The app refuses to let me see my own grades. I tried to check them in this app for the first time in months, and automatically, after entering the CORRECT password (it works well on the computer version), it said I couldn’t access my account because it has exceeded the max number of login attempts. Let me be clear, I did previously forget my password, but I haven’t tried the app in 6 MONTHS. That shouldn’t be a problem. I tried to my parent’s login instead hoping that it would work, but alas, I was presented with a different problem. I put in the password I was told, the one that it had been changed to 1 week ago, and was denied access. I tried it a few more times in all possible capitalizations and spellings, and was denied access. I put in the older password, and was denied access. I tried a few more different passwords, and was denied access. Meanwhile, I can login just fine on the computer version. PLEASE fix this issue. It defeats the purpose and convenience of an app.
  • Love the idea, hate the set up

    By 11_Bubbles
This app needs an update soon. The app regularly glitches and won’t let me go back to my accounts until I manually select change accounts from the menu. The things that are only available on the desktop version are vital educational components that I feel are necessary on the mobile version as well. I also find it aggravating that the quality of the app has not improved at all in the years that I’ve had it. Another tip would be to allow our phones to receive some form of notification as new assignments are added to our grade books or if our letter grades/GPA were to drop.
  • Crashes & hard to navigate

    By Shawnaem206415
I used this Skyward app last year for our two kids and it seems to have only gotten worst. The app crashes a lot, like 2-3 times in a row sometimes. But this is my biggest complaint. It has a iphone and desktop version, and for some reason a LOT of important information is only found on the desktop version, which of course is hard to navigate from a phone. I'm a busy working parent and it would be so nice if this app got a tuneup and had all the same important info as the desktop version.
  • Horrible UI, doesn’t work

    By spencer.farrell
I have been using the Skyward App for many years now hoping that someday they would decide to make an actual interface instead of what seems to be an overlay for a mobile version of the site. But hey it’s a grade app so that can be forgiven right? Sure. However over the past month the app fails to display my grades anymore. On the web they display fine but in the app it shows nothing. Useless. I’ve tried reinstalling and signing in again and I’m getting the same result. Renders this app useless and even more frustrating than before.
  • Works ok, but lots of room for improvement

    By Nickmeister03
This app works ok, does it’s base job of displaying grades. However, the UI seems to be just a simplified version of a full website, not an actual app, which makes it somewhat cumbersome to use. It would be nice if grades less than 48 hrs old were bolder or somehow highlighted to help me identify new grades easily. I see no use to the calendar function at all, though that may be because teachers just aren’t using it.
  • Great idea, possibly programmed by the students it fails to serve

    By Dvegsuwgggy
The idea of this app is great, allowing students to see their grades so they can keep up with school work and such. However, in the event you can get in (seeing as your password fails most of the time, even though it may be right/the servers are down for some reason almost every other day) the grades are often late or certain parts of the app are inaccessible due to poor servers or just a poor interface. All in all, needs a lot of work to live up to its potential.
  • Ya it's pretty bad...

    By Boss powers
This app is unfortunately very difficult to navigate, the aesthetics of the whole app need a complete redesign. This app looks like it was designed in 2003 and hasn't had a redesign since! I honestly hate this app with a passion and hope to god that the school system will find a better looking and functioning app! If any developers see this please take my advice and redesign the look and feel of this app, I know for a fact people will enjoy using your app more and give better reviews! Please I'm begging you to fix this app!!
  • Works fine.

    By Diarrhea Jones
For me this app works fine. But at the same time I’m only a middle schooler and I just want to see my grades. Maybe my opinion will change once I get to high school or above, but right now it’s great. Never ad any crashes or lag, but maybe if I started using it earlier I would’ve.
  • Unable to log in

    By Kylee Acerson
I have always been able to log in but within the last 2 days I have not been able to log in. It says I need to set up credentials so I did that but it will still not let me log in. This is just on the app. When I try and do a google search for it, it just says that their is not a website available. Please get this working!! So I can continue to check my grades!!
  • Add More Features

    By imthatniglet
This app works perfectly for me but I would love it better if there was a feature that automatically calculated your GPA in the app for you. That would make using the app way more easier and convenient.
