedy...greedy...greedy. Run from this app, not worth the time and PLEASE never spend a single penny on any online casino/gambling app.
  • No longer a fun app

This was once a great app that was loads of fun. It really was. That’s not the case anymore!! I’m shocked and disappointed how I have been treated even being a level 8 VIP. Be prepared to lose and not have enough chips to play most tables. I’ve foolishly purchased chips to lose it all too fast, even playing smart. No answer from my customer service tickets. Just threats that multiple emails after several weeks of no response will delete my service request! Really? Why spend money on fake chips when you have a real chance at a real casino? They pray on addicts and the need to feel wanted in Tournament clubs. So many players now squat to get chips in scatter rooms and there are angry players because they can’t win. If you like to lose and get bashed if you are betting minimum because you have few chips this is the app for you! Imagine individuals spending thousands of dollars that lose it all over and over again and now you get to play in the same room with them. It’s become a hostile playing environment. It’s terrible. I was hopeful the new owners would make great strides but so far this year it’s gotten worse unfortunately!

LOVE TIS GAME BFC graphics amazing! You are robbing people & Karma will catch up to you but hey 5 stars for being the rudest customer support Oh get this~ I made a $100 purchase & then the app blacked out. I did not receive the chips I bought. So I wrote an email (the only way to contact them) explained the situation ~frustrated as this has happened before but kind & to the point. They wrote back that they do not respond to disrespectful customers who use explicit language. I don’t curse. It’s not who I am. I want to post my email -v- theirs but now they blocked me from Facebook. They literally stole from me. I believe that’s illegal. I have spent 10’s of thousands of dollars in 2 years on this app & this is how they treat me? I’m ashamed & disgusted with myself but especially with bfc. I read some other reviews & learned they do this often. Also there are no laws to protect us. If this were a real casino it’d be shut down
  • Crappy Payouts-'Nuff Said

Besides the crappy payouts on virtually all games, the pop ups make me insane. Every time you open the app, 3 4 5 6 or sometimes 7 pop ups appear. Jesus, BFC, GET OVER IT! There is a way to compensate for all the BS. Like their facebook page & visit it daily for free chips, gold bars and other goodies. Also, sign up for the daily spin in the main lobby, which will give you from 25,000 to 100,000 free chips a day. DON'T fall for the VIP crap and DON'T buy any chips-ever. Limit your play to a few minutes and play the minimum bets. Play Big Fish Fields, their horse racing game. There's only 6 horses per race, and 3 winners per race (win, place, show) so you have a 50% chance of winning something. UPDATE: I am keeping my 1 star review but for new reasons. I recently reported a fubar in Big Fish Fields, their horse racing game. Seems the name bar at the top drops down, obscuring not only the betting window but also the main racing window, making it impossible to enjoy the game. This has been well over a month ago and still hasn’t been fixed. Way to go, BFC. Just another example of incompetence in the mobile app arena.
