Using Priority Pass™ on your Windows computer is actually very easy but if you are new to this process, you will definitely need to pay attention to the steps listed below. This is because you will need to download and install a Desktop App emulator for your computer. We will help you download and install Priority Pass™ on your computer in 4 simple steps below:

The importance of the emulator is that it emulates or immitates an android environment on your computer, making it super easy to install and run android apps from the comfort of your PC without buying a phone that runs android. Who says you cannot enjoy both worlds? To begin, you can download such an emulator app made by too top dogs in the space.
A. Nox App . OR
B. Bluestacks App .
Personally, I recommend the "B" option as Bluestacks is very popular so if you run into any trobles using it, you can find good solutions on Google or Bing (lol).

2: Now Install the Software Emulator on your Windows PC

If you successfully downloaded the Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe, go to your Downloads folder on your computer or anywhere you ususally store downloaded files.
Once you have find it, click it to install the application. It should start the installation process on your PC.
Click Next to accept the EULA License agreement.
Follow the on screen directives in order to install the application.
If you do the above correctly, the Software will be successfully installed.

3: How to Use Priority Pass™ for Windows PC - Windows 7/8 / 8.1 / 10

Now, open the Emulator application you have installed and locate the search bar. Now type Priority Pass™ in the search bar and hit Search. App Reviews

  • It’s a scam

    By Notanymore2
Chase offers this as a perk but the availability is very limited. And when you get to the airport and find s lounge, you’re unable to partake because there is limited seating for Priority Pass members. Wish I could share the picture of the partially empty lounge I just took.
  • App won’t work

    By WBrew1012
Here I am sitting in CDG trying to access my account on the app, and it won’t login. I’ve got the email with my user name so I know that’s correct, and I’ve reset my password recently so I know that’s correct as well, yet all I get is “something went wrong.”
  • Don’t buy this service.... Lounges do not honor it

    By Slim351983
This review has nothing to do with the app but with the actual service. DO NOT PAY FOR THIS SERVICE. If you get it with the Chase Reserve Card then take it as you would free trinkets at a work conference. I have traveled over 10 times and have been only been able to use it once. Either the airports do not have a lounge or even the more frustrating part, they refuse to let you in a lounge. The lounges do not want to let you in with the priority pass and can’t wait to tell you that “sorry we aren’t allowing Priority Pass Cards right now, come back in 3 hours”. This has happened to me and my wife multiple times. If this is a deciding factor between the Chase Card or the Platnium Amex, the Amex customer service is beyond superior. If you try to call Priority Pass Customer Service, good luck getting someone on the phone. I spent 15 minutes on the phone listening to a recording that just kept repeating itself and was never able to get anyone on the phone. If you pay for a luxury service, people will have basic expectations that the service will actually work. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, forget luxury part, the basic service can not deliver.
  • Terrible app, terrible company

    By Max_not_Mark
For offering such a basic, easy service, this app really finds ways to be even worse than you could possibly expect. All the terrible reviews on here are true. If this service wasn’t free via my Chase card, I wouldn’t even bother. The app logs you out after you close it every time - what is the point in having a log in if you can’t stay logged in? Sometimes it just doesn’t load at all. It’s useless offline, which, for an app specifically geared towards traveling you’d think they would have adjusted. It’s very clear that they invest absolutely zero in their customer service. Which, again, is shocking considering their are supposed to be a luxury service. Priority Pass, I suggest you begin taking the advice of your customers and fix these issues rather than commenting on these reviews and asking people to call a number that will give us no answers to pretend like you’re being responsive.
  • Customer Service ... doesn’t exist

    By Yankee_Jack
Apparently if you created an online account before November 2017 then you’re SOL. You do not exist in the digital world as far as Priority Pass is concerned. When they ship you your new card they fail to inform of this critical piece of information in their correspondence and forget phone support they are unable - unwilling to help. They like taking your money they just don’t value you as a customer. Now I suppose I have to try to create a “new account” with the same PP # and name and email ... let’s see how well this works especially when I can still login to their website and app with old/current credentials. Stunning how poor some companies can be in the digital age. You would think they would find a way to transition existing customers to the new digital “system”. It’s a joke! Chase has a countless number of card holders that have PP as a privilege I guess PP doesn’t care for the business.
  • Great app!

    By Elite Reviews
For those of you complaining about no digital cards and giving the app a poor rating because you didn't do your research, get a different credit card and do your homework BEFORE applying for a credit card... instead of complaining after. If priority pass was a major reason you got your credit card... then you really really should have done your homework. This app works fantastically for me.. I have a digital card and priority pass select through Amex platinum. The app is great for locating lounges. I personally like the physical card, but it's nice to have the digital one... but most importantly, the app it does its job and it is good.. so 5 stars from me!
  • Poorly designed, full of bugs

    By Steel_Penguin
The app is clunky in its design. To make matters worse, it is full of bugs. For example, I was previously able to use the app to add my digital membership card to my Apple Wallet. That card recently expired and the expiration date was not automatically updated despite my PP membership having been renewed. This being the case, I deleted the card from my Apple Wallet and tried to re-add it via the PP app. No matter what I do the card will not reappear in my Apple Wallet (although I can view it, with the correct expiration date, in the PP app). After clicking the "Add to Apple Wallet" button a spinning wheel appears for a few seconds, then disappears; however, nothing is added to Apple Wallet! Note that I have no problems adding passes and cards from other apps—this problem only occurs with the PP app. All of my emails to the PP support team to date have gone unanswered.
  • THE ANSWER: to why the digital membership card is missing

    By surasak91
I'm giving the app 3/5 stars because the app does what it's supposed to do. The missing 2 stars is because of the lack of detail. IF you received your priority pass select membership through a credit card, Priority Pass themselves don't have your information; therefore not allowing you to have a digital card. IF you PAID for the membership yourself directly to them, then it allows you to gain access to other options that are missing for the most of us select members. I called the company directly and this was their answer to me. I hope this clears up most of the confusion. Other than that the app works great to figuring out what lounges I have access to when traveling.
  • Unbelievably Bad

    By jthdenco
I had the app on my iPhone for about a year. My membership is Select through a Chase Sapphire Reserve card. I got a new Priority Pass card as a renewal with a letter instructing me in a process to get a digital card on my phone as a supplement to the physical card. I registered the new card at the designated site and was moved to a screen to open a new account, but I already had an account. There is no way to login and add the digital card. Priority Card help told me to delete the app and reload it—didn’t work. I asked if I should “swipe to delete the account” and was told it might work. No dice. Tried to open a new account and got a screen that said the card was already registered and would not let me go further. As an aside, the Priority Pass rep told me Chase provides no information about the Chase related cards, but she could see that I had an account.
  • Great app

    By Phan-
I followed the instructions sent to me from the Priority Pass which has membership number and pin to be used to creat an account at the website. Then I downloaded the App. You only need to log in once and the app remembers you next time when you open it. The digital card information automatically shows up. I don’t need to login every time. I checked information on my local airport as well as the city I am going to. I found it super easy to use. I have Amex with Priority Pass as added benefit. Those complaining the digital card doesn’t work should check whether their credits cards have digital cards benefit. One suggestion I have is to show the location as a map in addition to text descriptions. It would be even better if it can be linked to real time location map to guide you to the nearest lounge based on your location at the airport. Thanks for a great app! I don’t review apps that much, but feel compelled to do this after seeing so many perhaps unfair comments.
