I love this style of this game. The graphics are cool, I.e. the neon/retro style. My only complaint is the continue button. After you loose a round the first thing that pops up is the continue button. I feel it looks too much like the retry button and it’s in the same space as the retry button. So I instinctively hit it and spend 200 diamonds which I try to save up for a new ball style. I’ve wasted so many in this sense. It’s very annoying. And also as others have said when you get to a certain point it seems virtually impossible to beat certain leveled without power ups. This isn’t stopping me from playing though as I play it daily.
  • Relax your mind? Or enrage it?

Stage 255 did me in. Hundreds and hundreds of attempts to get through that first, nearly impossible bit, and I only made it twice (purely by luck). There’s a brief, brief moment where you believe you’ve done it. Then that wall of bricks comes down. A wall you can never get through. Ever. Even if you had thousands of gems and could just remove rows at will (and what would the point if that be?). I’m really not sure what the developer’s definition of fun is or how they think designing this kind of BS is relaxing, but I’m done. These people are sadists. If I could use gems to skip a level I might keep playing but this stage is breaking my spirit and there’s so reason for anyone to subject themselves to that. Delete.
  • Earning diamonds is not easy

I really wish after each level the reward bar would give more "credit" to make it easier to earn diamonds and other items to help get through levels. I'm on level 291 and although the levels get harder, the reward bar doesn't increase more. I end up having to play the boring 100 ball level to quickly build that bar up for rewards. Not to mention if I did want to spend actual money on this game, it is way too expensive! Overall I love this game because it's enjoyable and relaxing.
  • Fun, to a point

I’ve enjoyed going through the levels. Suspecting that it gets a bit more ‘loose’ after you try a puzzle a few times. I don’t use any ‘power ups’ unless it’s by accident. And accidents happen often. The game will let you play to level 189 without spending power ups. It seems to stop you cold at that level so no ‘organic’ way to go beyond before you need to ‘pay’. Again, fun to get to this point, but for me, what’s the point now? It doesn’t feel like ‘winning’ if you just need to reach into your wallet to ‘pay down’ the pips.

Yup it’s an amazing game alright, if you want to replay levels. I suspected I was replaying levels, yup. Just a day ago I was complaining about how hard it was to reach level 152 when my husband was breezing through at level 200+. Log in today, and back at level 148... as much as I love to replay the same levels, I don’t, because some levels can be quite challenging, then you breeze thorough 2-3 at a time.
  • Need paid option to hide ads

Love this game! It’s very similar to another game called Bricks n Balls, but this one has some additional features like exploding blocks. However, I’ll be moving back to that one, since there is no way I want to wait for a 30 sec commercial to play in between every game! And it’s the same 30 second commercial every time! So annoying. I’d be happy to hand you a couple $$ to stop the ads! But there isn’t an option for that, and even opening the settings page requires you to watch a 30 second commercial. So annoying!!!
  • No ad-free option???

Most of the games in this category come with a ad free option that you can spend money on. They ads that come on in between levels are so long that it makes you lose interest in the game. Not only that, the ads are the same ad over and over and over again, so it probably doesn’t even do justice to the companies that are paying for advertisements. What’s crazy is I would pay money for this game, but Mobirix ruined it by making a free version that doesn’t have good ad placement- especially ads that aren’t buggy.
  • Fun but no ad remove options

The game itself is fun and simple, my kids enjoy it. However each round takes about 10-30 seconds and after almost every single round, to either play the next level or try again when you fail, an ad pops up, ranging from 5-30 seconds. So ridiculous. And unlike most games, there is no option to remove ads for a couple bucks. SO annoying. I would gladly pay the $2-3 fee in order to let them play without interruption.
  • Broken after update

After the update yesterday, brick breaker quest is no longer playable. Aiming is completely off now, no matter where you aim, the ball ends up going up at least by two rows. One star until it’s fixed. Edit: 5 stars again after they fixed the update that broke the game in the first place
  • Not consistent

There are some levels that the angles do not behave the same as they do on others. For example if you hit the corner of a block on one level the balls will bounce up. On the next level they bounce right back in your face. On some levels you can set the angel to bounce back off the wall on the opposite side and hit the bottom block and then on the next level or sometimes on the next play it will not let the angel reach the bottom block and will cause you to fail the level.
