If you do the above correctly, the Software will be successfully installed.

3: How to Use ASOS for Windows PC - Windows 7/8 / 8.1 / 10

Now, open the Emulator application you have installed and locate the search bar. Now type ASOS in the search bar and hit Search. You will easily see the app. Click on ASOS application icon. A window of ASOS will open and it will display the app in your Emulator Software. Hit the Install button and your application will start downloading. Now we are all done.
Next, you will see the "All Apps" icon.
Click on it and it will take you to a page containing all your installed applications.
You should see the ASOS icon. Click on it and start using the application.

    Love the app overall, especially the easy and quick buying process. I’ve bought a lot since I discovered Asos a few weeks ago, but I would certainly buy more if it had these features: 1. Add notifications for when a “saved” item (with a specific size), that was out of stock, becomes available again (otherwise I have to remember to go in the app and check my saved list) 2. Show me if a saved item (that is out of stock in the size I saved it in) has a size higher or lower available (I would definitely buy it to see if it would fit) 3. Add ability to see if an item is available in other colors!!! There is a color picker, but there is always only ONE color in the list. Yet I know that that item exists in multiple colors. Why does the color picker not work? 4. While searching, would be helpful to have an icon or similar to indicate: a) I’ve looked at this item already, and b) I’ve bought this item already to make my buying experience even more efficient. 5. Sometimes I use Saved items to check for price drops or tracking if different sizes become available, which means my Saved items list is LONG. The sort function recently added was very helpful. Give us the ability to organize/categorize our saved items — this will be a game changer. Thank you anyway for an app that has revolutionized my shopping experience (goodbye Zara, Mango, etc...hello Asos)!
  • Felt like I just got my money stolen.

    I order off the app cause they have good looking clothes. When I placed my order. My package was supposed to be coming in on July 5. Somehow the delivery company they contracted with said that they delivered my package on June 30. I never got anything and I was home all day. No one rang my door, not one single knocked. So I contacted their “customer care team” through email seems like that the only way to contact them.. They kept prolonging to call me to fix the situation. They still haven’t called me and it’s been a week. They have not yet give me my refund since I asked for it. They haven’t even told me they would be investigating my order to see if the delivery had actually even been delivered. It’s like they don’t care. They want your money and everything after that your on your own. If you had no problem with your delivery you’re one of the lucky ones. God forbid something goes wrong with your order. ASOS customer care team won’t do ANYTHING to help you with your order.

    The design is fresh, beautiful, and definitely youthful. It's marketed towards college students and it definitely aims at us. The photography is beautiful, and the shoe sizing guide is must have for every site that dares to sell shoes. I never bought shoes online until today because ASOS actually has a shoe sizing guide that gives me centimetres and inches, not just numbers that are trial by error for me due to different brands having different sizing, and the fact that my feet are narrow. Fantastic shopping experience too. This app never crashes, although it does sign me out, but the google sign in option makes things easy. Purchasing on here is a dream compared to the nightmare I had with Charlotte Russe yesterday (that app deserves 1 star just for being beautiful).

    I’ve ordered from the company several times and each time there’s something shady from the conversion rates to shipping. When you contact them you get generic responses that don’t address you as an individual. I think keywords in your emails trigger topics sent to you as if you’re being responded to. I place an order and things change about my order and when I contact them they just send me a link to some associated article for me to read what happened and why they charged me conversion prices when on my app it clearly shows USD I would be careful as you may by something that says one price and then you’re charged another price. I even sent them screenshot of my order with the price I was shown and they kind of gave me a oh well response it is what it is and made no attempts to fix it or compensate the exchange. After like my 4th order I’ve realized this company just doesn’t care that much. Im sorry I’ll have to take by mushiness elsewhere

    I freaking love ASOS!! The selection is there, the categories are all filled to the max, functionality and movement throughout the website and app are user friendly and flawless. Shipping is fast, from the IS and 2 day shipping is available as well. They have a full range of styles, sizes, shapes and they stay update on trends for all those trendy dressers. I know there’s a lot of products and that, at times, it can be overwhelming for some. ASOS has awesome filters and sorter options so you can really customize your search, you know, just in case you don’t want to look at everything (trust me, find time to look through everything.) one of the best places to shop online!

    I really enjoy the shopping experience. The filters and sorting are great. I also like the personal edit which I hope keeps improving since I shop on asos so often. I would love to be able to easily find items I love based on the style of items I order and look at. I think the saved items page could be better. It is not easy to edit or remove items from the favorites page when sizes/colors are out of stock. Removing items from the shopping bag by swiping right or left is a bit glitchy too. Overall, I enjoy using the app for convenience, and the 'personal edit' but would still probably prefer to shop on the website when I am near a computer.
  • Hate that cart empties out my picks after only 40-60(?) min.

    Crazy awesome product choices with lots of brands collected in one app, useful for side-by-side comparisons. But I hate that the cart automatically empty out everything you’d picked after maybe every 30-60-min timeouts (I think). It’s aggravating and dozens of times I gave up ordering because there’s so much to look at, with not enough time to complete a purchase. I get it if a product is sold out while in my cart. But otherwise, don’t remove them, plz! If you’re a careful shopper like me, it takes time to find exact styles you’re looking for. On this app, forget about retuning to your shopping session to pick up where you left off. PS: ATTN: ASOS DEPT EXECs If you force time constraints or rush customers while shopping, spend/order presumably will be nominal; minimal purchases only to qualify for free shipping. The stipulations dramatically reduce the spend/customer; customer loyalty; and eliminate impulse buys when time is so constricted. Online shopping especially is the complete opposite of a restaurant, in that you don’t want a turnover rate that kicks customers off the site. Ideally you’d want them to browse through the website as long as possible and purchase as many products on the way to checkout. That’s just imho.

    Extremely excited for my first ASOS order through the app! I received 15% off in app purchase which I love... however I DO wish free shipping (no minimum) would be granted as a “welcome to the family” type gift when signing up with ASOS. Thought for sure “joining” ASOS with sign in account and everything, I would receive SOME type of voucher - most online stores/services offer free ship on first order or discount of 10-25% off first order or item.... kinda bummed about that one. Gave my review five stars however because I am just so excited about the item coming my way. Let’s pray it fits so I don’t have to pay shipping fees so many times.
  • Quality Clothing at Affordable Prices

    You can spend just as much if not more money elsewhere and the items you get won’t be as quality and searching the site will be more frustrating than browsing the ASOS app. I love the “liked items” feature (doesn’t slow the app down to like something) and the app as a whole runs quickly. They have so many ways to refine a search which is something I personally love. This review isn’t sponsored, I just dedicate a lot more time than most to online shopping to find exactly the pieces I want, and the ASOS app is one of my favorite platforms to shop on!

    Very disappointing actually. I was skeptical about shopping online mostly because I like to make sure clothes and shoes fit before I purchase them but I don't get enough time to go to department stores so I caved and gave Asos a shot. Ordered 5 shirts and 2 shoes. Items got delivered in 2 days so that was exciting, however 1 shirt was 100% not what I ordered. Not even close. Color and design was completely different. Same for one of the shoes I purchased; didn't look anything like what I added to my cart - how does this happen? For the 2nd shoe I ordered size 12 but size 11 got delivered and it was too big so that's getting returned as well. Few of the remaining shirts feel flimsy but they fit perfectly so I hope they last. That being said, the app is great but I think the service has issues. I'm located in the US.
