3: How to Use Dosh for Windows PC - Windows 7/8 / 8.1 / 10

Now, open the Emulator application you have installed and locate the search bar. Now type Dosh in the search bar and hit Search. You will easily see the app. Click on Dosh application icon. A window of Dosh will open and it will display the app in your Emulator Software. Hit the Install button and your application will start downloading. Now we are all done.
Next, you will see the "All Apps" icon.
Click on it and it will take you to a page containing all your installed applications.
You should see the Dosh icon. Click on it and start using the application.

    They will not pay the referral bonuses I earned! Scam artists and cheaters. So I got the app and was referring my friends, family, and co-workers for the $10 bonuses.. So I sent my link to my coverlet and own mother and did everything exactly as they wanted/instructed to get the bonus. I was even there watching them and helping them download and link their card and saw it with my own eyes. Well I didn’t get the bonus for neither my co worker or own mother. I submitted tickets, the first tickets I submitted they just sent an automated response saying the rules to get the bonus and that I must have not done it correct. Ha, what a joke! I kept replying and submitting tickets explaining that’s a lie I watched and helped them do it correctly! They responded to my ticket/emails once every like 3-5 days! Saying I’ll look into it or their automated emails saying they must have not used my link. That is an absolute LIE and unethical, and just completely cheating someone of who followed all their rules and guidelines so they don’t have to pay out what they are supposed to. Then they sent a mass automated email 7 days after they stopped responding to all my tickets/emails saying they have paid out all bonuses and all tickets will not be received.. Seriously?! I hope the people who made this and watch over all this feels good about themselves that they are absolute scum bags and cheats.

    If you’re looking for an app that changes their terms more than they actually pay their customers, look no further. This is for you. If you’re looking for an app that has employees who give you the run around for months and feed you lies, yet again, this is for you. If this app didn’t run a promotion for free money I guarantee you it would not have as many stars. Don’t get me wrong, I made easy money on here also. But that’s until they suspended my account without warning and fed me lies. I signed up with a texting app, their terms changed months later stating you couldn’t do that, and well you guessed it, they locked me out of my account. Almost $300 in there I worked to get, I earned, I took my valuable time to do. They told me via emails for months they’d change my mobile number, great, I was happy. Then I received an email today saying I won’t be able to have my account back. Cool, Dosh, pick one thing and stick to it. Give people warnings before you go changing things. Should have had it all figured out before even running this app. Not happy whatsoever. Oh and hey everyone, they blocked me on Facebook AND Twitter because I asked numerous times why I can’t access my account or funds. Please keep in mind, I was polite and kind. I fully understand they’re busy but to treat a customer this way is absolutely absurd.

    Started out ok. Made 2 referrals and that worked fine. Disappointed in the places on there as most are local fast food and Hallmark. How often does someone shop in a Hallmark store, but hoped with popularity the participants would grow. No growth as yet and the one restaurant that wasn’t fast food doesn’t include the location near my home. Seems to be a big push for referrals offering incentive which would be great if it worked. Like many who have recently complained, I referred a family member who downloaded with my link but when trying to sign up got waitlisted. When he was able to sign-on there was no ‘record’ of my referral. Just got notice that they closed my query and would not further investigate or honor ‘problem’ referrals. Yet I keep getting emails about special referral incentives. They either do not have their application working properly, are going under and trying to save it or the intention is to get as many on board so they can sell to Fetch Rewards like Mobisave. There other apps that work better such as Shopkicks, Fetch and Drop.

    Î am concerned with the paragraph in the terms and conditions about fees, it states that, the app is currently free but if, in the future, fees are required, that it y’all will notify me by email and phone(or “electronically, i think.) but I’m really concerned about that fact that my consent isn’t required to continue using this app, i mean, if y’all randomly start charging for this service, I would want to be notified AND BE REQUIRED TO either continue use and pay any future fees associated your services OR have the option to Opt Out of continuing to use your app without paying any hidden fees. Bc in the paragraph about how you share my data in the Privacy policy it says: “ to our third-party service providers that provide services to support the Services, such as payment processing, data analysis, email delivery, hosting, order fulfillment, infrastructure, network storage, customer service, technical support, and promotional services and who are bound by contractual obligations to keep Personal Information confidential and use it only for the purposes for which we disclose it to them ”

    I was referred to download Dosh and felt skeptical about it, but I’m glad I did. It’s easy cash back without having to think about it! They don’t have amazing options but I get cash back at places I didn’t even realize I would. I went shopping and purchased clothes at forever 21 and long behold, I had a notification from dosh saying I got cash back! I did run into an issue that they did not give me cash back at a restaurant I went to, but my boyfriend received his portion. I contacted customer service and they claimed they didn’t have a deal with the establishment, but I was persistent and sent them screen shots (turned out the address was incorrect on the app) then they eventually gave me my cash back offer. Alright it was a hassle to go back and forth with them over email, they’re customer service was A+ and they are very friendly. Would recommend to my friends.

