Using My TWC® on your Windows computer is actually very easy but if you are new to this process, you will definitely need to pay attention to the steps listed below. This is because you will need to download and install a Desktop App emulator for your computer. We will help you download and install My TWC® on your computer in 4 simple steps below:

1: Download an Andriod Software emulator for Windows

If you successfully downloaded the Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe, go to your Downloads folder on your computer or anywhere you ususally store downloaded files.
Once you have find it, click it to install the application. It should start the installation process on your PC.
Click Next to accept the EULA License agreement.
Follow the on screen directives in order to install the application.
If you do the above correctly, the Software will be successfully installed.

3: How to Use My TWC® for Windows PC - Windows 7/8 / 8.1 / 10

Now, open the Emulator application you have installed and locate the search bar. Now type My TWC® in the search bar and hit Search. You will easily see the app. Click on My TWC® application icon. A window of My TWC® will open and it will display the app in your Emulator Software. Hit the Install button and your application will start downloading. Now we are all done.
Next, you will see the "All Apps" icon.
Click on it and it will take you to a page containing all your installed applications.
You should see the My TWC® icon. Click on it and start using the application.

  • Horrible customer service

    I recently moved and was told to take my equipment and hook it up myself. They said the services would be turned on in 2 days. When I called after 3 days and no service, I was told they couldn’t give me a date or time that I would have internet, cable, phone, etc. The computer tells the techs when to go out and turn on services and it’s any day, any time they want. The rep did tell me there were several techs in my area with extra time so she put in a special request. Two days later, still nothing! I have had problems with them before and their opinion that they are the only ones whose time is valuable. I told her I am a student and have to finish class work and take an exam by the end of the week, but although she said the right things, she was very patronizing as if I was too stupid to understand her. They may have cheaper bundles, but I am probably switching services based on principle. I cannot stand paying money to people who don’t value their customers.

    Long time customer of TWC/Spectrum : Constant server errors and crashing apps !! How do you expect to have happy customers who pay for the services you offer and are relied upon to work yet don't !! Wow if you write to much of a complaint I get blocked! Do you want a review? I dont like your tech suppirt people laughing at me when i asked abouttwo things , the current new upgrades offered for free on the online services Which they told me i was mistaken (They dontveven know whats going on with the companyoffers !!! i saidi guess ill go else where since i cant afford the high cost of services! & ( after asking for help and saying " im tired of the apps not working that control the landline ) And effects my use on international calling App & The online App use which when I have to call Spectrum to fix the app thats not working, going on 2 weeks now"! You should credit everone fortheservices we have been withoutforv2 Weeks!

    I needed to change the credit card on file for auto billing. The only way to do that with the app is to make an immediate payment even though no payment was due. In the “contact us” on the app no telephone number is provided...can only do chat but advised not to send credit card info via chat. When you get the telephone number the automated system wants to send you to the website to pay. I didn’t want to pay (not due) just change credit card number for future auto pay. Finally asked for rep and rep changed the credit card. Lot of my time wasted because app doesn’t allow me to change credit card number for auto billing without making a payment which is not yet due.
  • My experience with just WiFi

    I was suppose to pay $69 and some change every month for WiFi. I paid that the first money, the second month I went to pay my bill and it wouldn’t let me it kept saying declined. Panicking I check my bank account which has plenty of money. I then try again and it works. The next month same thing happens. I never can just easily hit pay when using the app. I’ve had so so so many problems with that. The fourth month my bill was increased a decent amount. I was told it would be taken off and they apologized. It was never taken off and now I pay $100 a month for JUST WiFi. I have no other features. Just WiFi only. I have had an UNBELIEVABLE amount of problems. No one will help, customer services is just rude they don’t help at all. From day one I have had behind bu problems. I am canceling my account today.
  • Superior century Link don’t even come close

    I’m grateful that Spectrum has decided to reinvest there profits into making their customers happy it really shows in this app. I had centry link and Spectrum in one household at the same time it only took a few weeks for Century Link to go down and it stayed down even after troubleshooting it. Century Link even knew there were outages in my area and did not run a systems check on their users. A simple ping of IP addresses would have been a start. Yet, century Links resolution is to allow their customers to call in and sit on the phone for an hour. Oh, I called in, — to cancel. I love spectrum.
  • Still a long way to go…

    This app has gotten better. I do love the convenience of it, however there are still some things missing, and some things are messed up. One of those things is not being able to change out your payment method, or having a list of payment method saved to the app. That is somewhat inconvenient because you don’t always have the money in the same account. Some of us poor folks who live from paycheck to paycheck have to get creative sometimes. Another thing is the slowness of the updating. It takes an inordinately long time for changes made in the app to show up in your account.

    Makes everything SO EASY! Paying the bill, looking at your services. Connecting your cell phone to your house phone. If I’m out & someone calls the home phone I can answer it right from my cell & when I’m inside the house they both ring. I get to choose which I pick up. I get text alerts if a voicemail is left. I can even text people from my home number using my cell. So cool. Plus there’s so many other things. Highly recommend. If ya don’t already have it...well don’t be a fool. Download it & give it a try! :)

    Spectrum TWC IOS mobile Application provides encompassing access of services and controls. Negotiating the application is easily managed and organized with clearly explained accommodating facilities. Experienced compromised issues with Spectrum TWC mobile IOS application may be no fault of Spectrum TWC. Many of my cyber accounts I have experienced cyber security compromising issues. Applications are vonerable to cyber compromises. Many applications experience cyber compromises. Simply uninstalling and reinstalling the application often rectify compromises.
  • Such a painful app to use

    I became a Spectrum customer well after they had purchased TWC, however, I somehow was still added to the "former TWC customer" umbrella. So sadly, I can't use the My Spectrum app, and am forced to use this junk app instead. I attempted to make a payment today, and needed to add a new credit card. I COULD NOT successfully do so, because when I would update the expiration month, the year would revert to 2018, and then when I changed the year to the correct year, it reverted the month back to January. Completely unusable. Do us a favor and make the Spectrum app work with former TWC (or those of us that have somehow been labeled as such) customers. It shouldn't be this hard to pay my bill!
  • Very unreliable

    The app itself is unreliable. Like a young millennial employee that doesn’t care about his job and does poorly on the sales floor from lack of self-motivation to do the right thing and work as hard as he can to achieve more, this app does just that. It’s not intuitive, and although it seems to have so many functions to play with, less than half the time said functions work. I can never successfully submit a payment the first, second or third time. It always takes several tries before the TWC app takes my money. Ironically enough that does bother me. The actual internet service is great, albeit, I need to find out why they’re raising my price without notice.
