App Reviews

  • Could be better

    By Nermee
I think this app could be much better for the following reasons. First and foremost, allowing ( a college)counselor to decline a resume because they feel they can improve it is just wrong. I uploaded a resume that a VP of an oil company helped me write and it was declined by said counselor. Take that power away from them. Second, way too many crashes. This is obviously an ongoing problem that other reviewers have mentioned.
  • I enjoy using it. Easy to use and smooth

Only concern is notifications, they won’t load when I click a particular notification.
  • Doesn’t allow alumni to use app

    By 1js
Useless for alumni - I created an account on a desktop then went to log in on my phone app and it doesn’t let me log in because I am an alumni. Either allow alumni to creat an account and give full access or just don’t let us on the platform at all.
  • No sorting feature

    By moya223
I have been using handshake website for quite a bit. The website has a feature to sort jobs based on Relevance, Expiring Date and Date posted. I use this to sort jobs based on date posted so that same jobs are not being suggested to me everytime. I could not find this in the app.
  • Applying Made Easier

    By Dayvonn J.
It is wonderful to have an app that minimizes the hassle of creating new accounts to apply.
  • Crashes on adding location filter

    By JMGonzales97
When adding location filter when searching for jobs, the app crashes and closes.
  • Currently no available support.

Not working for periods of time. Tried to sign in to change my rsvp to an event and the app said I had an invalid email. When I pressed contact support. Nothing came up. Nothing works right now and it’s the beginning of the school year. Thanks.
  • Nice app but could use an improvement

    By Jsidd
Are there any plans to sync events/appointments made through handshake with a phone’s calendar? Seems like a feature that should be standard.
  • Best job looking website
