The importance of the emulator is that it emulates or immitates an android environment on your computer, making it super easy to install and run android apps from the comfort of your PC without buying a phone that runs android. Who says you cannot enjoy both worlds? To begin, you can download such an emulator app made by too top dogs in the space.
A. Nox App . OR
B. Bluestacks App .
Personally, I recommend the "B" option as Bluestacks is very popular so if you run into any trobles using it, you can find good solutions on Google or Bing (lol).

2: Now Install the Software Emulator on your Windows PC

If you successfully downloaded the Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe, go to your Downloads folder on your computer or anywhere you ususally store downloaded files.
Once you have find it, click it to install the application. It should start the installation process on your PC.
Click Next to accept the EULA License agreement.
Follow the on screen directives in order to install the application.
If you do the above correctly, the Software will be successfully installed.

3: How to Use Messenger Kids for Windows PC - Windows 7/8 / 8.1 / 10

Now, open the Emulator application you have installed and locate the search bar. Now type Messenger Kids in the search bar and hit Search. You will easily see the app. Click on Messenger Kids application icon. A window of Messenger Kids will open and it will display the app in your Emulator Software. Hit the Install button and your application will start downloading. Now we are all done.
Next, you will see the "All Apps" icon.

I love this app so much!! The effects are so much fun!! I am military kid and I had made really good friends and it was pretty hard to move away from them. It feels awesome to be able to call them without having to use my mom's tablet and account. Only one thing that was not entirely good about it, I can't voice call my friends. Because I moved, we have different time zones, sometimes it's a little late for my friend and we used to voice call, but now that we can't I have to turn off my camera and I can't call her as if I were using a real phone, I have to either plug in my earbuds or just keep her on speaker phone and it gets a little anoyying. I really really love this app, but that would just make it a bit better. Also, when I am in a different app, my friends can't see me and I can't see them. If that could change, that would be awesome. Also, this is to people who think that this app is bad for kids, I am 11 and I go outside for hours everyday and I still get in touch with my friends almost every day! I highly recommend this app to kids 4+ especially military, because I know from experience that it cab be heartbreaking to move away from friends and this gives them a chance to stay in touch with them and family!
  • You are just doing it wrong

Why would you not leave the children alone? Let them experience others physically in real life. Isn’t it right to let the kid interact with the world around, smell, touch, and make memories for the journey of a lifetime? Instead of affecting the kid’s mind at the age they are most vulnerable and make the next generation more dependent on texting and being remote? You are just doing it wrong. I know, it makes scenes, I want money too, no really I do understand, I don’t blame you for reaching out to get more “hit” on your apps, but please leave the children out of it and maybe, just maybe, their parents are not yet lost their senses to let their kids get addicted to texting, even if they will eventually, but I am wishing some joyful experience for all the kids, enough real memories for them to carry through their entire unreal and digital life. I ask parents, would you like your children remember texting when they were kids? Or swimming, running, smelling air and... because let me tell you this, this device you are holding will be dominant and will cover all the other memories when they look back.
  • Great except for no push notifications!

This app is really awesome and fun to connect with my grandson. Unfortunately, that’s not easy to do because we do not receive push notifications when we are calling or messaging each other. So we have missed video chat calls and messages are often not seen for hours or the next day. I have notifications enabled on both ends. I made a messenger kids account for myself to use with him so we would have the same masks and other options (plus I just like those masks!) However, the only way he can reach me is to call me on my regular messenger, where I get the push notifications. But if I am calling him, he has no idea and that defeats the purpose. I really hope that you fix this issue soon, please! Then I will gladly give 5 stars. Thank you for this app!
  • Not really going to use it

I'm 13 going to be 14 and my parents installed this on my iPod, I get that the app is supposed to be a way kids can text their parents especially if they have an iPod or iPad but since I'm a teen I already have snapchat and Instagram to text my dad. I would use the app more to talk to my family if I didn't need wifi to use it. I know adults think kids now don't go outside often and always need to be connected to wifi, and yes I do stay inside a lot but me and my parents go camping so I don't have any wifi so when my parents go to an activity that's just for adults I have no way to contact them. Also there should be a teen mod that's less childish because there is probably other 13 and 14 year olds who's parents download the app for them that don't want/like the childish missions, filters and stickers.

Both my kids have Samsung tablets and I downloaded this app. I created their accounts with only family members as contacts. I noticed the contacts aren’t showing up on one of the tablets and on the other they can message anyone I’ve ever had in my main Facebook account which is totally unsafe. After deleting and re installing i just deleted it off both tablets due to the fact they can message anyone without having to ask and all the contacts I put as ok aren’t even showing up on the list. However I downloaded this app on my iPhone and it works perfectly. They can only see the contacts I added and no one else. However my kids don’t have iPhones for now and won’t be getting any, anytime soon so for now good bye Facebook messenger for kids. 😢
  • What?

Why on earth would kids need a messenger app? I downloaded it and checked it out and it seems pretty cool and safe for them, but I mean why do they need to have this? If anything you guys at Facebook should be making better apps for the grownups. I’ve requested an actual FB Lite or at least messenger Lite app for iPhone users and get nothing. That “Friendly” for Facebook app is good, but not good enough. I have an iPhone SE, so it’s not an old or low quality phone, but it does only have 16GB of storage and just the Facebook app alone takes up WAY too much space, add in Messenger and basically all my storage for other things is filled up. Please consider making those “Lite” versions for all phones and stop wasting time on silly apps for kids. Or at least take the size of the already existing apps and cut them way back.
  • Adding friends without adding them to my facebook

I love love love this app!! My girls are 7 and learning to spell!! This app is great for that! I love that I know every message my daughters send and receive. I LOVE that they can now text family and video chat anytime they want!! I love seeing the messages of my family talking to my girls. The only thing is I really wish I could add ‘strangers’ to my girls’ messenger. Of course they really are not strangers to us but they are not people I have on my facebook. My facebook has kind of become a sanctuary that I don’t always add everyone in my life too. But I still want my daughters to have open communication with them. 🦋
  • Great for keeping in contact & 1st step to independence

Finally an app that lets my kids, on their own, safely be in contact with friends and family. (Especially with older siblings in college or have moved out and away) Also, a great app for parents to always be in contact with their kids (especially older kids with special needs) and let them practice navigating the outside world (go places) on their own, with help if they need it, within arm’s reach. Kids feel safe and secure, and independence, and parents have peace of mind leaving their kid to experience and explore the world. Kudos.

I love Messanger Kids, I really do. At first my mom and dad didn’t want me with regular texting and having to get a phone number/email for that. I was anxious to text (for reasons I keep to myself) so I was randomly searching on App Store and found this awesome app!! My mom agreed to let me have it and now I can text. But I do have some suggestions along with this review I’m writing. -Imagine this: Person 1 just got messanger kids, but wants to text Person 2 who does not have Messanger kids, but has regular texting. So I wish Person 2 could text Person 1 with regular texting, not having to get the actual app. (Basically only one person has to have Messanger kids to text another with regular texting) -When someone sends a video to you, you have the option to save it to your camera roll. That’s it! Please consider these suggestions. P.s.— My mom has a question. How do you put this app to sleep??
  • I read about it in the paper

I am a child but I read the newspaper and I was really excited when I saw this because you have to be 18+ to get an Facebook account and this was kinda one for kids my age and it is like the most popular app since that video of the cat playing the piano and I know some parents might be worried about there kids not getting out and learning and me myself I love school but you like my mom can set a time for them to play and a time for them to get off this is an app that is safe and I recommend it! 🤩🤩🤩
