And the quickness of how I can place my order and they get ready very well and the Freedom and accuracy to have what I want the way I want because yes we are all humans and make mistakes but now if something is wrong with my order it’s not because of my bad Communication skills it’s would be do to my in ability to fallow very simple and easy directions that it gives me and it gives the option to take off and put on what you want. So I’m very pleased with the app and ordering ability I have but need to have more offers for what I like I haven’t had any special offers don’t know if they still working on it or they don’t have any since I downloaded it over a month and 1/2 ago.

This application is great it saves a lot of trouble and a hassle from going to the line ordering your food ahead of time and having it ready exactly the way you want it thank you very much Jack-in-the-Box the only thing I can say is could you please offer more coupons and also have cash giveaways or something and also pick up parking spot we’re a jack in the box attendant bringing ur food outside for people that don’t want to come in like McDonald’s does sometimes but other than that this application is great thank you very much Jack-in-the-Box hopefully this helps Jack-in-the-Box become a more successful company

Lots of customization. Only complaint is adding a promo can be a bit annoying because it constantly gives you a certain warning. It would be better if instead of giving you the warning it prompts you to select from available ways of satisfying the promo. Also there was a weird delay of like 45 seconds between when I sent my order and when the Redmond restaurant saw it on their screen, so they were confused when I came in and said I'd put in a mobile order.
  • JITB Just Blew My Mind!

I was terribly excited about downloading this app as we set out on our evening adventure in search of late night sustenance. Much to my dismay, upon opening it, I was notified of the VERY limited locations that use this app. Welcome to 2018, we are living the an age of technologically assisted casual dining, fine dining takeout/delivery, Uber Eats and Mobile ordering. But here we have JITB who is about as technologically advanced as a literal Jack in the Box. Lame, Jack. Very lame. I gave 2 stars because at least it exists. UPDATE: ... And then it happened... It’s as if the cone-hat wearing antennae ball was listening, and two weeks later, *POOF!* The app is now up and running in MY area!! What an awesome surprise!! I can’t wait to get a bag of hot Jack goodness to fill my belly, any time I want! SQUEEEE!! Thanks Semi-Creepy Fast Food Restaurant Mascot/Spokesperson! You made my dreams come true!! (4 Stars because I haven’t officially used it yet, but it looks great!)
  • I miss the points program

It used to be that JITB had a point rewards program in Phoenix. Depending on how much you spent, you would get points per dollar that would add up to a free item off of the menu. I loved the program and it was a definite game changer for the company. Should I go to some other restaurant tonight, or JITB where I can eventually earn free food? JITB usually won my business. Please bring the program back, Whataburger is doing this here now on every 5th visit and not points based, and I need a better reason to drive a little further in the wrong direction for JITB each night.
  • This would be great if the coupon deals actually works!

Imagine how embarrassing it is to place an order in front of everyone in the restaurant and then have to cancel everything because the offers and deals part doesn’t work in your store. So I canceled my order and left. What’s the point of the app that offers deals if it won’t work. I like Jack in the Box but I don’t like the bait and switch. “Come here and will give you 10% off. Just kidding doesn’t work in your store!” If any place is going to do beaten switch on me I don’t fall for it. I leave!
  • Needs work

You can’t cancel an entire one tap order and start over. You have to edit/remove each item line by line to delete all items. Otherwise if you select a different one tap option, it adds the items from it to the items already on your order from your first one tap selection even though you may have changed your mind about those. You can’t select fountain drink flavors when customizing an item or request lemon with iced tea. Stores aren’t notified that sides and drinks are included (at all) for combos items even though you can customize the side selection. Instructions for how to let the drive-thru know you placed a mobile app order aren’t detailed enough. For example, how to let order taker know which mobile app order is yours among multiple people who may have placed orders around the same time.
  • Why screw up an app that worked?

Well, JIB really screwed this app up. I use to be able to view the menu with descriptions but now I can’t do anything without trying to enter my location. A location that has a JIB within only a half mile but the app says there isn’t one and won’t show me the menu descriptions. REALLY?!?! What dunderhead wrote the app or decided to change the app to only work with a location found?! How about fixing it!!! For now it is disappearing from my iPhone and I willprob look for my fast food somewhere else close by. TaTa!!!
  • OK app, but adding deals/offers works poorly

The system for adding deals/offers to an order is very tricky and very frustrating. After a few tries I *think* I’m close to figuring it out. You apparently have to add the item separately as well as add the “offer” for that specific item, which is totally redundant & non-intuitive. If I’m trying to take advantage of the OFFER then OF COURSE I want that specific item added to my order. Why make it a second step?
  • Hopefully gets better

Somehow each time I use the app I always have such a hard time getting the restaurant to find the order. I get the same song and dance : “nothing has come up on the screen... we do t have any mobile orders... are you at the right Jack in the Box”. The app works great its the connection to the restaurant or at least the one I visit that is some sort of ridiculous. Wasting my lunch hour trying to use something that should be convenient but ends up being a waste of time.
