App Reviews

  • Not useful for key purpose

    By the.franster
I want an app to show me a dynamic system map. If a station is closed, I don't want a flashing dot, I want it to not show on the map. This app would be great if it represented the current available system, not a barely visible service layer on top of the regular options. The data doesn't auto refresh, the app is hard to use, and just doesn't do what we need.
  • Frequently wrong

    By Jon Thomas
I imagined that an MTA sanctioned app would have up to date information regarding closures, but that’s not the case. My local station often has service changes on the weekend. The app with weekend built into its name never reflects these changes. Considering the MTA’s track record lately though, I suppose that’s not surprising. I gave up and removed the app from my phone.
  • Broken app for close to a year

    By GunsofTanith
The digital map with interactive stations has been a black screen for close to a year. I've updated the app, deleted and downloaded again, but still have this issue. If this worked, the app would truly be fantastic.
  • Useful App, but has a Major Flaw

    By LeighLeigh2187
I use this app for when I travel on the weekends. It is very useful. My only issue is that the information is not updating automatically. This leads me to spend money unnecessarily on cabs. This app is inaccurate at times.
  • No station map

    By dunnypop
The app doesn’t show the entire station map which is ridiculous. As for up to date station info it’s pretty good.
  • Needs update, MTA Beta is not the answer

    By Ballroomdru
First, the new MTA Beta app is NOT the answer. The other apps have and present the data I need so i can make an intelligent decision. Second, the map does not render which makes the App EXTREMELY difficult to use. Please fix that and maybe I can give this 4 stars.
  • Train stops are all wrong!

    By JayGangsta
Fix the train stops! It’s been a while now since all the Train stops are wrong. I have been waiting for a update to fix this but nothing has changed.
  • Please fix

    By Gphace
This app was very useful for checking weekend status and daily status of the subway. But since it's latest update the map no longer displays properly making the app rather useless.
  • Yikes

    By Bronx Juan
This app is badly done. When you download a map, it takes the full screen hostage and forces you to essentially have to kill the app to use it again. That’s just one bad thing I found in under 10 seconds.
  • Sorta works

    By kdubnyc
Horrible app, but the information is good; that is, if you dig around for where to refresh it since it doesn't bother to do it automatically.
