2: Now Install the Software Emulator on your Windows PC

If you successfully downloaded the Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe, go to your Downloads folder on your computer or anywhere you ususally store downloaded files.
Once you have find it, click it to install the application. It should start the installation process on your PC.

Follow the on screen directives in order to install the application.
If you do the above correctly, the Software will be successfully installed.

3: How to Use Walgreens for Windows PC - Windows 7/8 / 8.1 / 10

Now, open the Emulator application you have installed and locate the search bar. Now type Walgreens in the search bar and hit Search. You will easily see the app. Click on Walgreens application icon. A window of Walgreens will open and it will display the app in your Emulator Software. Hit the Install button and your application will start downloading. Now we are all done.
Next, you will see the "All Apps" icon.
Click on it and it will take you to a page containing all your installed applications.
You should see the Walgreens icon. Click on it and start using the application.

The staff are awesome. They help if a mistake was made. I had several issues awhile back and the manager shapira, corrected them for me. The store manager also helped out if the manager was not there and I would also give high praise to the pharmacy staff. About half or so know my family and I. So we get done quicker. If I need the meds right away, they would put a rush on them. I love the pharmacist manager. She talks to me about my condition and tests. And sometimes helps getting me my meds instead of someone else. The staff is helpful and friendly. It’s the only pharmacy we go to. High praises for the store and pharmacy staff. There is a staff member who left to go to the west side mason street Walgreens store. He was one of two employees I trusted with my meds and medical conditions. I also like to pick on him when I miss him. His name is John. He gave me permission to call him if I needed to talk to him or just pester him. He really lightens my day. One day, when he was still at east mason store, he just walked in the door to the pharmacy and I was in drive through. He seen me, we talked and he took over with my meds and made if I was ok. He would have gone back to work, but seen me and helped me. So John at the West side Mason Street store, is the best employee there and the pharmacy manager at east mason street store is the best employee there. Those two deserve a 100 stars for their work and kindness. Thank you!!! Jennifer Eicher
  • Fantastic Pharmacy

    By HappiOtter
I was using CVS for years and I got tired of waiting sometimes 3 to 4 hour on a prescription that takes Walgreens only minutes to fill. and that’s if CVS has the meds. Or if their staffs mood is okay to even give you the service you need. I’ve been judged because I have lupus and have to take a pain pill for the disease I have. But not at Walgreens. They truly care about me. The staff here are so friendly and really care about your health. They are so fast, I literally hand them My script and I wait no longer than 15 min at the most. They go beyond what any other pharmacy would do and make no judgment toward you about your medications. I love this pharmacy and will never go back to CVS or any other pharmacy. Walgreens has my business now forever. A clean store, friendly staff and a fantastic photo department as well as a cosmetic counter that is Devine for a drug store. Finally It’s like they have taken this new pharmacy and have applied the old fashion work ethics and manners of business to make customers feel special, trusted and cared about. Thank you Walgreens. Also they now have an excellent beauty club with much better perks than CVS. I encourage everyone that hasn’t done business with Walgreens to give them a shot. You won’t be displeased. And if you have in the past give them another shot. You will be pleasantly surprised. TinaLeAnn Bice

I used to love this app. Since the last update I can't get into my account. I called the 800 number and was sent a link to reset the password so I did, set it to "keep me logged in" and submitted my script refills. The next day I go to the app and I'm logged out. Try to login and tells me there's a problem so I reset my password again and select "keep me logged in." I get a text saying that one of my scripts is too early so I go to the app, I'm no longer logged in and again it tells me there is a problem logging in. I have now reset it again! I sent an email asking what is going on and to fix the problem. I can't reset my password every time I need to get into my account. Come on guys-fix this! I have since had an employee at my Walgreens try to help me in August. She called the support line while I was there and they told her what I should do. Well what they told her wasn't a fix because phone doesn't have the option they told her. She called them back and they said to uninstall the app then reinstall it. Still doesn't work. They then had no idea what to do and that I would just have to keep changing my password cause they didn't know what was wrong. Can someone please help me with this!?!? My husband used to be a Walgreens store manager and even though he no longer works there we have remained loyal customers. The pharmacist knows us by name and all our meds so we would hate to have to leave because of this issue with the app.
  • App. Design Fine; Human Component...Not so much

