App Reviews

  • A few tweaks needed!

    By [sarbear]
1 star more because there hasn’t been an update in 8 months than for the functionality of the app itself. That being said, I think there are still a couple changes this app needs made in order to make it as useful as I hoped of it. 1. The ability to edit and cut the length of the video (giving the whole thing to choose from, not just the stabilized portion) 2. Not sure how to word this exactly, but the ability to decide what the reference for stabilization should be, so that I could choose which part of the scene I intended to be still.
  • Genius app

    By consumer 2016
Love the functionality of playing with live photos and how cool it is to make a movie from them or export new live photos. I just really really wish there were two other things: -the ability to navigate my photo feed by selecting an album or even just choosing a point in time easier than having to scroll backwards forever. Or am I just missing it? -using the whole live photo!! Not just the part that is stable. I want the whole thing please for making new live photos! Thanks team you're the best and this is one of my favorite apps!
  • Customizable and features-filled

I love the app. Use it constantly to post gif to twitter. The only thing that would make it even better is if it has file size target, so we can have biggest gif image resolution to maximum Twitter gif size limit.
  • App crashes with every use

    By Sue turkey
I’ve spent far too much time adding photos and captions only for it to crash when I try to export the photos or create a movie. App worked the first few times I used it and now crashes every time I try to create a project. I have deleted and re-downloaded the app and that did not help. Great concept but needs work.
  • Why?

    By Ldmtwo
Why the f would we want "motion stills" on the photo or video rather than something useful, such as the date or location? Please don't upgrade any more. You (google) will probably f it up. Now the settings are hidden in a camera pane? We don't need this. Does this improve anything? And now I can't save videos
  • Shortened GIFs

    By Rosalineto
SUDDENLY- OUT OF NOWHERE!!!! The app isn’t using the entire Live Photo! It only takes a small portion of the Live Photo for the gif but cuts out the rest! I’ve enjoyed this app for a long time, but it’s of no use to me if I can’t get a gif of the whole Live Photo!!! PLEASE PLEASE I’m begging please fix this!
  • Simple and awesome

    By ReelDeal
Alright peeps, it's all okay. The watermark is a toggle that you can change in the app's settings, which you can access while in camera mode. Thanks Google for the great app!
  • I really love Live Photos for all devices.

    By Rsmart111
I love the fact that Live Photos can be taken on my non 6S++ devices. Please keep updating this application with UI tweaks and features. A Flash would be appreciated. 😉
  • Please support trimming!

    By zoobidoobizoobidoobi
This is an awesome app that creates magically stabilised animations and text that moves with the objects in your live photo. However, not being able to trim off excess bits of animation makes this app much less useful than it could be.
  • Awesome app, just turn off watermarking

    By medoomi
This is a seriously nice app, only complaint is that it’s not intuitively obvious that you can turn off the watermarking “feature”
