If you successfully downloaded the Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe, go to your Downloads folder on your computer or anywhere you ususally store downloaded files.

Follow the on screen directives in order to install the application.
If you do the above correctly, the Software will be successfully installed.

3: How to Use MSNBC for Windows PC - Windows 7/8 / 8.1 / 10

Now, open the Emulator application you have installed and locate the search bar. Now type MSNBC in the search bar and hit Search. You will easily see the app. Click on MSNBC application icon. A window of MSNBC will open and it will display the app in your Emulator Software. Hit the Install button and your application will start downloading. Now we are all done.
Next, you will see the "All Apps" icon.

App Reviews

  • Consistently poor preforming app.

Update: this app has finally achieved perfection in freezing. It now NEVER plays video and has made me question msnbc on a whole. Do they not know millions get their news on smart devices?! , with apps that work. It’s a shame. It’s been a year of this and I give up. I don’t like the competition, but their apps work. Enough is enough, msnbc your app is beyond a joke. For months I thought it was my Apple TV, my iPad or maybe my internet. I adjusted and fine tuned..everything. Conclusion the msnbc app is just shamefully poor to the point of being useless. It’s main feature is to freeze constantly, Period! You will not be disappointed there, that’s 100% guaranteed.. You never get to relax and just get the news or watch shows in one cohesive flow. Now, I love msnbc and their channel, this is not on them, it’s just this terrible app! My local channels live news apps are better and other national competitors work just fine. I wish they would put some effort and thus show respect to the viewers and their own journalists by getting this right.
  • Streaming issues

It’s a mixed blessing. If you cant watch the programming on your TV for whatever reason this is your best option. The DirectTV app cant stream MSNBC when its having issues as well as this can, and that app runs the battery down faster. The support people are polite but can’t do much about what’s coming (or not) from the servers. Sometimes the audio of a commercial plays over a program... sometimes it keeps repeating them Sam few minutes of program over and over, and sometimes the screen just goes black. The most maddening part is that is always does this when there is an important story being broadcast... it will work all day and then just as someone is about to tell you something critical, it hangs up and doesn’t come back until that segment is over. Right after school lets out for summer or a holiday is the worst.. second is weekends and after hours. The second string tech people must not be getting paid enough.
  • STILL freezes too much.

The title pretty much sums up the review. Adult as others who have given a low rating have mentioned with all other hardware/software/connectivity issues ruled out on my end this app still continues to be unusable 50% of the time. This is not a new app, and this is not new technology. There’s really no excuse for how poorly this at performs at this point. I’m just glad that the SiriusXM app has an MSNBC audio stream, because WATCHING the live stream through this requires far more babysitting then any other video streaming app currently available. On a secondary, less important but still irksome, note, there’s been a noticeable increase in the amount of time from the original airing of a specific show to that show’s replay being downloadable via the app. Whether that’s an issue on the networks end or not, I couldn’t tell you, but it diminishes the iOS experience nonetheless. This will be the third time I’ve tried to download/use the app regularly, and likely my last. VERY disappointed.
  • Absolute Worst App

MSNBC’s app is absolutely THE WORST app of it’s type I have ever come across!! Live streaming is near impossible, with all of the freezing screens and restarts. I try to use it 4-5 days a week and over the last 2 years or more I haven’t live streamed a single episode all the way through. Just today Hardball stopped 20 mins in and never recovered! To watch the rest of the show I’ll have to wait until after either 10pm (or midnight, whichever is their policy). I try to watch on different computers & phones with different internet connections but it makes no difference at all. The problem lies solely with MSNBC! Streaming past shows (not live) is somewhat better, but the selection of available episodes is ridiculously small. Like today (a Tues) the only available past episode is yesterday’s (Monday’s). Why would they not have at least 1or2 eps from last week. But this is their norm, not the exception. If I’m already paying for the service why do I have to wait so late to replay today’s episode, especially considering that their crappie service’s failure is the reason I’m forced to watch the replay in the first place, instead of watching it live. MSNBC: Please spend a little less on fancy new sets at 30 Rock and a little less on big salaries, and invest in an app that actually works...like your competition does. Potential customers: Request and demand a better service from MSNBC before signing up for this app!!!
  • Worst-performing video app ever.

