App Reviews

  • Sad but true.

    By BVelez1994
I have had nothing but heartache with working with the WageWorks Customer service. I will never understand that, I, a non WageWork Employee, an understanding the regulations and concept of this card and its benefits more than its employees. Thankfully this application makes me confident when speaking and trying to help educate them but still they persist with their ignorance. With that being said, this application has helped me understand the balances available to me. I suggest you all just believe in the app and don’t even bother calling their customer service unless they owe you money haha 😂
  • App and best way to use flex account

    By CTryban
This app is so easy to use. I just snap pictures of receipts as soon as I have them and submit for quick reimbursement. I avoid using the debit card because this way, I have already submitted the receipts and there is limited chance they will need me to send another copy and the money comes back quick. Besides, I would rather get the points on my credit card than swipe using the flex debit card!
  • Works ok, wish it had notes field and pics

    By Laknormn
We can’t use the debit card feature (company restrictions), so I use the app to submit everything. Works well, except it would be 5 stars if it had: 1) A notes field for the “Pay Yourself” option. It would make matching up payments and bills/receipts much easier. 2) The option to take a picture of your related statement/bill. This would also be extremely helpful in case you are audited.
  • Who Beta Tested This..Martians?

    By Mr. Yuck-O
It is designed to generate repetitive motion syndrome and carpal tunnel so that you give up and they keep your money. It makes you input claims by date, then provider, then recipient. This means starting over for each date. If I have a giant stack of CVS prescriptions, I should be able to select the sorting or grouping method. That way I can just plow through and input Cvs one time, then each of mine, then my wife, etc. Fix this thing so that scenario can be done with minimum repeats. Also LET ME SUPPRESS THE “WHAT IS A GOOD RECEIPT” POPUP. I GET IT AFTER THE FIFTIETH TIME.
  • Very easy to use

    By lewvsal
This app is great and easy to use. I typically use it to submit a claim if I don’t have my gas card with me and works every time no problem. My last provider was adp and always screwed things up which led to my account being frozen and losing funds in my fsa. Wageworks is so much better.
  • So worth it

    By lady lori
Never thought of ever using my FSA account never activated it until one day I accidentally selected it during open enrollment. Best mistake ever, when I lost my glasses on an airplane I was able to buy a new pair of with my card. What a relief thanks wage works so many ways to use my account.
  • Easy to use

    By More garbage
I found the app easy to use. I take a picture of my receipt and always make sure it has the detail and I never have a problem. It takes a few days to be reimbursed, but I get texts as the payment progresses through approvals. Love it.
  • Cannot log in

    By Pbocchini
Same as everyone else, I cannot log it. It tells me that user name and password are wrong, but I can log in with the same credentials if I go through the website. The app is broken. — update January 2018 at some point the app started working in 2017, but now we are back to square one: “internal server error”. The app description at the moment starts by saying “Take care users, please download our MyFlex mobile app by searching for “MyFlex”.“ What does this mean? Has the app been replaced? Why is it still distributed then? The other app is made by a different company and I don’t want to send my personal information to another company. Not only the app doesn’t work, but it all looks like a scam. And we are talking about a company that deals with our financial and health data. Unbelievable.
  • Improvement Suggestion!

    By iThink1031
Love the app however would like to make an improvement suggestion that for the HSA PAY ME claims, it would be extremely more useful if the system allowed you to type in the claim "description" specifics rather than choose from such a limited list of "popular" claim reasons!
  • Submitting Claim via Mobile Device

    By Laffy-Taffi
I totally Love this feature. I can take a picture of my receipt using my cell phone and submit a claim via cell phone. Since I’m not allowed to use the company computer for personal business. This is perfect. Thank you!
