Family vacations is always fun but this ship was amazing. The dinner staff I have to mention because from the over 20 cruises that I’ve been on , hands down, I’ve never treated above and beyond from day one. Marlon was our waiter and Francisco was our waiter manager. We had so much fun with them, great attitude and unbelievable service. Throughout the ship it’s not hit or miss on the service, everyone working is engaged and ready to help with anything . The only issue was at nextcruise trying to book our next cruise! The lady manager kept rushing the nice gentleman who was trying to help. She was horrible. We wanted to save on some of the promotions but didn’t get to because she told him we had passed the allowed time and he had other appointments to take care of. Mind you, we were trying to book 8 cabins .. but overall this ship is hands down amazing.
  • An OK App

Pretty limited information from what I was expecting. I was hoping to see some cruise compass/itinerary information for past, current or upcoming trips for the ship I will be sailing on. Since my reservation is entered into the App for Harmony of the Seas, it is not allowing me to simulate for Harmony of the Seas. I am able to view information for the Oasis, Allure, Enchantment, Serenade & Symphony of the Seas but not Harmony of the Seas. It would be nice to be able to see event possibilities on the ship you will be taking. It would be great to be able to look at a schedule of events for what is going on aboard the ship you will be taking later prior to arrival for your scheduled cruise. Just to get an idea of all the things to do. Understandable that each event may be different for each trip or not available at all. But being able to see some ideas, that would be awesome. Still an OK App. I was able to find a little bit of useful information.

First I would like to mention about staterooms. Rooms are extremely small and not much storage space, I get it..... keep everything small do you can have more people on board. But too small! Secondly in the bathroom it would be great to have the liquid hand soap, not the bar soap. It would even be easier for the housekeeping team. Bar soap is messy. The balcony is very nice. Also for breakfast, change up the menu instead of the same ole stuff every single morning no matter where you ate, except Johnny Rockets. Or paid. Also more food choices. I’m sorry I’ve been on Carnival many times and they have the different foods. And they’re free! But I will say our evening dinner servers were the best. Ben Amor and Eddie. They made for a great dinner. But again different food choices, especially appetizers and desserts! If you ask me if I’d cruise with RC again? Maybe.......
  • Very helpful app, but can be better

    By ArianaSkye
This app is very helpful while on board the ship. Even better, you don’t have to purchase the ship’s wi-if to use it. It contains maps of each deck, a filterable list of all onboard activities, and information about which reservations you have and when. One feature that could really help is the ability to choose activities you are interested in and having them appear on your personalized cruise planner with time and location. The cruise planner is on the web site and helpful, but it needs to be part of the app. As it was, my husband and I took a picture of the daily activities so we could see the activities at a glance and then looked at the app for more info. After, we had to work to make sure we remembered what we wanted to do. Overall, though, very helpful app.
  • Love this

This app is off to a great start! Can’t wait to see it evolve. It’s so nice not to have to carry around the daily activities sheet. Eventually that will mean less paper too! I really enjoyed being able to quickly look up an activity and find it. For the future being able to star something or heart something and have your favorites pop up would be wonderful. It would also be great to be able to share your activities with others in your group or in the ship. Maybe even a locate your friend so you can catch up and join them for that show or activity. Also having information like sailing time and docking time would be convenient to have in the app as well. I love it and I’m excited about this new app. I’m looking forward to see how it evolves on my next cruise.
  • Good start but needs improvement

RCCL needs to look at the Disney App to see how it works Number 1 feature that Disney has is a Group chat that allows users to send messages without having to buy WiFi package. We were onboard with a large family group and this worked like s charm when same group was together on Disney for checking on who was where. Number 2 feature that Disney has is the ability to “like” an event in the Daily Planner and then add it to you personal calendar. It would be helpful to have a Personal Calendar button that would pull in all your pre-made reservations and events you have liked Number 3 feature would be ability to see Adventure Ocean activities to a particular age group A good start but has the possibility for a much better app if you look at how Disney does it

The app was great to have access to while cruising. I loved the fact that one did not have to have internet access in order to use the app on the ship. The app had all the information one needed in terms of activities for the day and those that you have signed up to attend. In terms of how the the app can be improved, I would recommend that the app provide the user with reminders about events and activities they have reserved as well as notifications when reservations have been moved due to rescheduling by the staff. I would also have liked for the app to provide basic information about the ports of call and even geographical informational.
  • Nice!

    By Cathy with a 'C'
Just got off Allure and loved being about to see Dinner menus & times for the entire week at all the different venues. Also loved seeing the activity schedule, deck plans, account bill, etc. We also used the chat feature after tech support finally got it working for us on the 2nd day. A few suggestions: a notification that you have received a message. We often didn’t know to open the app and look. When scrolling through the dining, fitness, activities, etc., it would be nice to have an indicator ($) on which ones have a charge without having to open each one and read all the way to the bottom.
  • Not all that it can be

I had to have a staff member link a reservation with a family members. Instead of showing me he messed around and said "done" I can't find my reservations for the day and need to click on each thing to see what I signed up for. I personally have it written but was hoping this would help my kids so they can find their way It amazes me that we cannot communicate via this like they can on Anthem of the Seas Royal IQ app. I bring sticky notes and a pen to communicate with my family I didn't think I'd need this, or-if we all purchased wifi we could communicate for about $400 for the week! A company like RC should be able to get an app to do what the customers want/need. Get with it!

The cruise was undescribable excellent food excellent waiters, Our room were always clean and he went overboard to make sure we were comfortable. Everyone were so friendly and kind especially the waiters at every meal, Next time I would like to bring my whole family because this ship has something for everyone!!!!!!!!! My recommendation Is that you have more entertainment four Believers/Christians example gospel music, movies, stand up comedians and sharing the world, You have many believers taking cruises around the world and Are looking for things that they like to participate in.
