1: Download an Andriod Software emulator for Windows

Click Next to accept the EULA License agreement.
Follow the on screen directives in order to install the application.
If you do the above correctly, the Software will be successfully installed.

3: How to Use Chase Mobile® for Windows PC - Windows 7/8 / 8.1 / 10

Now, open the Emulator application you have installed and locate the search bar. Now type Chase Mobile® in the search bar and hit Search. You will easily see the app. Click on Chase Mobile® application icon. A window of Chase Mobile® will open and it will display the app in your Emulator Software. Hit the Install button and your application will start downloading. Now we are all done.
Next, you will see the "All Apps" icon.
Click on it and it will take you to a page containing all your installed applications.
You should see the Chase Mobile® icon. Click on it and start using the application.

  • Bad Service Under Zelle

    I’ve had Chase Mobile for three years. Never had an issue. Even when Zelle first started handling the transactions. I use the app to send and receive money at the VERY LEAST, once a month. This past week however, was a nightmare. I sold a nice bicycle to a coworker before going in vacation. He sent the money to me on chase. I got a TEXT saying that he sent the money, yet it was not in my account. We tried again and the next time we sent each other screen shots of the sent and received messages, however my account was still absent of the said funds. I tried talking to chase and their reasoning was that even though my number was clearly registered on the app (they were texting me...), Zelle didn’t have it registered. I tried three times to register with Zelle but the confirmation text never was sent. I went through this process numerous times— mind you—while being stuck on an island, broke, with no banks in sight. After calling again and again, it seemed as if the ppl at Chase couldn’t do much except tell me to do what I had been doing. Finally, six days later, after the last two days of the app freezing and locking me out, I reset my phone again, re-registered my number with Zelle on Quick Pay, texted my coworker to re-send the funds, and received the money. Having to repeat a process like this six to seven times while on vacation is nerve racking and obnoxious. Chase worked fine before Zelle took over. Maybe they should go back to the basics.

    Wish that you could see the actual memo notes that you input when paying a bill, transferring money, or using quick pay. It seems pointless to even have that option if I cannot benefit from it. Even if you go on the website it still is pointless. It is a great concept for bookkeeping, but the memo is no where to be found next to the payment. Even if it was grayed out under the posted transaction, that would be nice. Or even be listed after you click on the individual transaction too. JUST LIST IT SOMEWHERE. But the one thing that makes me hate the app with a passion is that you do not have a search and filter option. I have literally moved away from chase and use my discover or capital one card bc of this reason right here. I had knee surgery and a wreck last year, so I’m constantly having to pull copies of my out of pocket expenses for my attorney and it’s a nightmare. Even the desktop search menu option is lame; it needs more filter options. The Discover Card app has an awesome search menu that is user friendly. One thing I love about it is that it gives you the option to type in “transaction keywords”. So instead of scrolling thru dates and dates like chases desktop version does, it only generates results that match that keyword of the merchant. Same with Capital one. They have all the charged merchants under one scroll bar listed in the exact same manner that it was proceed too. Please fix it.

    My husband and I have been a customer of chase bank for many years. For personal and business accounts. Two weeks ago we went to the Montgomery facility at 505pm. We were asked what needed and advised we needed a savings account. After 10 minuets the manager Konrad Kasza advises we had to make an appointment for that service. It was 515pm. It would take 1 hour. Not a sole in the bank except for the drive through. I told him that was unacceptable and why an hour since we have accounts. This was for my son and he got a checking account already. He just wanted to call it a day and not bother with the little guys. It’s people like us that keep banks open. We went home and my son was able to create a savings account on his phone. Very disappointing about the laziness of your employees. I don’t care about service But he could have advised us that we could set it up online as well. So yes I like your app since your employees not all employees but the majority are very lazy. Shame on him being a branch manager. I’m encouraging my husband to move our business accounts and we will close our other accounts. The only thing you have going for your bank is the convince of location for deposits.
  • $12 monthly fee

    Chase Bank has implemented a $12 monthly "service fee" to checking accounts that do not receive a direct deposit of $500 or more. According to Chase, the direct deposits "must be an ACH credit, may include payroll, pension or government benefit payments, such as Social Security. Ridiculous fee ... I recently got injured at work and have to self deposit check with app on line ....I was told by chase rep when called that to not be charged this $12 monthly fee your check has to equal to 1500 a month and didn’t specify had to be direct deposited to count and not be charged the $12 fee . (this was prior to my own research) However I was charged the monthly fee and realized after that I would be charged this fee every month because my checks were not direct deposited through the bank but through their app and although it meet the $1500 month stipulation it was not direct deposited I would still be charged this fee. I have been a loyal customer for 5 years , believe when I say my entire family of 7 members have been loyal for more years to count and this unfair how this affects your customers There should be a stipulation in the clause if your injured or out work you should not have to incur these fees. Not fair ! Seriously who has extra money to pay any bank when there are pressing life style bills and family life to deal with. This need to be fixed!!!!
  • Spotlight on a worthy Chase employee

