  • Fully functional app

For those people that are CRYING about not getting credit for their past purchases you guys need to calm down and relax! If you chose to buy their products, that's all on you and not them! This rewards program is only convenient for those who spend a lot of money on their products on a regular basis. Even then, with all that money that they're spending I'm sure a little $14 gift, that they receive every time they spend $100, doesn't really mean anything to them when they're spending that much to begin with! (It's just a little thank you from the company, THATS IT!) It's better late than never honestly. They could have easily made the app like any other regular app, without a rewards program, and maybe that way people wouldn't of been crying as much! And to be honest, it's not like you'll be receiving a Range Rover with all the credit that you'll be getting from buying my their products! LOL
  • LOVE B&BW rewards but the app needs work

    By Thephoenixlights
I admit I am one of the people sad that it took Bath & Body Works so long to start a rewards program but it’s better late than never, right?! I think it has a TON of potential but it still needs a lot of work. I can’t tell how much I’ve spent or what exactly I’ve earned. I had a $94 order in a store, a $76 order online and another $35 order online yet my app says I’ve spent $65 in total and the only “reward” I’ve earned is a welcome gift for $10 off of a $30 purchase which isn’t an actual reward, but a loyalty program welcome gift. I did use it and that was nice to have, but where are all my reward points? Where are my free gift rewards advertised in the app? I called customer care and they were very sweet but absolutely clueless, stating that this is app is in beta testing and that they couldn’t help me with issues, only pass on my feedback. I think once they have everything polished this is gonna be amazing! Just not there yet.
  • A Day Late and a Dollar Short

    By Lady.CF
I’m somewhat miffed that it is now that Bath and Body Works is coming about with a rewards program. Practically AFTER countless shoppers as myself have spent hundreds, if not thousands of dollars in buying their candles and body care. What took them so long? I want credit for my past purchases. I’ve been buying their product in store and online for years and I want credit for it. I also find it suspicious that my entire purchase history gets wiped out each time I place an order - as if they don’t want shoppers to have proof of past purchases. I called and emailed customer service about this, wanting an explanation and they couldn’t give me a straight answer. Shady!! Also, if this app is simply just going to lead us into the website each time we click to view a product and want to add it to our favorites list, or to place an order for it, then the app is useless. Why have an app if it is simply just going to have the user open up the website? Um, I could have done that on my laptop. Straighten up, B&BW and get with the program. Many shoppers are more likely to place an order via an app than they are through a desktop website. Life is too hectic and busy to be chasing down rewards and to be re-routed to websites. Make an app that we can place orders with and give us credit for prior purchases. We’ve supported your company for years, it’s your turn to support us.
  • Could be good with the right fixes

    By HopeThisHelps!!
I like the Bath & Body Rewards program, but this app needs several fixes. It keeps track of spending and giving the rewards as it states. However, pulling up the rewards in the app is challenging. There are times the rewards are there. Other times, the rewards disappear though they were unused and not expired, only to return a few days later. No rhyme or reason to it. I’ve been told several times to refresh the page and to uninstall and reinstall the app. Both of which have not worked. Also, I think the app should be able to store your receipts, which it does not. It would be handy to have them in the app when making an exchange or a return, though Bath & Body is REALLY good about both of those. Lastly, the only way for the cashier to scan your rewards card or reward coupons is to take your phone out of your hands in order to scan it from your phone. That is ridiculous! I don’t know if it’s just the B&B that I go to or all of them that do this. They DEFINITELY need to change this. I can’t see a reason why their scanner can’t be long enough to reach out over the counter to scan something from your phone. In its current version, the app is very simplistic. There isn’t much to the app. Good ideas behind the program, just needs help with the app!

People relax. This app is only in test mode for Chicagoland & L.A. It works just fine here. It's actually kind of smart to use only a few areas while launching - easier to get bugs fixed and less whining from everyone. So please stop whining! And to expect to get credit for past purchases - ummmmm, no. We've all spent tons of money here I'm sure, but come on, do you really think they are going to give you retroactive rewards based on prior purchases? Just enjoy the fact that you will now be earning rewards going forward. Don't be greedy. Good day
  • Reward waiting? Really?

    By Funnyvonne
The app is great and I like that I'll now get credit for purchases made but the hype of the 'beta' app email says my reward is waiting. Maybe I'm missing something because I don't see a reward. I see $0 rewards and a meter to let me know I need to spend $75 to get to a reward. Was the app the reward? It's all a little vague. Also, I too had to go to my existing account which prompted me to change my password before I could actually log in on this app which was frustrating because I certainly knew my password and got frustrated at first. That little tidbit should be disclosed on the log in page.
  • The Best thing from B&BW ever!

    By Tamcat71
I just love my app! I’ve earned a total of 15 rewards. It is simple to use. I’ve been shopping in your stores since 1999 and it all started with a friend bringing me a hand soap as a hostess gift. My entire house is fragranced by candles, room sprays, wax tarts and especially wallflowers in every room. Whether I am gifting Signature Fragrances or Aromatherapy I can always find a fragrance that makes the perfect gift. This app is amazing. I know get rewarded for my shopping. Thank you Bath & Body Works!
  • Reward

    By StackonBlack
So, I reef received a email stating that if I download the bath and body work app that I will receive a reward so I download the app I login and you give me a $100 by zero dollars earned so I'm not understanding how this works as the other customers do I have $100 to spend is that the reward or do I need to spend $100 in order to receive a reward if I have to spend $100 to receive a reward I will say that this app is very misleading and needs to be reported to the Better Business Bureauno information should be vague I don't understand if this is a trick in order to get customers to download the app but if you say that there are rewards available for your customers they're shipping is Consumer fraud

They should add a scan to the app and barcodes on the receipts so that we don’t have to call if the receipt wasn’t added and a portion where we can view the day and amount at least so we can verify all transaction are added or even the full receipt can be viewed. Making it easier to keep up with points and receipts. I would love that because my points for some reason always get stuck and not added. Even though they can add it over the phone it can be both ways and easier on customers too
  • Really

    By Sarah_f04
I am mad because this app isn’t set up for my area and I want my reward points for shopping, like come on. Of all places they pick LA to use it first. Really. LA? Why not Houston? That’s where Beyoncé is from. And we don’t want to disrespect queen 🐝, do we? What if all she wants is to set up an account so she can earn points for shopping at Bath and Bodyworks like the rest of us. 😤 I get they want to fix bugs and all, but it won’t even let me in to use the app. They could be making more money, but all they have done is make people upset because they can’t even get in to try it and see if it works for them. Sorry this is long, I just really want my reward points.
