If you do the above correctly, the Software will be successfully installed.

3: How to Use B-Dubs® for Windows PC - Windows 7/8 / 8.1 / 10

Now, open the Emulator application you have installed and locate the search bar. Now type B-Dubs® in the search bar and hit Search. You will easily see the app. Click on B-Dubs® application icon. A window of B-Dubs® will open and it will display the app in your Emulator Software. Hit the Install button and your application will start downloading. Now we are all done.
Next, you will see the "All Apps" icon.
Click on it and it will take you to a page containing all your installed applications.
You should see the B-Dubs® icon. Click on it and start using the application.

  • Ordered, charged -no wings

    I ordered wings for a co-worker and myself for lunch. We work night shift so our lunch is late, 9:30 pm. Ordered through the app, paid online- the app made me pay ahead. I get there and they can’t find the order, the check the computer and the kitchen- nothing. Ask if I have an email confirmation. I didn’t. I thought maybe my order didn’t go through, but I on the app it said “order received” and had a receipt. I couldn’t bring that up either because I checked out as a guest. At this point I couldn’t even wait for them to put the order in because I only get a half hour lunch. So I walked out, with no food. Before I got in my car though I decided to check my credit card app, to see if I got charged, sure enough there was a charge. So the store couldn’t give me a refund and the only proof I had was the charge on my credit card, so I left without food to eat for lunch, wasted my time going there and was charged.
  • Can’t check out - pointless app

    For a while this app was totally fine. Then about two months or so ago - it just stopped working. I can literally do everything until I hit “check out” then the app goes basically blank, constantly loads, or times out. I always end up having to call the store instead - which usually means being put on hold for a decade. I would ALWAYS prefer to order through an app/online versus calling in because I’m able to create all notes for any substitutions or changes to a menu item. I’m able to set a pick up time. When you call in - you can’t guarantee they understood you and if you tell them a time, more often than not, they put the food in anyway and it’s just waiting or you to arrive. Fix your app or just take it off the market.
  • App doesnt work

    Just call dont waste your time with this app. I have spoken with the GM of my location, the store manager, and more... Cant add wings and check out. Always errors out. When I asked I was told that it is because they are always out of wings and yet you can order on the phone. Never works on Tuesday or Thursday and Saturday. IOS up to date, app up to date. Didnt work last week, didnt work today. Its a shame too because I eat there a lot and this app worked for a while. Wish they would update it or something. Just to add something, I just went to their website and tried to order, and wouldnt you know after another 20 minutes of adding things, I got the UH OH! So i think BWW’s is doing it on purpose because of the 1/2 priced wings.

    There’s always some kind of issue with this app. It’s either I’m able to order but the restaurant doesn’t receive it or I’m stuck at a blank page for my review order. Don’t get me started in their site. Go to Wingstop. Update August 2018 I’m within walking distance of a BWW so i thought I would try the app out again. Still broken and doesn’t work. You’re able to browse their menu and add it to your cart but when you’re taken to the review order screen it’s a blank white screen that never changes... STILL! The support for this app is garbage and calling an order in is the worst way to go because my orders have always been messed up one way or another. Go to Wingstop. Their app works all the time, every time.
  • Can’t order

    I’ve read others complaining about the same issue, and it’s been an issue for months. Every once in awhile, I wonder if it has been addressed and attempt again. What’s the point in an app for online ordering if it doesn’t work? Calling to place the order, being put on hold for 10 minutes and then told the wait time will be 30+ minutes gets really frustrating after you’ve gone through the whole process. If the app worked properly then you could see there would be a 40 minute wait before going through the inconvenience of this process. Fix the app or get rid of it.
  • Checkout Nightmares

    As other reviews have pointed out, everything works great until you get to the checkout area after which you’ll get one of two results: 1. A blank screen, or 2. An error message saying to try again. What’s better is that the Safari page on mobile has the same issue at the exact same place with a popup message that says “Uh oh! Something went wrong! Try again later.” You’d think they’d have this fixed after a year or two of it doing that, but... Don’t bother with the app until it’s fixed. No point in having it unless you just wanna use it to peruse the menu or something.

    I have been using this app to order for a very long time - but today when I tried to place an order everything went really well until 'Checkout' - where I was directed to a page that said 'Review Your Order' but that page was totally blank! No matter how many times I tried to get to that page (even after doing a hard reset on my phone) the exact same problem occurred. I also tried to get to your support page from the app store for help and it said the page no longer exists. I agree with another review - either fix the app or take it down!

    Well looks like this needs some work because apparently no one has worked on this! App seems easy enough until check out process. It’s almost as though your app team gave up at the end and just pushed it through. Check out asked for email. It failed. Set up new acct. Failed. Set up another acct. Failed. Checked email. Then password miraculously worked and went to check out. Error on a few items in cart. Deleted them. Go to check out again. Loading runs and runs. You should be doing everything you can to ensure customers can check out and revenue is made! Get crackin’!
  • Never works. Always freezes somewhere.

    I've tried repeatedly to use this app but always have to resort to actually calling the store. Because it never works! Apps are supposed to be convenient!! But when actually calling the store and placing my order is quicker and more convenient, something is wrong with your app. I've managed to get it to place an order only once in about 20 attempts. Once!! It always freezes somewhere in the ordering process. Don't waste any more of your time on this app until they actually fix it. Just call the store. It'll be much easier.

    I ran in circles thanks to the clueless staff at the Port Huron restaurant trying to pay online somehow. Three different people insisted I was able to. After retrieving passwords, creating new accounts, using a different phone and computer I gave up after an hour. Of course they can’t accept payment over the phone because some people don’t work and spend their time scamming others so the rest of us working people are inconvenienced. Thanks loosers!! Either accept payment online or in app like the rest of the digital community or remove the app all together.
