All I do is browse coupons and the weekly ad. For the coupon you can choose which is relevant to what you’re looking for, Friday freebies, expiring soon, or all. your choice! And when you view a coupon you can add it to your Kroger card or not. Bonus part is you can scroll up inside that coupon and there it will tell you the product the coupon is for, how much and what size. That’s amazing! You could also see exactly what the picture of the product you are choosing. For browsing the ad you have the option of a list of the sales, same as the coupon you can choose which to look at, produce, floral, etc. You could also view the ad itself and if you want to zoom in the photo and print of the ad it is still so clear! Amazing! I’ve only used 3 grocery store apps and this is by far the BEST and most equipped to handle everything I need in one. I’ve just tried the Click to Pickup feature (I’m sure I got the name wrong) I’ll update on that later. So far so good! Great job Kroger! P.s. omg, don’t forget the points for fuel and giving back to the school of your choice options earns an A+ in my book! Love y’all!

I recently have been using Krogers Clicklist shopping option and I just can’t say enough good things about the experience. I can shop from home, in my own kitchen where I can check and double check what I do and don’t need, adding items as I go and can see a running total of my grocery bill. I don’t have to worry about going into the store hungry and buying too many impulse items, even paying a small charge I’m still saving money, not to mention hours of time, and you get extra coupons just for using Clicklist. When I pick up my groceries they are fresh from the freezer, not half melted from sitting in the cart. The Mt Orab Krogers shoppers always do an amazing job picking and bagging everything and are very polite and helpful. I put off trying Clicklist for some time because I am picky about grocery shopping but they always do a great job and I wish I’d started sooner. Thanks so much Krogers for making this possible and for doing it so well, outstanding job!

I receive valuable coupons in the mail. I appreciate them, but I always forget them at home when I go to the store. I don’t understand why those good coupons, like $16 off a $160 purchase can’t be offered in this app and save the cost of printing it and mailing it to me. I was so frustrated when I realized I forgot it that day at the store. Now I still have it in my purse with the receipt from that day. I have done click lists since that day and not been back in the store to get the reimbursement still. Just a frustrating thing. I hate to complain about receiving a discount of any type, but I feel like it was sent by mail to intrigue me to spend an extra $60 that day, and that the marketing company knows there is a huge chance I would forget the coupon and never actually use it. Which is exactly what happened. I love Kroger and I don’t want to think that way! Other than that I am a very happy customer and can’t wait for grocery delivery in our area!!!

There are things that I am made to sub out because it states my store doesn’t carry it when I know that’s absolutely false. Do a better job of inventory. My shopping list needs to stay attached to my order history for at least a day or two after my order is placed. There is no way for me to check my order to what was pulled for me. I’ve gotten home with things missing that I know I put in my cart, but we’re missing on my receipt. There’s no way to check that. The produce at all Kroger stores is notoriously awful so asking teenage kids to pick my produce, most of whom have never had to do it or been trained how to, means I get the worst possible selection. Half a pound of strawberries are rotten, moldy blueberries, etc. When the clicklist shoppers are selecting perishables they should select the furthest date. I’ve received bread that was moldy within a few days and the date was the day I purchased. If I’m paying a fee for this service I expect to not only get a convenience, but the same quality groceries that I would select myself. There’s no excuse for not doing better.

I like the idea of this app and at times it works well. But there are frequent hiccups. For example, right now I show no digital coupons on my list. But when I try to add digital coupons, it says it is already there??. The list has become the thing I most rely on in the app. And it occasionally crashes, very frustrating when it happens. I live close to 2 different stores and there are several others along my commute to work. It is often difficult to switch stores on the app or to switch back to my “home store”. And all the Kroger stores in my area have “problem with security certificate” pop up on their WiFi. It would be better for customers not to have to use their data to operate the app while shopping. My husband and I use the same Kroger shopping number on our apps which is a nice feature for a family grocery list. Occasionally there is a lag in reconciliation of the lists on the two app and occasionally items just don’t appear on both lists. Thanks for working on the app to make it better.
  • Finally got it right! Yay!!