    By Volneydouglas
The app. says a rx will be ready at a certain time. The pharmacists make a subjective decision, rarely in line with others working at Walgreens, or even other pharmacists at the same location. Particularly when dealing with controlled substances. I wish I didn’t have to be on any medicine, let alone, this type that seems to call into question my personal integrity each and every time I have to fill the prescription. As though it isn’t difficult enough to monthly wait in a doctors office to objectively describe my failures as a human to a person behind a desk in a closed room, but now at Walgreens I wait in line with other people and must prove to a pharmacist or technician, who I’ve seen for years with the same prescriptions and prescribing doctors, that I am worthy of their ‘trust’ and that I must explain the details of my personal failures again, because they “went to school for so many years and could lose their license,” so it doesn’t matter about doctor patient privilege or hipaa or my shame/discomfort at all. I hate needing medicine. I wish I could just stop taking it. So I guess what I am trying to say is, yeah, the app. works just fine, and your pharmacists/techs should be in no real risk of losing their licensees, because they are doing a fine job safeguarding them through the regular shaming of any customers who need to purchase medicine there to live.
  • A great app, but having trouble with scanning barcodes

    By 87830
I’ve noticed this for maybe over a year, but I still like the app, and I am just now getting around to writing a review that mentions it. When you try to scan barcodes, even in a well lit room, and holding the bottle so that the barcode fills most of the rectangular onscreen-guide in the camera preview, and it’s in focus, it’s still often won’t scan bottles from my local Walgreens. It varies by bottle, but I’d say at least 50% of the bottles have some type of problem. The workaround that I found is to slowly with the bottle around in the cameras field of you up and down, side to side, and back-and-forth, and eventually it will scan it. It almost seems to do better with the label at a further distance, though not consistently, and I wonder if that has to do with the new were high-resolution cameras on recent phones. I’ve noticed this problem on the original iPhone X, and now also on the iPhone XS Max, I don’t remember if earlier iPhones had the same problem with this Walgreens app. But overall I still give this app five stars, our use it frequently and I really appreciate the convenience. You have other options in the app for importing your prescriptions, including browsing your prescription history.
  • Love the additional Rx status notes

    By hopeAfterAll
This app is the primary reason I choose Walgreens as my preferred pharmacy. Not all pharmacies use them, but I particularly like the fairly recent addition of more detailed status notes when filling a prescription. I typically request refills a couple of days in advance knowing that it's not uncommon for the pharmacist to need to contact my doctor or order the medication. It's super helpful to know the order was received, waiting on doctor approval, not in stock & being ordered, awaiting insurance, etc. While not the case for Texas stores, the Walgreens in Bellingham, WA is great about knowing how to use the statuses and not marking it ready for pickup until truly ready for pickup, for example when it ends up the order is ready but it's a day or two early. I live almost an hour away from nearest pharmacy so what seems like a minor feature is an incredible time-saver for me. Just wish the staff at all Walgreens stores were trained (or just thoughtful enough) to use them. Love many other features as well--overall intuitive and attractive interface and consistently works as intended with far more functionality than any other pharmacy app out there.
  • Lockhart Pharmacy