    So I signed up for this after reading referrals from a website. Money began adding up in no time as I’m a regular customer for one of the stores advertised on Dosh. Finally earned enough cash to do the transfer and gave them the info for my savings acct. Double checked everything to ensure all my acct info (routing, etc) was correct. Hit the submit button on Oct 26th. Gave them 5 business days per their site. My bank acct still has nothing. I go log into Dosh, go check the history and it shows the transfer was made.......to a TOTALLY DIFFERENT ACCOUNT. Even the name didn’t match up.....I bank with one of the larger banks in the US. The name of the bank in my history is some small bank in FL that I never heard of (I do not live in FL). Went back and checked my Dosh to ensure that I didn’t make a mistake. Nope my info from my big bank is still there and shows the correct name. Why is my money being routed to a bank acct that I don’t own? In FL where I don’t live?? Sent message to support on the matter. Going on 2 weeks and I’ve heard nothing. Be very wary of dealing with these people.
  • I don’t trust this app anymore

    At first, it was great. It was nice seeing all the little cash back offers add up with our regular purchases with linked cards. But not one offer has been added to my account since 4/18, and we’ve eaten at one restaurant- listed as a 10 percent cash back option- at least three times. We’ve shopped at sams club, also a Dosh participant, weekly, and again, nothing. We have $21 in our account just sitting there abs cannot withdraw it because the minimum is 25. I’d like to just drop dosh and look into other cash back programs, but don’t want to just leave the money we DID get back behind. We are owed a decent chunk of change (no one goes into dams club for “just the little things”), but I have no idea how to get it. Because the app was working fine for so long, I haven’t kept receipts, and the help/support tab on the app is useless. I’m not happy and won’t be unless dosh developers figure out what’s wrong, fix it, and give an “oops we messed up” cash back bonus to app users who have been shafted. I would not recommend this app to anyone at this time.
  • Poor Customer Service

    ***UPDATE*** It’s now been 23 days and 4 tickets later and still no response from customer service. The Facebook messenger bot gives me the standard please submit ticket if not answered within 1 week. I have reopened the original ticket and the second one I placed. Just opened another today. They were quick to open a ticket, suspend my account, and close their ticket but I can’t even get a response from “customer support” or lack there of. Guess the waiting game will continue. I LOVED the app. It was fun to try new places get cash back and share for an added bonus. Then out of the blue I’m locked out and cannot transfer my earnings. So frustrating! All I get is an error. Saying there appears to be possible fraudulent activity. What does that mean?!?! I don’t know please submit a ticket and our customer support will get back to you in 2 business days. That was 2 weeks ago. So have fun while you can because it looks like eventually everybody gets their account suspended after reading the reviews. If you want more stars REPLY to your customers!
  • Beware when booking travel through Dosh!

    The other day I booked a hotel through Dosh. There was nothing about a cancellation policy indicated when I booked a room for July . As soon as I received the confirmation, low and behold in big print it said no cancellations. I called them immediately to see if I could change my mind (Groupon gives you a 24 hr grace period to cancel purchases). The number I called was the third party Travel Services. Was told that the hotel itself allows cancellations without penalty up to day before but agent said I needed to call Dosh.. they are the ones that say no cancellation(but after the fact). I called and left message... they claimed they tried to call me back... they didn’t.. emailed them and got a big sorry but too bad email. I asked if I could chat with an supervisor for an appeal.. no rely. Today I see an update to clarify hotel booking policies... site as heck wished I had this update prior to when I booked. WILL not use them ever again! Bad business and bad customer service. Beware!
  • False advertisement or doesn’t work properly

    There are establishments that are advertised in the app that don’t pay up. I’ve visited multiple places that the app claims would give back 7% and mother is ever returned. I contacted customer support and they claim they don’t have a deal with the establishment (even though the app led me there). Not sure if it’s a scam or just a badly run business. Update, in response to the developers inquiry: I have used this app to find specific locations. This has happened multiple times where the app directs me to an exact restaurant, I use the exact card linked with my Dosh account and nothing happens. I’ve gone back and forth for other 6 weeks with technical support and they keep coming up with reasons why I’m at fault when I’ve followed every protocol set up by dosh. I wouldn’t have spent money at these places in the first place if it wasn’t for this app. I’m convinced your service is glitchy or your app falsely advertises the incorrect locations. I’ve stopped using it as there hasn’t been any resolution to this problem.
