3: How to Use Total Keto Diet: Low Carb Diet for Windows PC - Windows 7/8 / 8.1 / 10

Now, open the Emulator application you have installed and locate the search bar. Now type Total Keto Diet: Low Carb Diet in the search bar and hit Search. You will easily see the app. Click on Total Keto Diet: Low Carb Diet application icon. A window of Total Keto Diet: Low Carb Diet will open and it will display the app in your Emulator Software.   • Great App, Only Missing a Recipe Calculator

    This app is easy to use and very helpful. Users have the ability to set their goals as well as enter the details of their life style to set daily macro needs. As you enter your consumption, your remaining nutrition needs are clearly visible. I also found the side menu tools very helpful. Then Keto guide for beginners was my personal favorite. The only thing missing is the ability to create recipes and calculate the values per serving. One of the major factors of this life style is to stop consuming processed foods and to prepare your own meals from proper ingredients. When I create a recipe that becomes a regular in my rotation, I don’t want to enter every ingredient every time I prepare it. There is a work around though, if you have time. You can figure out values outside of the app, then enter it in as a “My Food” item for future use.

    After being put on a low carb diet by my doctor, I want a quick and easy way to record my carb intake. Just a place to quickly jot down what I’d eaten, how many carbs it was, and see a running total throughout the day. Do you know how hard it is to find and app that keeps it simple? That does start asking you to go to premium if you want to log lots of snacks! TOTAL KETO DIET finally filled the bill! It opens up quickly, and I can log quickly, and I can see how I’m doing staying in my carb limit. Also, I’m not going strictly Keto. My physician gave me a higher carb limit that 25g. TOTAL KETO DIET has no trouble making adjustments like that, and there is no “judging” TOTAL KETO DIET has a couple other nice features, like recipes, but I’m not that getting into that part yet. Besides, I’m such and analog person that I do paper on recipes. But a quick log on my phone - which I always have with me - is better than digging up my food journal on the run. I’ll log into TOTAL KETO DIET and transfer to my food journal later. So if you want a quick and simple app for fast logging, and to supplement anything you keep on paper, I highly recommend TOTAL KETO DIET

    I just downloaded this app and it completely broke down trying to add items in a simple lunch. This was my first add on this app! I tried multiple times to add lettuce with zero carbs and 3.6 grabs of fiber but it kept switching them around and recording a deficit of -3.6 carbs. I deleted it many times and even tried to add a straight three but it kept switching them and my chart was all messed up saying my entire day was nothing but carbs when I only had four! I tried resetting my phone and for some reason this one item broke the app. Also was painfully slow to try and add something with my iPhone because you need to click on the name of the item every time to get rid of the number pad. With the slow buffering in-between I had enough of wasting my time to try and get this to work! Just broken and not working right! Deleted!

    Both my M-in-law and I are going to start soon. First we wanted to prepare by getting rid of all the bad foods, reading both books from Keto and Paleo, and asking a lot of questions. We both have crazy busy schedules, but we really want this to work for us. I like doing the prep work ahead of time, so it makes us happy cooking without the stress of having to prep and making it a happy feeling. So far we do like the Q&A portion of this program. Good luck 🍀 to all those who are deciding to start. I know we look forward too successful results.

    I'm still figuring out how to use the app but it seems to be everything I need to begin my Keto diet. My only wish is that there was a way to scan the barcodes of the foods you want while shopping to cut down the time it takes to look at labels. If there was a way to do so for those of us with kids, or those that don't have the time to read every label to make sure it has what you can or cannot have, that would be a lifesaver for me and it would make it a lot easier to start the Keto diet.

    After being on this life style change plan I’m losing weight again which has been impossible for years, I’ve done almost every diet which I have failed or the weight slowly returned. At 55 my diabetes returned high blood pressure but I’ve been doing Keto for a month and a half I’ve lost 20 pounds! And this is only the beginning, I’m living again I’m off the diabetes and cholesterol medicines my energy is through the roof and mentally and physically healthier

    It's hard to find servings of things like a teaspoon of chopped onions ... Or 4 grape tomatoes etc.... Also the screen is not fully viewed on my iPhone ... Does good on my iPad ... But my phone is with me all the time . Otherwise the scanner thingy is cool 😎 makes for faster entry. I would also like to change the servings on recipes to recalculate when I eat more than a serving or less than what it says a serving is. Lastly I would like to be able to add my own recipes and it populate the nutritional info (weight watchers app does this)

    I’ve learned so much about each food item with this Ap and have started losing weight evidenced on the 2nd day of using this Ap! Exciting and very motivating! Only problem I have is, when searching, a certain food item, it is listed multiple times (titled the same) but the values are different and I don’t understand the difference nor which one to choose. Example, Beef Pot Roast (listed 2x)

    I really wanted to use an app that would help me keep track of my macros, specifically net carbs, because most food tracking apps don’t calculate that. I tried other Keto apps and am so glad to have found this one! I know it’s free, but it has yet to glitch out like most free apps do and has been super helpful with my transition to Keto!

    I’m just starting out the keto diet plan and this app is soooo helpful when it comes to macros! All around awesome! Only negative is I had trouble getting the barcode scanner to work. Assuming they’ll fix it in the near future. Either way it really isn’t a big deal because you can find just about any food and any brand, in the search bar. Would definitely recommend!
