Using Apple Support on your Windows computer is actually very easy but if you are new to this process, you will definitely need to pay attention to the steps listed below. This is because you will need to download and install a Desktop App emulator for your computer. We will help you download and install Apple Support on your computer in 4 simple steps below:

1: Download an Andriod Software emulator for Windows

The importance of the emulator is that it emulates or immitates an android environment on your computer, making it super easy to install and run android apps from the comfort of your PC without buying a phone that runs android. Who says you cannot enjoy both worlds? To begin, you can download such an emulator app made by too top dogs in the space.
A. Nox App . OR
B. Bluestacks App .
Personally, I recommend the "B" option as Bluestacks is very popular so if you run into any trobles using it, you can find good solutions on Google or Bing (lol).

2: Now Install the Software Emulator on your Windows PC

If you successfully downloaded the Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe, go to your Downloads folder on your computer or anywhere you ususally store downloaded files.
Once you have find it, click it to install the application. It should start the installation process on your PC.
Click Next to accept the EULA License agreement.
Follow the on screen directives in order to install the application.
If you do the above correctly, the Software will be successfully installed.

3: How to Use Apple Support for Windows PC - Windows 7/8 / 8.1 / 10

Now, open the Emulator application you have installed and locate the search bar. Now type Apple Support in the search bar and hit Search. You will easily see the app. Click on Apple Support application icon. A window of Apple Support will open and it will display the app in your Emulator Software. Hit the Install button and your application will start downloading. Now we are all done.
Next, you will see the "All Apps" icon.
Click on it and it will take you to a page containing all your installed applications.
You should see the Apple Support icon. Click on it and start using the application.

  • Disappointed Assistance

I’ve been ensconced within the Apple ecosystem since 2009. One of the main reasons I used and recommended Apple was their top notch customer service. It was NEVER difficult for me to connect to a live person for assistance. Now, 2018, I have found myself installing an app to deal with grievances to no avail. The automated phone service continuously gives the runaround and the app only wants to connect me to the less than helpful phone service. One would think that paying premium prices for products and services, Apple would have the ability to provide a superior customer service experience, as they once did. That Galaxy Note device is looking better and better with every failed attempted at customer service from the once top notch Apple experience. Maybe getting back to releasing premium products without a care for an annual deadlines would do Apple Inc a world of good to allow focus on customer satisfaction. Goodbye Apple. You have lost a loyal customer (and my family) due to lack of respectable vision. Starting with your decline of fundamentally sound customer service. That decline creating a vortex of frustration regarding products and service. Thus snowballing into my lack of faith and justification in paying a premium price for a product that I can no longer obtain adequate support for. I would rather pay an affordable price (Samsung) for a product I can expect the customer service support to be as dismal as Apple support has become.

Honestly, to my experience, the Apple Support app has some issues, but overall, everything is great. Problems I have experienced are not very helpful assistants. For example, such problems I have gotten was from assistants trying to help me resolve my problem, but end up not resolving it, but taking the other solution, which took time. The problem I had was updating to the software iOS 11.3.1, and it created overheating problems with my iPhone, causing it to be very difficult to use by the overpowering heat. I do appreciate the help from Apple employees, but some problems that customers have, could not be solved by the employees, so I encourage them to try to help the customers when they have a conflict. Overall, I thank you for your employees and the hard work they put in to help customers.
  • Is this a scam?

I tried getting help using this app. I seriously it's a great app but at times I'm not sure if it some that works for Apple, some random person I'm communicating with that's trying to help or at times some hackers. I had talked to an advisor and the literally was not making sense. If I could just get consistent communication from Apple that would be great. If an advisor that to remote in my computer why does some agents can access my computer with my ID attached to it and then others have my access this site then installs a program on my computer that is not an identified install. This does not make sense but when the app works correctly I can give it 3 Stars. Fix the issue with not being able to review chat history. Whenever I try to read my chat history it's not there.
  • Was billed for a music subscription for 3 years, and it wasn’t me!

As far as I understand what I was told by the customer rep from the App Store that I have been charged for a music subscription, and they told me the go back for 3 months. I was charged $9.99 for 3 years! I kept telling them I’m being charged for something I didn’t subscribed to! Well, I won’t go into the details of the person who used my name and debit card because I am making sure I have all my facts straight?! The rep also said they just billed me with a app I use a lot, and that’s why it was so confusing! I don’t think it’s fair to the developers of the app I play, and why didn’t they just bill it to iTunes? I have dealt with this for 3 years, and they won’t help me! Well, I’m going to do what I can! Why can’t they bill individually so it’s not so confusing? I just think this is wrong!
  • Wrong Phone Number on Account

I’ve been trying to figure out how my Home phone number got attached to my account in the Apple Support App. It’s not attached to my Apple ID or personal contact information in any way and there is no way to change the number on the account details page. Double checked my Apple IF account page and my iCloud information and the number is not listed. Really would like the option to edit this as I have contacted support a few times and forgot to change the number and wondered why I hadn’t received a phone call, only to figure out the wrong number was being dialed. Other than that the app is great.
  • Crazy happening with last few iPhone updates

Not sure how to complain about the latest iPhone updates- so doing it here. 1. Regarding text messages when I go to send a text to 1person that option only comes with the all previous texts that person was included with other persons. Only “quick” way to send to 1person in to go through contacts. Very laborious and extremely frustrating and SLOW. Please fix 2. The “Calendar” app- would previously always have a “dot” showing on the calandar date that I had recorded an upcoming appointment or happening. Now I have to open every day to see what’s coming up. Seems to defeat the purpose of even recording anything in the iPhone. Have to go back to paper calendar. Please fix
  • Rate the App!!!

It seems like most of the negative reviews are from people who can’t seem to figure out the difference between the App and their personal grievances with Apple . If they can’t make that very simple distinction it seems likely that may have trouble figuring out other very simple issues. The app is great with lots of great info about the particular issue I might be experiencing and if I do need to call or chat they already know what product and issue I’m calling about. Great App and amazing support team.
  • Only call, not text like they say

Now this is a “small” issue to most people, but not for me. I travel to a lot of different places. Just in the past week, I was in England-France-Italy. I am now in Italy and I realize my photos were blurry. At this point, I didn’t realize that the optimize photos setting was turned on. I log out of cloud and log back in, all those photos that were optimized are not on the cloud which it won’t even tell me how to get it. May I mention I have no service where I am and I cannot call. I needed to chat with text in the app because I’m on WiFi. They say you can chat, but you cant. It’s only call.
  • REVIEW of the APP ITSELF

    By AppReview_NOT_CostReview
To review the APP ITSELF (and NOT the person at the other end), I’ve found it to work very well and makes contacting support really easy. As it already knows your devices, there’s none of the usual identification of you and the device before the problem can be addressed. Obviously, depending on your problem, what happens when you’ve connected will vary tremendously! So, ignore the reviews of people that didn’t get what they wanted immediately. The APP ITSELF is GREAT, and is a big help in getting support!
  • Apple Support App Corrupted

    1
    By Applestar tech
I think the app is corrupted. I get advisors on chat line who keep transferring me to other advisors only to get disconnected or I see reconnection issues. I can see the new advisor sending me messages, but I can’t reply because it’s still trying to reconnect or there’s an error message that there’s a network error or something to that effect. And when I do get help from one of the advisors, he was too keen on having me reinstall my MacOS or to even do a complete erase of my Mac, even though later I found on the Apple Support page that there were other options that can be done before going that route. I couldn’t help feeling that the tech advisor might not really be an Apple tech advisor and might just be a hacker.