    I would like to recognize Tara Ninichuck at the Domain branch In Austin, Texas for her patience, friendliness and customer-centric focus. On May 31 I arrived at the branch very upset that the previous night I was experiencing on-line issues that could be described as potential hacking of my Chase accounts. One account had been deleted and my log-in screen appeared to be populated with information that wasn’t mine . She quickly understood my distress and set about to check things out. My biggest concern was that when I called the Private Client help line (5 times) no one would talk to me because I didn’t have the correct telephone pin. Why couldn’t they have verified my identity another way instead of making me endure a sleepless night with the thought that my savings were being stolen. Tara determined that the Private Client customer service telephone pin was different than the branch telephone pin. She fixed it so both were the same. Finally she downloaded the Chase mobile app on my phone which she said would simplify my access. Please let Tara know if my appreciation. John Monk
  • A fantastic app when I can actually access it

    I have used the Chase online banking app for 7 years now. I have always raved about how convenient and secure it is. I have never had a single issue until the last couple of months. I have had to reset my password more times than I can count. I will reset my password, write it down somewhere where I can remember, allow Touch ID, and then I am able to access my account for a glorious 3-5 days (maybe). It’s awful. This problem has gotten so out of hand that I will most likely be switching my bank. The resetting process is ridiculous. Security questions, SSN, credit card info, other personal info, etc. After a few days of going through the process again, I will start to log in to my account, only to be told the password is incorrect. It is never incorrect- the system just has a glitch. Has anyone else had this issue? I pay bills with the app, including my credit card (which is through Chase). It’s not just a problem with the app either. When I try to login with my computer, my information is still “incorrect”. I don’t always have the time to sit down and reset everything again. The app is wonderful when I’m able to use it, but the fact that I barely can cancels out any great feature. This is a major problem that needs to be fixed.
  • Prepare to waste time and be frustrated

    I never leave reviews or give one star but I have been beyond frustrated for too long and too many times with this app, pretty much to the point I am considering moving to another bank. Within a year this app has made me change my password literally about 30 times. Sometimes it just makes you change it or it will automatically disable your Touch ID and if you fail to use the correct password twice you need to change your password, no freezing for a time period or asking security questions, just change your password; you cannot reuse the same password ever and with the the guidelines for an acceptable password pretty much require the Rosetta Stone to decipher requires me to write it down or save it somewhere which seems retarded and defeats the purpose of having a “secret” password; let’s face it when you have to change a password 3 times a month who could possibly remember it all the time. The best is when you know you have your password correct and they say it’s wrong twice and make you change it, unreal. Word of advise to Chase Bank if security is such a huge issue (which it is) then do your job on your end instead of constantly inconveniencing your customers because honestly I have never had to deal with something so annoying in my life
  • I love the chase app

    I’ve been using the app for over 4 years now and I’ve had no problems using anything. Mobile deposit checks works great, everything gets updated and I can pay off things whenever. The only problem I had was recently where I got a new phone number and my old number got disconnected, and I didn’t go into my chase app or the chase website to change it right away. I got locked out of my account for a total of 5 days. I called chase and got transferred twice and then had to wait for a call from one of them which I missed. Just because the only way to confirm it’s me is to send a text to my phone number that’s on chase which was my old number (which is disconnected). They kept saying that’s the only way to get into chase. This only got resolved because I got a “fraudulent activity” email. So I call them and then they finally confirm it’s me. And I’m able to change my phone number this way and get a new password for my chase app. That was definitely a hassle which was my fault in the end. But it’s good that the security is so good on the chase app.
  • Mobile Deposit NIGHTMARE

    The in app mobile deposit feature is a nightmare! It totally destroys the convenience its suppose to provide! It is so annoying trying to deposit a check when the feature only relies on the camera to capture the other person’s account # on the check. I’ve gone through retake after retake and the camera constantly captures only a partial account # and it won’t allow you to manually correct it. I’ve used it multiple times before, but today was worse of all! After trying about 7 times, I went ahead and sent it through with the truncated # by accident. However, I quickly called the Chase to ask if they can see the full account # of the check because the app keeps truncating it, and they said yes. So I asked could they correct it on their end because the camera keeps picking up the wrong #, and they said no. I asked why can they override the # the app picked up since they have full pictures of the check, and they said they can’t, but will have to return the check with a $12 fee. UNBELIEVABLE that a bank of this size can’t override a mistake their own app makes when they have the full check in front of them! So no one can override the mistake this apps makes and the customer gets charged! So annoying and inconvenient!

    The Chase mobile app works great, except for one thing that is honestly the simplest thing to include in a mobile banking app and its extremely frustrating that they don’t have it. With every other banking app, the TOTAL is calculated for you after every single transaction. The TOTAL number is displayed in a smaller font under the transaction cost - how else are people supposed to keep track of their total payments? When you submit a payment to Chase, the only thing that changes in your current balance - how the hell are you supposed to know what was posted, what was included, what was deducted. It’s SO SIMPLE to include TOTAL minus WHAT THE CUSTOMER PAID, so they can SEE themselves and actually KEEP TRACK of their credit card payments. It’s ridiculous to expect customers to calculate themselves. Please open the BANK OF AMERICA mobile app and copy how they provide customers with their TOTAL remaining costs. BOA has it for their checkings, savings AND CREDIT CARD accounts. Honestly, it seems a little SHADY of Chase to not provide a simple calculation per transaction to help their customers keep track of their expenses. I love the Chase card and I don’t want to cancel it but this makes it very difficult to keep track of my MONEY, which is just ridiculous.
