If you do the above correctly, the Software will be successfully installed.


3: How to Use Maven – Car Sharing for Windows PC - Windows 7/8 / 8.1 / 10

Now, open the Emulator application you have installed and locate the search bar. Now type Maven – Car Sharing in the search bar and hit Search. You will easily see the app. Click on Maven – Car Sharing application icon. A window of Maven – Car Sharing will open and it will display the app in your Emulator Software. Hit the Install button and your application will start downloading. Now we are all done.
Next, you will see the "All Apps" icon.
Click on it and it will take you to a page containing all your installed applications.
You should see the Maven – Car Sharing icon. Click on it and start using the application.

    I had a maven car breakdown! I had it towed to the nearest authorized dealer ship -Note a problem (alternator went out dealership said it’s under warranty will fix for free ) I’ve notified maven serval times about the situation did not hear back For about a week Finally I did get one response saying that they have received their car I was waiting for a response about receiving another car or something to get this resolved again I have tried to email contact maven many times again another two weeks pass by they said they have suspended my account again I tried email several times another week pass by I finally got a response they said they can suspend anybody’s Without any reason I replied you got to be kidding me this was totally not my fault that the car broke down have not heard from maven since they charged me twice for rental but yet I’m suspended I’m confuse of your illegal practice I still haven’t got paid reimbursed for the tow of your vehicle you guys are very very horrible you treat your customers like garbage how dare you So difficult to work with maven I had to contact my bank to reverse rental charges since I had no vehicle in my possession only thing that I have not gotten reimburse us for the toe of their vehicle Considering a class-action lawsuit may be the only solution

    This is my FIRST Time ever taking time out of My Schedule to Review an App but I felt it was surely worth it . I LOVE MAVEN !! I usually tend to rent cars from your everyday rental places (ie enterprise, advantage and so on) but I stumbled upon this app from an advertisement & thought it wasn’t possible to have such a convenient hassle free rental process so I thought I should try it out ... Sure enough , HASSLE FREE . Of coarse , people look at the prices and think it may be too expensive but it’s not . Gas is included , insurance is included , Wi-Fi is included , and soooo much more convenient . Booking is made simple , choosing your car is as easy as a simple tap on your smart phone . Not to mention the car selection is amazing , they have a little something for everyone . You want to Know what’s the Best Part ? You can Rent by the Hour !!!! I tend to always rent by the day but how convenient is that ?! I recommend this App to ANY and EVERYONE . You will not be disappointed , all you need is a good driving record and a debit / credit card . You will not be disappointed , I LOVE THIS APP . 💛

    I was off to a rocky start with Maven. When I had originally signed up with company they had a technical issue which delayed the processing of my application. After an email to customer support I was told the issue was resolved. They did provide me with excellent customer service. Overall, the company does a great job at making car renting easy. I picked up the car from a close by garage. The car had a microchip on the windshield allowing easy entry and exit to the garage. I had a Chevy Spark and loved that it was a newer model. It ran smoothly and I had no issues. The car was a bit dirty, but not too bad. They do provide you with car chargers, however, the one in my car did not work. No need to worry gas, they provide you with a gas card. Bottom line, I had a good experience with Maven and love being able to borrow a car when needed without having to pay the ridiculous prices of Hertz and Enterprise. I truly recommend using them.

    I used their service for the first and last time. I picked the car up at Union Station in DC. When I went to return the vehicle, the parking lot at Union Station was blocked off due to an emergency. There are Maven spots in my apartment building so I decided to just go and return the car there. A Maven rep had been to our building a couple weeks prior and told me you can return the car to any location, not just the spot you picked it up at. This turned out to be incorrect. When I tried to end the trip I kept getting an error message. I called their customer service and explained the issue. They said I might get charged a fee for returning the car to the wrong place. I told them that because it was impossible to get into the original lot, and because a rep told me wrong information I should not be charged. Their customer service I guess has no control over any fees and couldn’t help. I then sent FIVE unanswered emails to them and called three separate times to talk to someone with no answers and no help. Save yourself the time and struggle and rent a car 2 go or a zip car.

    I recently tried to book an car through maven gig, I downloaded the app back to my device because I couldn’t get into my account before. I called member services multiple time they told me I would have to send out an email and wait 5 days for them to respond back to me. A member services couldn’t give me no type of information. I tried to book my first reservation they told me my account was suspended. I NEVER utilized none of there vehicles. I sent 5 emails to member services as well, I receive an email stated that my account was permanently closed due to inaccurate information. I didn’t see how because they approved me and everything was still the same when I first credit my account. Again I called member services and still no response. Do not I REPEAT do not use this app. They charge unnecessary fee’s as well and unprofessional careless customer support team. I guarantee you WILL have unnecessary problems for absolutely no reason and they will not resolve your issue. Definitely telling all my family and friends not to use this app.

