I recently saw a YouTuber use KineMaster and so I was like “oh! I should try it for my channel too!”. So I downloaded it, and I wanted to export a video. I had all of my media set up and everything and I was ready to export. I left the app to download a picture and I came back. All my work was ruined!! On all of my video clips it said “original media for this clip is missing” I was so mad, I spent a lot of time on it. So I was like, ok... I guess I’ll start over then. So I remade the whole video a second time but when I clicked export, it was about 1/4 of the way there, it just stopped working. It wouldn’t load at all! And no, I had plenty of storage too (50gb when this video only took up about 1). In addition, my phone is fairly new it is an IPhone 6 Plus. I don’t think that my phone is the problem in this case. Sorry to the developer of this app, but I hope bug fixes/crashes will be fixed soon. Overall, I like the music that you can download, and I like the style and simplicity of the app. It makes a great editing app for beginners. But bug fixes and crashes need to be fixed in order for this app to fully function. Thank you so much for reading, I hope that this gives some information to the developer that this app could use some fixing. No hate at all just constructive criticism! Thanks!
  • I can’t export videos!

Everything is good about this app, I made a video and it’s about 11 min long. I clicked export... I was waiting but then half way of exporting my project, it kicked me out of the app. I was like “okay?...” I tried to export one more time but it didn’t work! Then I tried again and again. I thought maybe because my storage is full? So I checked and I had 2 GB left and the video was 1 GB. I deleted some apps and photos, so now I have 2.4 GB left. Okay let me try to export again! I tried... it didn’t work!!!! I was sick of it so I tried to screen record my video.. the video in kinemaster was playing but half way of my video.. stopped... and kicked me out!!!!!!!!!!! AUUGHHH!!! So I’m guessing that exporting stops half way of the video just like I played the video... I don’t know if it’s a glitch.. maybe my phone is too old? (I have iPhone 5s) Maybe I need more space in my storage?? But I know one thing that I can’t export any video that are maximum 10 min. I exported some videos already, and they were all maximum 5 min. I really wanna use kinemaster so I’m asking for help. I love this app and please! If you can do something or help it would be awesome!
  • Good at annoying me

It a really nice app, very well done and I enjoyed editing with it,I went around and saw some youtubers using this app and so I decided to try it out hopping to make an awesome video I can share with my friends and family, I started this project that was a montage of my baby sister growing up, it took 2 hours to make and was a few minutes long, I was done and head out. Before I rewatched and so it was good and while I was going to my brother it kicked me out of the app “ uhh...ok? “ at first I thought it was nothing but then I tried to watch...black screen and I was kicked out “ again? “ I tried again...same thing, at this point I got annoyed, I spent that much time making something I would only be able to watch once.” Maybe if I duplicate it, I could watch it “ tried it same thing, black screen kicked out. I hope you an improve this app so I can retrieve my edit back that took me forever to make. The app is great it’s just once all the hard work is done all you get a black screen and you get kicked out.I am very disappointed and annoyed I had also spent money on this and all I get is this?Never being able to see your masterpiece ever again.
  • I can’t record. So sad 😞 I will add more stars if you help me

I got this and was all like, “yeah I’m finally gonna get to make cool LPS videos woohoo!” I opened it and tried to record a video: I got a message that said to give it permission to record and save my videos to my photos, and I couldn’t do it! I then walked over to my dad and asked him to help: he couldn’t do it either. I was really disappointed once that happened. I had my stage set up and everything! I did a ton of work for nothing. It was also really confusing, which is ironic because it said it was easy. 😢 can you please make it so instead of making you go to your settings and getting confused drastically there’s just a button that says “okay” and another button that says “no”? I’m sure it would be awesome if that was added. I’m going to keep it for if I find out how to make it record. Add more stars if help me and/or add my suggestion? I bet my rare pink LPS cat that this is a very quite fine app, besides the message I got. Maybe now I restarted the app it will work... I’ll update if it works. Have a nice day 👌 😉 Edit: thanks. I’ll report any further problems if I encounter them.
  • Deleted one of my projects :(