*update* (added stars) Am liking the changes and fixes! Thank you! Shopping list issues have been resolved. Like the added feature of being able to “add to list” rather just “add to cart” my sale items and items I purchase often because...my closest store doesn’t do ClickList. **update** Added a star. Aisles have returned. However, still having issues with shopping list. When I check off or delete an item, it returns a few seconds later. Now my list has several weeks worth of items that I can't get rid of. Going to website to see it it'll update there. **Update** Now the app is doing away with multiple shopping lists. This was a function used quite often if I was buying for more than one occasion. i.e. shopping for family and shopping for a party. **Original post** I mostly use the app for weekly sale ad and shopping list. I'm not sure what they did, but the shopping list is pretty useless now. It used to break it down by aisles and categories. Aisles are in the description, which is confusing. It was much easier when the aisle category/header existed. At one time, it was so convenient to make the shopping list on my phone so my husband could pick up a things. "Aisle 2," boom, boom, boom...done. Now it takes him 3x longer hunting for everything because it's not clearly labeled. Latest update is a fail on the changes to the shopping list.

This app has made my life so much easier. My favorite part is the shopping list - I can put everything I need onto the in-app shopping list, and it organizes all the items by location in my specific store (keeping me from wasting time going back and forth across the store for items I forgot). Not to mention, the shopping list generates an approximate total before I even go in the store, so I have a good idea about how much I’ll be spending. If I’m not sure if my particular Kroger carries a certain item, I can look it up and see if they have it/where it is located in the store. I can easily see what’s on sale, as well as download coupons to my card. It’s also easy to do a clicklist order from my phone and reserve a pickup time. I could not recommend this app more highly. If you shop regularly at Kroger like I do, this app is a must-have!! I use it for almost every grocery trip!
  • Super easy to use. Curious about use for the blind community.

This is a great app and easy to use. I love that I can build my list and then can convert to my cart. I wish I could do that with my computer. But it is easy to go between my computer and phone at the same time! Great job Kroger! My next question or request would be to build something for a way that the blind consumers could easily use this application with their smart phones. My sister has recently become blind and we are discovering the lack of support within your stores, over the phone menus that do not have a voice prompt (only touch tone options) and this app. I would love to see your company address this for the blind community. Close your eyes and see how far you get when trying to do every day tasks we all take for granted. It will allow you to see where the blind are having issues ...
  • Click List Pickup

I have been using Clicklist for about a year to order groceries for our (fairly large) family, and I am absolutely hooked! The clerks come out to the car & make sure that I’m happy with the order. I’ve never had a problem with any items being wrong or missing. If they are out of an item that I have ordered, they substitute-up for the next best thing, and I still pay the lower price. That’s fair! They have always gotten everything right for me. They do a very good job. And it is just so convenient for me. When I see that we are running low on things while I am busy around the house, I just add the items to my cart. It saves everything for me. At the end of the week when I am ready to place my order, I just make my final adjustments. Add or remove Items. Submit my order. Then all I have to do is pick it up. Boom. Done. 100% painless!

    1. Remove or increase the limit on coupons added to card. There are lots of products that I buy on a rotating basis but not weekly...I should be able to go through and add every coupon for a product I might buy between now and the expiration date. I shouldn’t have to shuffle things around to stay under a limit. 2. Speaking of shuffling...after a while of selecting and scrolling through coupons, invariably the app freezes up, gives me a technical difficulty/try again later message, and stops working. This also happens frequently in-store if I’m trying to view/add coupons while shopping. I’ve also noticed that if I accidentally remove a coupon that I want, it does not allow me to re-select that coupon. 3. The click list coupons ALWAYS show up, even if I have that category un-selected in my preferences. Please fix this...it’s really annoying to scroll through alllll the click list offers when I don’t use them.