    By shelleykelly
I use Walgreens pharmacy to fill EVERY script we use! I must say that adds up to over 10 prescriptions per month ,if not 15. My family has used every other pharmacy in Lockhart and until we started using Walgreens, picking up a script was a DREADED errand! Long wait times....even longer pick up lines. It seemed no matter how many times I updated our information something was wrong. It has been nice NOT having these issues with Walgreens. Our prescriptions are always ready in a reasonable amount of time. We are individually notified when to pick up or if there is an issue that may need to be addressed. We have gotten to know the entire staff and are greeted personally upon arrival. The pharmacists are very thorough in making sure there are no possible drug interactions. My husband has several serious medical issues and medication changes occur often! We all feel at ease with Dan & Brenda in charge! The entire staff is knowledgeable and I just can not say enough good things about each one. We were even taken care of while OUT OF STATE. So kudos to you all at the pharmacy in lockhart. The Kelly Family thanks you
  • “Balance Rewards for Healthy Choices” not working

    By HuskerAlum
“Balance Rewards for Healthy Choices” hasn’t worked for several weeks... ever since iOS 11.3. Page won’t load. I’ve emailed Walgreens about it twice, but have yet to receive a reply. This whole “Healthy Choices” section is poorly coded anyway... very buggy and unreliable. e.g. The various activity apps don’t stay connected and/or don’t sync reliably (I periodically disconnect them, sometimes even delete and re-download, to get them to temporarily work again... I’ve tried at least 10 different recommended apps, all with same issues); the Walgreens apps always retrieves my ‘steps’ from my iPhone Health app yet oddly Never pulls in my blood pressure (I’ve even played with settings various ways to no avail). Also, general navigation on the app is clumsy. The back-arrow follows your cookie-crumb backwards rather than taking you directly ‘up’ one menu level (this would be fine IF you also offered a way to jump directly to the ‘home’ screen). In summary, I work in the technology Innovation industry so have evaluated, designed, and used many apps (mostly B2B vs B2C thou). And as a mainstream app, Walgreens’ is easily one of the worst!! I would suggest you learn from the likes of Walmart, Kohl’s, and Target if you wish to remain competitive in the mobile space!!!
  • Awful! Horrific trickery within this app!

    By KnATucker8810
Add all your coupons, check the local adds, and then double check because there's no way your going to get that good a deal! Realizing your accurate you rush out the door to the amazing Walgreens you shop at nearly everyday. When you arrive they have everything you need and more so you end up easily spending $200. (Note: It still is the sales that made you come in but your saving so much you feel there's no way you can afford to not get extra) Your coupons will not work at the end, the cashier, assistant and general manager will not be able to help and customer service will almost always condescendingly call you a thief. If it's not hard enough to call feeling completely petty then we have to listen to their foulness. APPALLED! All over a $10 coupon that's advertised a thousand times in your store. This was my favorite store and it's very very saddening to know I now must shop at four new stores in order to compensate for my once beloved Walgreens. This is seriously upsetting as I truly loved my Walgreens and all the employees too. Everyone there knows me and treated me so wonderfully and remembering my boys but I cannot continue to be treated like this and let it go any longer. I'm sorry to say I will not return to Walgreens this time because it has gone far enough and clearly isn't going to stop.

Ok so I want to like this app since Walgreens is my pharmacy and the local store is good as well as the desktop version on my computer browser. But the iOS app needs work... 1) It seems designed for the iPhone and wastes a lot of screen space on my iPad Pro. 2) Browsing to my cart takes forever! I mean 5 minutes sometimes. I’m on a fast connection and no other apps have trouble, nor does doing certain things like looking up products in the shopping section. Adding things to my cart is fine too. But actually tap the cart icon to see its contents/check out? It’s like there’s a queue of computers all pinging away at a single nationwide server. I’m sure that’s not the situation, but every darn time on either of my iPads I want to view my cart, it takes a ridiculous amount of time. Lastly, 3) The app store page states clearly that the Walgreens app ‘may’ use your location, even when it isn’t open. Huh? Please explain to us why the app would need to do that *other* than for tracking consumer behavior in order to target him/her for ads, or other shenanigans. Good app otherwise, but because of #2 and #3 above I will not be using it. I will upgrade my star rating if these things are fixed.