    So here it goes again DO NOT RENT FROM THEM THEY ARE THIEVES!!! I rented a car for a few days. On the day that I had to return the car, they locked me out of my account for some unbeknownst reason... if you read the other reviews you will see that they’ve done this countless times to others. Well locking me out of the app on the day that I had to return the car was a huge problem because you use the app to lock, unlock and have full access to the car. And not to mention you need to press “end trip” in the app to return the car. I got on the phone with them multiple times to explain the situation and the degenerates over the phone acted like they had no idea what I was talking about or what I should do... only repeating the same phrases “there’s nothing I can do you have to email member services and they get back within 5 business days”. HOW is 5 business days supposed to help a situation that needs an immediate answer. “Member services” never responded to any email that day. THEY ended up taking out $335 late return fee because they lied and said I returned the car a day late. They also lied and said the car smelled of smoke and they are trying to charge me an additional $150 fee. Not happening. I called my bank and had them block all future charges from this merchant. Oh yeah and don’t reply to this with your generic responses about emailing you to resolve this. I’m just writing this to warn others. STAY AWAY!!!!

    In the 10 years that I have had an iPhone I have never written a review. PLEASE LISTEN TO ME! DO NOT DOWNLOAD this app. I downloaded the app on November 11th and was instantly approved to drive that day. I saw the other reviews and notice a lot of them talked about the car not being there when they arrived. Therefore, I went to the Maven spot BEFORE I was going to make a reservation just to make sure the car was there. Taught a Lyft and paid $14 to get to my closest Maven garage. The car was indeed there. I went to reserve the car and the app told me my payment wasn’t being accepted. My American Express was the card payment on file. After trying several times it locked me out. When the call was place, the agent told me, they actually do nothing. They just provide instructions on how to use the car. Membership services, which is only available via email AND on the weekdays handled the “major” issues. As a professional business traveler this was absolutely RIDICULOUS. Stick with a rental or zipcar! It’s to risky...

    Was planning to take a short road trip and rented a car with Maven a week in advance + early time for pick up. Based on the reviews here, I did my due diligence to check the afternoon before to see if the car was at the location. Confirmed. I’m running late the morning of the trip by about 30 min - just ready to head out when I get a call from Maven that my car isn’t there - it was rented out the night before and not back. I said fine (happens) the only other car available is at an hourly rate (vs the daily rate I had before) - if you can lock me in for the daily rate I’m fine. Maven tells me they can at most apply a discount (and not enough to match the daily rate) and I’ll have to discuss with member services. You’ve got to be kidding! Tdlr: Maven calls me 30 min into my rental that my car isn’t there but can’t give me a matching offer. Give your customer service to actual provide customer service. Should have stuck with Zipcar.

    I signed up for Maven, but incorrectly typed my license number (after the app mysteriously wiped out the auto-completed field). There was no indication in the app that my license number was incorrect. When I tried to reserve a car, I got an error message. I had to call customer service, who explained the problem, but couldn’t fix it. They said I need to email customer support (why?). After a day, customer support got back to me, explaining that I needed to change my license number in the app. But the app gives an error when I try to do so. So, I sent another email to customer support explaining that my license number was one digit off, that the app won’t let me update it, and asked them to change it for me (since I can’t). They responded 5 days later (5 days?!), telling me my license number was incorrect and I had to update it.... no kidding. I’d give negative stars if I could, this company appears to be held together with duct tape and bandaids. Just awful.

    I want to report a harrowing experience I had driving a Maven Car Share. I rented a car for 24 hours and drove out of NYC upstate. On my return the car's power steering failed, causing the car to stall while I was on the highway. I was barely able to pull over to the right (no shoulder on this roadway). Terrified I would be rear-ended, I frantically dealt with messages on the dashboard telling me to open and close the windows, and was able to put it in park, and restart the engine. Steering was not normal, but I slowly made my way downtown. I called Customer Service twice to report it while still shakily driving. They were not very helpful. When I got home I sent an email and received a generic email form a No-Reply email address, offering me 50% off the next rental. Other issues with the car: --the side mirrors pulled themselves in and I could not get them to go into the proper position --dirty windshield on the inside, looks like it was washed with a soiled towel --no EZ Pass to pay the toll, so I had to pay $15 cash to cross the GW Bridge Doesn’t seem like anyone is monitoring or servicing the cars in between rentals. DO NOT TRUST THAT ANYONE IS. Stay away from this service. I’ve also had a reservation problem and the app itself is confusing to use, which you find out when you need to put gas in the car and can’t locate the info that accompanies the CC. Frustrating.