Video frequently freezes and degrades in quality, even when you’ve confirmed via Speedtest that you have an adequate high-speed connection, whether Wi-Fi or cellular, and when other video apps work just fine. Its latest behavior is to un-sync video and audio, layer two audio streams atop each other, skip back and forth between the broadcast and the video, and log you out after a few days when you haven’t used the app. This is in addition to the fact that the app repeats commercials ad nauseam and doesn’t allow you to buy access separately from your TV provider. MSNBC, please get with the program! Get a new team of developers, or a modern IT infrastructure, or something. This performance is so awful that I’ve just deleted the app from my iPhone and my iPad. I never write reviews but this latest inexcusable performance has set me over the edge.
  • HOW LONG?

How long will it take for NBC/MSNBC to catch up to your competitors and develop 1) an app that works decently, and 2) an app that actually can work on the AppleTV for live viewing? I go camping during the summer and stay at RV parks for extended periods of time; lots of those places don’t include MSNBC in their cable tv line-up. Lucky me, I have a WiFi booster and an AppleTV. YAY! Now, if only there were a MSNBC app on the AppleTV so I could just watch live from the app ... nope. Ok, I’ll pull it up on my iPad and mirror ... what do you mean I don’t pay for this channel, I have DirectTV? Oh wait, now I *do* pay for the channel ... oh, look, now I don’t again ... oh, spinning circle of death ... frozen on Chris Hayes’ face. This is ridiculous. You want to know how to do it, wander over to CNN and see how their app works. (And that one’s not even that good). Shoot, look at ANY network that has live watching capabilities. Just do it, for crying out loud.
  • Terrible mobile app mirrors the weaknesses of AppleTV app

Let’s start with the AppleTV NBC News app. You switch to MSNBC and you get 3-minute clips chopped out of three days worth of news shows. Who watches news that way? I’d want to see 45 minutes straight of the Rachel Maddow Show, but it’s not available. Luckily, MSNBC content streams into the AppleTV cleanly with no hiccups at all. Yay, Apple servers. Okay, maybe the MSNBC mobile app for iPhone will do better. Nope. What the TV app does well, the mobile app stumbles over. Sure you can live stream an entire show (because access to the prerecorded shows are delayed 24 hours), but it stops and starts every few minutes to buffer, interrupting the flow of the broadcast and cutting off discussions. Oh, and you can’t even live stream without a cable subscription anyway. Add to that the fact that NBC seems to sell advertising blocks in one-month segments and you hear the same five grating ads eight times per episode, every show, every day, for weeks. It’s enough to make you toss your TV out the window. May I please kill pop artist Halsey now? Both NBC apps are terrible in their own unique ways. Let’s just go back to watching cable TV. At least that way you can record it and fast forward through the commercials.
  • I love watching NSNBC

But it fails so much it is terrible. If you are going to offer live streaming then UPGRADE!!!! This app stops every couple minutes and almost always after a commercial. Also I get a notice every couple of hours that says I don’t pay for this channel with my provider and it stops me from watching all together. I watch this channel at home everyday and I pay for it. I wrote a note to MSNBC’s IT Department but they have not fixed the problem. This morning I am getting a new error. Failure and timeout to log on to their network. I can’t use the app at all. Frustrating. Hello you need an updated platform if you want us to watch. It is really annoying watching your refresh circle go around and around and around. I usually stop the program and restart it. It is faster then waiting for the app to restart on it’s own.

This is where you get the facts, truth, and are allowed to come to your own conclusions regarding current events. Unlike Fox whose sexist and racist cast of unpatriotic characters live by “alternative facts” aka lies and bs!! The only people still watching that crap are the uneducated, cult following psychopaths living in fear of the next conspiracy theory put out by the Alt Right! They are all so pathetic and cowards to face the reality of what truth is. Any level headed person who sees through the bs from persons on the right are best served to stop wasting your time trying to reach these pea brained idiots. Hopefully one day they’ll all crawl back into the holes they came out of. 🖕🏽
  • Why do we have to sign in?

    3
    By MyGirlz#1Mom
Love the channel, wish the app worked better. For some reason, the sign-in feature doesn’t want to work about half the time. I press the " get started" button, then I press the "sign in" button, and it goes right back to the original landing page. I can’t sign in, so I can’t watch the episodes. I have a cable subscription, so I should be able to watch this. But, really, why do we need to sign in? This should be available for everybody to watch. It is excluding people who don’t have cable or satellite television. So many of the millennial‘s do not have cable and yet need to be able to see the truth that is presented on this channel every day. Besides, CNN doesn't require sign-in.
