  • No working functions

At one point I was able to add open shifts, but now it always says there are none when on the Wire there are at least 10 a day I can add and 20 more available with manager approval. I have to sign on with full user id and password instead of my pin that I can use for WalmartOne and WalmartPay. All in all, this is a mess and not helpful. I have a new iPhone and have the latest version of the app. What is going on?! Also, I tried the app support function and it said that page did not exist. What a disaster. If anyone that works on this app reads this, please send help or an actual working phone number to call for help. Thanks. I see that the Developer Responses are the same canned message every time. That isn’t at all helpful because what the canned message says doesn’t work and doesn’t even apply to 99% of the problems. Someone please fix this mess. This is our daily hassle and it is tiring!
  • Won’t let me log in!

This app is completely useless. I haven’t been able to log onto the app to look at my schedule since April 7th. Instead when I log in it gives me this wonderful “The Operation Couldn’t Be Completed (NSURPLEErrorDomain)” message. And at the bottom tells me to log in again! Try again and it brings up this message. So I try to go on WalmartOne to view my schedule, lo and behold, the schedule is gone and is replaced by a text that says: My Walmart Schedule. Thank god for screenshots. I haven’t been able to view my schedule on my iPhone 10 for almost two weeks now. And some of us don’t have access to a computer and internet. FIX THIS.
  • Can’t log in and too many apps

I don’t understand why the scheduling change could not have been made to the existing WM1 app. It’s not like not we can get rid of the other app because the new one is out, there is still vital information we get from WM1. Plus WM1 has a website for PC and this new one does not. I like printing out my schedule on the month calendar so added bonus I have a calendar to post. I can’t even get this new app to log me in. I tried the same log in as WM1 and it says error and just loops back to log in screen. I tried “forgot user name” and it says error then loops back to the same screen.

Why refer us to the WM1 app when that doesn't even show the schedule either??? I don't know what your app team did to that section of the app but 2 years ago or so it was working fine and was mobile friendly, also loaded within a reasonable timeframe. Also, you see why a good handful of associates using this app end up not showing up for work because they don't want to waste there gas to check their schedule because the online version hardly works and also the app(s). Instead of creating new garbage, why don't you fix the one you ruined?!?!
  • When will this be available?

When will this be available for all stores? I really like the idea of this app and would like to check it out. This seem like it will make a lot of people’s job easier and allow us to stay on the sales floor more. I’m looking forward to being able to see the TMAT instead of having to find a handheld or sign into a terminal.
  • Very useful and simple.

I enjoy this new app to check our schedule. I like how it takes you right into the schedule. Sometimes I don’t like to be bothered with reading the news on Walmart One. This saves the time. I just wish there was a way to keep yourself signed into it. Just really enjoy this app. Thanks.
  • Problematic

For some reason, the Touch ID takes you to the login screen to type in your ID and password. I thought Touch ID was supposed to bypass that. Also, you have to tap the finger print icon to go to the Touch ID option. Stupid. That was the case until I updated the app. Now, Touch ID STILL doesn’t work. Not only that, there is no settings option anymore. What 6 year old wrote this app? P.S. Leave the tutorial button off the screen until there are actually tutorials available. “Coming soon” is really annoying.
  • I don’t stay logged in

This app is so easy and straight to the point. I love it when I’m logged in, I don’t like having to type my user name and password each time to log in. It’s like the app isn’t designed to keep me logged in or to save my sign on info. You would have 5 stars if that detail was changed. The Walmart one app might take a little navigating, but at least it has the fingerprint option for iPhones.
  • Works but could be better.

Pulls up my schedule but could be a little faster. Would be nice if I received notifications whenever my schedule is changed so that I don’t end up showing up for work 3 hours early again. Also Touch ID for quick sign in would be nice, Walmart one already had this.
  • Lunches

On the other app it allowed you to see what time you were scheduled a lunch and how long. Now it doesn’t, as a cashier I would like to know ahead of time what my lunch is going to be so I can plan ahead on what I can do during that time for x time. Taking this away was not the best option. Also the hour grab isn’t working. I’m trying to pick up extra shifts but I have to keep going to my manager because the app won’t allow it.
