A window of Costco will open and it will display the app in your Emulator Software. Hit the Install button and your application will start downloading. Now we are all done.

  • Extremely Frustrated

    I can in no way recommend this app or for that matter anything online from COSTCO. I love their stores though. I ordered an $850 item and was charged twice with two separate orders for the same item. The customer service notified me I had a 27 minute wait to speak to someone. I waited and the person told me this had been happening but there was nothing she could do about it. I was billed for both orders. She cancelled one order but said it was “up to their vendor” if it could be actually cancelled and it was not a returnable item (security camera). Too bad for me I guess so I stopped payment on the credit card. I was informed that COSTCO does not call members. I guess being a “member” negates any rights as a “customer”. My advice is don’t let this app ruin things for you. Shop only in the store until COSTCO gets its software and online customer service in order. Both are terrible as it now stands. At least that is my experience.
  • Costco please listen to your customers!!

    It almost seems like they don’t really listen. People want an enhanced digital experience. Apple Pay, digital membership cards, updated inventory in the app for my local store. I don’t get why Costco continues to ignore the desires of their loyal customer base. What is the point? Go hire a top notch IT team and get it done. It’s not difficult and except for the few curmudgeons that are still carrying around flip phones, the majority of your people will be happy. And at the local store level, please emphasize to your store managers to not let the line to get out of the store back up all the way to the registers! Very frustrating. And at the Franklin-Brentwood store, please purchase or repair the onion dispenser. It’s been at least 6 weeks and people have to go to the register to request someone to put onions in a cup so they can have for their sandwich. It slows the line down for everyone else and it’s frustrating.

    Another useless so-called app update.. the developers cannot be this insensitive to the reviews posted here... — In a nutshell: Useless app updates... no Apple Wallet support for membership Card and no support for “scan and go” feature... the competitors offer these already and are making steady incremental updates to keep the customers intact.. Costco is still in its own world, far behind the line... pathetic.. are the developers paying attention to customer reviews? Hmm... Needed improvements: - Need Apple Wallet support at warehouses for payments... Need to be able to use the digital membership card at warehouse (right now, you require members to carry the physical membership card...but that's outdated)... - Need Scan and Go feature in the warehouse for fast and effective checkout, similar to what Sam's club is offering.. waiting in the long checkout lines is a complete waste of time, especially in this holiday season. - Need a receipt scanning feature to view the purchase history (made in stores), for easy returns similar to the Walmart the app. That’s a nifty feature they have... Why is this so difficult to implement? - importantly, the app does not work inside a warehouse.. often times, there is no connectivity inside a warehouse. What could be that? Overall, need serious upgrades in this age of mobile wallet and payments..
  • Needs Apple Pay for purchases & membership card

    Now that Costco has updated their Verifone card readers in their warehouses to support Apple Pay - the app needs to catch up. It would be even better if the app also allowed for pushing the membership card to Apple Wallet but I’d be happy if it just allowed for the membership card to be available in app. Costco registers barcode scan the membership card anyway so it’d be easy to add to the app even if it was just allowing customers to manually add it by simply taking a picture of their physical member card. With warehouses supporting Apple Pay I’m nearly to the point where I don’t need to carry my wallet with me. Costco was the last hold out! Please allow for the member card to be stored in app or better yet pushed to Apple Wallet!
  • Does not work with Face ID

    Latest update will not work with Face ID. Even with selecting “remember me” it will log out and when you open the app, Face ID pops up and all your info is gone and you have to enter your email and password again. Does this every single time. Needs to be fixed. Also, when you back page, it starts at the very beginning!! When I’m scrolling through items, I’ll find something that looks interesting. I’ll select that item to get more info. After that, I’ll back page to get back to scrolling, and bang!!! I’m back to the very beginning of scrolling! I have to scroll fast to try and find where it was I was last at. What a pain!! After 2 times, I’m done using the app because you always end up at square 1. Please fix the app Regards Frustrated.
  • Love Costco, but not so much this App

    I use the app for many of my online purchases. This version needs an update badly. The biggest problem is that the app times you out, so all the work you've done to save things to your cart is futile. It has happened numerous times, so I find this rather irritating. I also do not like that the app now makes me sign in even if I have checked the remember me box. My devices already have pass codes so this gets ridiculous. The new “grocery” option is a joke. It doesn’t save any time and is so much more expensive now than just before they included the feature. But other than that, it's a pleasure doing business with you. Costco, please step it up. Help us love you & this app at Christmastime and all throughout the year.

    We do most of our grocery shopping here as well as buying clothing staples. I love the app categories, what’s new, this weeks treasures and the limited items. The information on items available in the warehouse is very helpful too. I shop both and it’s easy to know I can pick things up vs having them shipped. One improvement I would like to see is the pages button listed on top as well as the bottom and the ability to type in a page vs having to scroll through when there are 3-4 sets of pages. Overall I love the app, love Costco pricing and am looking forward to more shopping!

    In your app where you can order photos. You should make so there are more options for photos. Like adding calendars, metal prints, holiday cards, poster or bigger print sizes. Just like you have it at the store. Because I work durning the day, sometimes long hours. So that way others and my self can order them during the week and week them up on the week end. And also can you have the people at the phot center clean the machines. Because sometimes they mess up my prints and blame me for the reason it’s flawed. But when I take it somewhere else it some out fine. Other than that, thank you for all you do!

    What’s up with everyone so needy with technology, people act like they couldn’t live a day without their phones. If you don’t want to have a membership card then don’t shop at costco you can get lower quality product at an alternative store like “sams” which is slowly closing down over 70 stores across the states and more to come... and then what will you do with your electronic membership cards? Also if you don’t enjoy shopping online, get off your booty and go into a warehouse and shop yourself it’s really not that bad..

    I just updated the app and it is still horrible! Who coded it anyway? Here are just a few issues: the touch sensitive area of arrows is too small and requires multiple tries before clicking on right spot; the app doesn’t load UPS pages when you click on the tracking link; there are still issues with persisting login. In this digital day and age, it’s unforgivable for a large retailer to be so lacking with technology. Previous: This is seriously one of the worst shopping apps. It's very dated, the order status page only gives you dates, and today the order status page gives an error message. There is no in app technical support. The app support link in the App Store goes to their homepage! Such a huge disappointment for such a good store.