So I do enjoy this app, I’ve just started editing and it was fairly easy to figure out for me even with no editing experience. It has worked fairly well, but recently it randomly lags out and crashes. I think part of it is clicking on longer projects and not letting them load in fully. Waiting a minute for them to load has lessened the random crashes. Unfortunately though one of the times it crashed it duplicated one of my mini projects that I created to play around with effects, and pasted it over a four minute long project I’d spent a few hours working on. The longer project is now gone and I can’t figure out how to retrieve it, if it’s even possible. My other problem is that I wish when I switched apps or closed a project and reopened it, that it would still allow you to undo things. I’ve lost the ability to undo things because of the crashes that I can’t control it’s very frustrating especially when it worked fine for a few days before hand.
  • Impressive, but needs some work.

I really am impressed with the functionality of this app, but there are some places I was seriously let down. The chroma keying is lacking, and I’ve just recently run into an export issue. The video wasn’t much longer or more complex than my previous ones, but the export slowed down to a point that I genuinely thought it was stuck. Eventually I placed a small piece of masking tape over the progress bar to see if it was moving, and an hour later it had grown by about 4px. I only wish I knew what to change to get a reasonable export time, or even a time remaining estimate or percent for what kind of wait to expect. Hopefully it’s just something to do with the way I constructed the video and it won’t be too much of an issue in the future. Thanks for all the hard work though - it’s clear you all have put some serious effort into developing KineMaster into what it is.
  • Just a few problems...

I literally love this app! It’s amazing that you can do a bunch of affects, and cool stuff! I could say a million things I love about this app, but there’s a few problems. One time, I was exporting a project, and it said that the original photo was missing. I thought, maybe my phones too crappy? Then my brother tried it, and his iPhone was pretty new, and it had a almost no photos on it. But it didn’t work for home either! That doesn’t happen every time, but it happens every time I DO A PROJECT THAT TAKES 5 HOURS!!!! Anyways, another problem is that sometimes, when I’m exporting a photo, it stops and it kicks me off the app. Then I come back and whatdya know? It says ORIGINAL PICTURE IS MISSING!! I love this app though, no hate, so I’m sorry if this makes you feel bad. But overall, it’s an awesome app!
  • Great app but...

This app is seriously amazing on its own. Editing videos is a lot more fun and sophisticated when I use this app. The amount things you can do with this is absolutely amazing, and this app is free. The watermark doesn’t disturb me, although I could always pay to get rid of it. Now, onto the problem. When I screen record and have the mic that’s originally on the iPhone 6S and I try to edit ,the video I made, on KineMaster removes the audio of me talking and the the video sounds of the games are off. Please do you best to fix the problem. I know I could always buy a screen recorder but I don’t want to be able to make videos without using a penny. Overall the app is great. Hope you respond and thank you for using your time to read this.
  • Strange frame animation glitch.

Hello! I love this app alot, its very easy to get used to, and its good for animation. But theres a specific feature i use alot, that has been glitching recently. The frame animation aspect. Whenever i try to make my frame tilt even SLIGHTLY left, it spins into a weird spiral during the animation. It does not do this when i tilt it right. Im hoping that this glitch gets fixed soon... because if it doesn’t, i wont be able to use KineMaster for what i want... thank you for reading. Edit: i have now been dealing with ANOTHER glitch involving the frame animation feature. Now, if i tilt it ANY way, it begins to glitch and start moving the opposite direction for a split second, then jerk back to the way it’s supposed to turn, and it repeats that until the animation is over. I, officially, have no way to smoothly animation on this app... it is still very good for editing, i guess.
  • I have a problem.

I started using kine master some time ago. I saw a lot of youtuber using it and their videos looks amazing. My videos that came out of it was good but. I have a problem, I still have no idea what some times does, I tried again and again I only used the same things I did. I wanted to ask. If you could make a tutorial that shows what every thing does. Maybe on the right side there will be a “?” Sign and it will sho show you the tutorial also. When I made my first video on kine master.......I had to do it 2 times, because this started breaking. I was super confused why. But I still love this editor. I give it 5 stars but..please fix this. -WaffleWambo.
