  • Bible word link

A fun game!!! I want to make the creators of this game aware there is a problem, therefore I am editing my initial review. As one is playing the game, then given the opportunity to play the game day challenge, the photos of this challenge game are blank, therefor impossible to play. So when trying to escape back to the regular part of the game, you are asked, yes or no, do you choose not to play the challenge, however no is not accepted. Therefore returning to the regular game is impossible. Please correct this problem. Thank you for your response that you are working to correct the problem, however, there is another problem. The screen turns white when the game switches to the ad. After the ad I try to go back to the game, but the white screen is there. I have to go to another game a while. After doing so I can usually play Bible word link again. I do not understand why this happens. Hopefully you will fix this.
  • Bit of a disappointment

    By mkk1950
I love word games, and when I saw this game was bible related, I was elated. It is a fun game and the scriptures are a plus...also the background music. But I’m disappointed in the ability of finding words. So far, no plurals are accepted so the number of bonus words is limited. Also, many valid words that I find say ‘bonus word already found’, which isn’t true, but I may have found that word 10 games before! The spin option after completing a game almost NEVER gives any number other than a zero in the first slot. I’ve also noticed, for example, that if the words to find don’t include any three-letter words in that particular round, you cannot find ANY three-letter bonus words. So I’m sort of frustrated with this game. I play another word game called Wordscapes, which accepts ALL valid words including plurals. I wish this game did the same. Otherwise, it’s a good game but it’s just not holding my interest very well! I hope y’all can improve upon it.
  • Great game

    By Samsay2
I fell in love with this game because I loved the integration of the Bible and scripture to the game. This is literally the only game I know that has it so when I saw it, it was a must download. Extra brownie points for having Amazing Grace playing as background music. I also liked the “4 pics one word” challenges. It was such a wonderful game. It would have been 5 stars, but unfortunately, after around level 20 or so, the game stops giving scripture verses and stops offering challenges. That is very disappointing since that was the main reason I fell in love with the game. Of the game changes to remain constant with everything, I would have shared this game with all my friends. But I’m not going to give you a horrible rating because like I said, there is no other games for Christians out there.
  • They Just Want Money

    By JoanieJettie
I have played this for a while, and the novelty has worn off. The incessant ads are maddening, and, of course, the developer constantly offers the option to purchase the right to play the game without the ads. Even when they provide an “X“ to close an ad, it takes several taps on the “X” before the ad will close. I know enough about developing apps to know that is by design. I would much rather developers be up front about their attempt to get money by simply charging a fee for their apps. I do not expect technology to be free. I am happy to pay for apps I use; I do it every day. I have deleted this app and will find something to take its place. It’s not that great of an app to begin with, but it was a fun way to pass the time in between the ads. A note to the developers: I won’t pay $.99, $2.50, $5 or $10 to stop ads from popping up. However, I would pay all of those amounts - or more - to purchase an app outright.
  • Great game for a little escape

    By ShelWW
This game is a good way to wind down or take a break at any point during the day. I like how there is Scripture woven into the game. The puzzles are not difficult, and there is enough of a challenge to keep me interested. I like playing it but there are some glitches. For example, in the daily puzzle there is a typo in the top right corner (Dialy). Also, the special Challenge isn't coming through anymore. It's just blank, white squares, so there is nothing to do but cancel it. I just skip it and move on to the next level. I'm on 39 now.

I enjoy playing this game because one has to use their head in spelling out words. Also. I really enjoy the Bible verses that appears at the end of each completed chapter. I am a fanatic for puzzles of all kinds. The downside of the game are the pop-up ads, especially the one with the slot machine. This causes the screen and game to freeze up. You have to exit the game and restart it and sometimes I have to cut off the electronic device that I am using. (I HATE THAT POP UP‼️‼️).
  • Extra words/strange words

    By Mzcolor
I love this game—- BUT sometimes it gives extra points for obvious words and other times it doesn’t. I was on one level with the larger word PILLOW- while doing some of the shorter words I put in, “oil” , “low”, “owl” and it highlighted red as if to say those are not words! But instead took the word “LOP”- I’m thinking ‘what in the world? ‘. So, if it would actually give you stars for all of the real words, that would have given this a five star rating from me! Also, sometimes it says, you’ve already found this word, and sometimes it gives it to me as a bonus word! Drives me crazy.
  • Good game overall, bad word choices

    By Poweruser112
This is mostly a great game that works well with engaging sounds and graphics. Two areas of improvement (a) some of the ads lock the game up and you have to restart it. Doesn’t happen always, but often enough to be annoying; (b) some of the word choices are odd, even factoring in British English. For example at around Level 19 there was a word I was stuck on. Finally tried “glit” and it worked. But it’s not a word in American English, and even the Collins British Dictionary calls it obsolete. A better choice would have been “gilt,” as in gold edged.
  • Good game but one issue

    By fycorrea
The game is fun and very entertaining. I love the scriptures, the trivia challenges and the 4 pic one word challenges. My issue with the game is that sometimes when I form a word it says that it has already been found as a bonus word, but it’s only the first time that I found that word. I check the list of bonus words that I have found and it doesn’t even appear on the list. It’s frustrating because I don’t get credit for those bonus words. Other than that, the game is great.
  • What was that evil face and screaming?

    By Arizona Mama
I was playing this game fo the first time, it was late at night. I had finished 4 levels and was starting the next one. It seemed to freeze so I tapped it twice, then images of evil faces flashed close up and there was horrible screaming. I was terrified and tried to shut it off as fast as I could. Someone’s idea of a funny joke. I am old with heartproblems, this could have been really a bad outcome. I am now wide awake, and am still scared, I know its silly to be, but it was so unexpected it totally freaked me out. I dont know if the game developers did this. I dont know how someone could hack an app. Just want to warn everyone about this not funny prank, what if a little kid was playing?
