  • Great app, could use better rewards

    By Jmarie2680
The app is great and easy to use. As someone who only uses Pampers products for my little ones, it’s great to have a loyalty rewards program. It’s easy to enter the codes and I like that it is codes versus uploading receipts or using a store loyalty card. Another diaper brand has a loyalty program that requires receipt uploads which, not only do I always forget to do, but it is time consuming and my receipts are often very long and full of non-diaper items that make it harder to find the diaper line items. Entering the codes on the packages is much preferred in my book. The only complaint I have is that it would be nice to have some different reward options. Coupons are nice but I already get them in my newspaper and can print them. I would love to see some gift card choices or a more diverse choice of actual items instead of coupons and discounts. Even the diapers themselves don’t seem worth the point values since I shop sales and use coupons. All in all, if you’re a parent with kids in diapers still, this is the app to have and the brand of choice for our family.
  • App itself works but you never get the rewards you picked

Ordered a children’s magazine with my points back in September never received the magazine. When I tried calling the number in the app in October to say I didn’t get it they had a recording that said call back at another time there were no associates available they were all in training. I called back in November and got the same recording. They make it so that you can never talk to a live human being. Now I’m out over 1000 points for the magazine with no way to resolve it except a recording telling me that no one will ever answer my call. I will still use Pampers because they make the best diaper particularly with the wetness indicator. Their point system is better than Huggies but their collection on the point system or how you cash out to receive your prize needs work. I wish it actually worked or you could actually get in touch with a live human being.

This app is ok but could be a lot better, like you could just take pictures of all the codes and not have to type them in! But since you have to type in the wet ones (witch you use more of) they could make it write in capital letters so you don’t have to keep hitting the caps button on every letter. Also I feel like it takes forever to get anything on this app and the stuff they do give you for a few hundred points is stuff you can get anyways, smh! If you just go to that web page your self. I feel like this app is just a waist of time really for what you go through to get anything on it. Also I don’t know about others but I’ve some how lost a bunch of points a few times now and when I write the support about it they did nothing to fix it witch pisses me off because it takes so long to get all them points. My daughter is 7 mo. And I put in all her stuff and the only thing I’ve gotten is $3 off pampers and a free magnet off shudder fly witch when I tried to use it it didn’t work! So in my opinion can say this app is a waist of time and a joke.
  • Never received the reward

    By SheilaB34
I’m just another busy mom who was excited to get the chance to save a few bucks now and again since I was using this brand anyways and coupons for diapers are hard to come by. It took a few months to get to the points needed for the first coupon reward (500 pts for 3.00 off) I had just bought a box of diapers so I thought “ok great I’ll just use it on the next purchase surely it’ll be in the mail by then”. That was 8 weeks ago. They don’t give the coupon reward by email either, they mail it. It didn’t get lost. It was never sent. And apparently I’m not the only one not getting the reward that was earned. Sure they make great diapers and I’m sure have no trouble with sales but to promote a rewards program to loyal customers and not give the reward reflects poorly on the brand. As a busy mom who barely gets 15 mins to myself a day to even use my phone much less find time to enter codes, this ended up being a waste of time. If you’re not going to give the reward, stop offering them.
  • Not bad but could be better

    By SaraWD40
I love that Pampers offers a loyalty rewards program! However, they rewards them self are continuously going downhill. Most rewards are for a photo gift which I receive free offers and discounts for in my email all the time, or it is a % off of a purchase or subscription that I am not interested in, or could get the same coupon by signing up on their website. There used to be high value diaper coupons and gift cards which was great and worth the time to save up points for, but those are long gone. Also rewards require a very high number of points to redeem, seems like it takes a year before you have enough points to redeem an actual product (not coupon for one) like a small toy or book, which your child will likely have outgrown by the time you actually get it in the mail. Again, good idea, better than no rewards I suppose, but could be better, and is getting less rewarding for customers.
  • It's slowly getting better

    By Krisjoanna
I took off a Star because of the following: 1) I'm sad the milestone rewards have been discontinued. It was nice to know I would get some kind of reward for my consistent loyalty to the Pampers brand. To see that's been removed is disappointing. About the program in general: The rewards you may get with your points are geared mainly towards pregnant women or infant children. I use both Pampers diapers & wipes exclusively since my child was born 23+ months ago & I still don't have enough rewards to get something I would be useful for myself or my child. I am about to start potty training soon, so I doubt I'll earn enough to get the almost 10k tricycle I have been working towards. I feel like the points & related rewards don't appropriately reward the loyalty (let alone the time & effort) Pampers customers are giving.
  • It’s ok, but they keep adding hoops to jump through

    By ness125
I give three stars instead of more because they changed the program where I have to the app (versus just logging them on the website using a computer). I was perfectly fine doing it that way and I do not like to waste space on my phone with rewards and shopping apps if I don’t need to. I Willa say it is super nice to be able to scan the codes. BUT only diaper codes get scanned; wipes are still typed. BUT there is also a scan limit of 20 a day. BUT once you kit the scan limit, you also can’t manually enter. Not a big deal for some I guess, unless you wait until you have a lot to enter, like I do. That all just seems like an unnecessary road block. I like getting the rewards, but I don’t like all these little hitches and hoops they keep adding. I’ve used these codes for almost 4 years now.
  • Great product and app is easy to use

    By WooMcKi123
Title is the basic, particularly considering you don’t have to keep up with receipts like some other brands... also I did have an issue once with points rewards where I got an email link to complete a survey and also a request through the app. I followed through email and not in the app and the points were not automatically added to my account as expected... but contacting customer service through the app was easy and the rep was very helpful, saw where I hadn’t done it through the app but the associated email and automatically adjusted my points balance by adding them. The customer service just for this feature is excellent.
  • Rewards Program, great! App, not dependable

    By Mrs Busy Mama
I’ve utilized this program for about seven years, I have four children! I love the rewards program and have earned a lot of great rewards. However, whenever I open the app to enter codes, it either is down or won’t load my codes. As this has been an issue a lot of times before, I usually would get on the website to upload my codes there, but now you can’t on the website only on the app. 😩 it says to update the app because I have a dated version, but the update isn’t even showing up as an option, my only option is to open the app and then it proceeds to tell me again to update the app. They are always updating it, but still have problem after problem with it. The picture feature on the app for the codes also rarely works for me and I always type the codes in manually. I wish they could get the app to consistently work!
  • Diaper Coupons?

    By Kim FL
My whole reason for joining was to save money on diapers once in a while. I don’t want to spend my points on sweepstakes or discounts for items I’d otherwise not buy if I didn’t see them on the rewards list. I’d love to get coupons like Enfamil gives. They mail their loyal customers two $5 off coupons every month. I decided to save up for the tricycle, but when I did simple math, figured out my baby would be 5 years old by the time I would have enough points- and Pampers is the only brand I buy! I wonder how much thought and research was put into the program. Also, many times I have to input the diaper codes manually despite having a pretty new Apple device that I’m using. I keep participating because I have hopes that the awards will improve.
