When my brother tried to create an account on my old phone it told him that he couldn’t because another user (me) had already created an account on the phone. Then when I tried to sign in on the phone it didn’t allow me to and said because an user had created an account. After all of that I tried to say forgot password and I received no email to reset my password. Then I tried to re-download the app but it is taking forever. This is so inconvenient to me and I am sure to others. Update: You can only use one account per device and I understand why but it is so inconvenient at time such as my experience. So I have changed it from 3 to 2 stars simply because of that.
  • Wish I could give this app zero stars

I downloaded the app a couple days ago and it gave me 4 days to redeem my free blizzard so since it expires tomorrow I went down to redeem, I got down there and was told that since they were on sale today they won’t honor it. Wasted time and gas and got NOTHING dq just lost a customer. The store is on main st. In Vancouver Wa. And the whole 15 minutes to use thing prevents you from going to a store that actually honors it, looks like this app might drive away all your customers with all the 1 Star ratings. And I’ll tell you right now if you offer me a second chance at my free blizzard I’m not gonna waste another $5 in gas for a shot glass full of ice cream.
  • App just as disappointing as restaurants

Like everyone else, I like Dairy Queen ice cream but it is always overpriced no matter what location you go to. My hope was that this app would provide deals that would make trips to Dairy Queen more palatable. On the rare occasion when there are deals in the app it’s useful and I go to Dairy Queen. Often, there are absolutely no deals available in the app. Also, not all dairy queen locations accept coupons and deals offered in the app. Yes Dairy Queen in kill Devil Hills, Outer Banks North Carolina, I’m talking about you. Bottom line, decent app when good deals are available in it. They rarely are though.
  • A Work in Progress

The app itself loads slow, but otherwise works well for me. The actual usage of the app in a store is hit or miss. Most of the locations in my area accept the deals, but not all. None of them take mobile orders or give rewards points. DQ corporate kind of jumped the gun and should have got the franchisees onboard before inviting the public to get on board. I’m sure it will get worked out, but right now, what should be a great app is creating disgruntled customers.
  • Need to work on push notifications badges

App works as expected for a new release. Looking forward to my stores working with reward points and online ordering. Biggest complaint is every time I get A push notification I get a 6-7 badge count. Initial loading screen also seams slow for a mobile app. Feels like you’re pulling all the content down at open instead of in the background as you enter the app.
  • Stupid app

This app takes FOREEEVER to load. Then I signup with my email and it says the account is set up so now I can log in. I try to log in with the password I created and it says “oops there was a problem with your request please try again”. I try multiple times and get the same result. So I reset the password, twice, with the same exact error message every time I try to log in. Useless piece of garbage! Whoever made this app for Dairy Queen needs to give this project to someone who knows what they are doing. or they need retrained. Or they need let go. Or all of the above.
  • This app is very poor.

Downloaded the app and joined. I receive emails from the fan club. I can’t sign in. Says my login information is incorrect. Tried ‘forgot password ‘ and never received the email, indicating I don’t have an account. Tried to re-register and am denied because I already registered with my phone. Today, I received an email with a link to update my profile. I updated my profile, but still can’t login. Not finding any contact information to help resolve the issue. I’ll delete the app and stick with McFlurries and the McDonalds app.
  • App which currently serves no purpose

I have yet to find a location near me which will accept the mobile coupon for signing up for the app(I only have one week to use it, or the coupon expires). I’m not sure what the point is in creating an app when none of the company’s own stores participate and apparently you can only order online in two cities. Deleting it from my phone and probably won’t download again even if they improve it, do to the “free blizzard” I was promised to receive for signing up but can’t redeem anywhere.
  • App & seasonal closure

I really like their app and I really wish that you had the points part available in Maine. Please make it available in Maine. They are closed at this time for a few months or so, for the season. Which I wish they wouldn't and made it so that people can go in and eat inside at tables like Burger King or McDonald's. The ice cream isn't only thing that I like, the burgers and chicken sandwich are great also.

2018 September We visited a DQ in corvallis that was great. We later tried it in Junction City. They said they haven’t got it set up yet. Argh 😤 because we wanted to use the bogo. So we just paid full price. The rest of the time we have had no problems. We did go back to the junction city dq and they now accept the app. However they almost seemed reluctant to do it🤨 It’s like most new apps, it’ll take months to get the bugs out. Do wish they were able to dump the point thing off the areas the don’t service it. I really enjoy the bogo, it’s mostly the reason we go back. To dang expensive otherwise. HAPPY ICECREAMING!!!
