App Reviews

  • Issues with reservations

    By TxTrey
I moved rating up to 2 stars since Olive Garden reached out on issue. I can’t justify more since I haven’t had it work successfully. I used the app a second time on 10/18 at a different location and noticed the screen where you click submit for the reservation was not updating the place in line. I put app on primary screen and it does update there. There is a notice on one screen to let the host know when you arrive, but it is not indicated on main screen that I was watching. Luckily the hostess noticed us after we were loitering about 15 minutes and seated us next. I believe you stay in “next” status until you arrive - very unclear how this is intended to save time. After 2 visits using app, I feel this service just causes extra delay to be seated. ***original review 10/11 ***Don’t trust it for reservations Received notification of no wait and to enter restaurant and give my name to the host to be seated. Needless to say I’m sitting outside with a buzzer because there is no room in the waiting area inside. Most worthless app ever
  • The latest version of app is great!!!

    By ZakKates
The last version of their ordering app was pretty terrible and riddled with errors. It appears this version has cleared most everything up! :) the user experience is so much more clean, intuitive, and simple to understand and use. There were no errors in my checkout process and the speed in which I was able to place my order was far better than before (and faster than ordering over the phone) Great job! 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
  • Don’t bother checking in with the app

    By Edboone
It’s an okay app for checking opening and closing times of your local restaurant (of course there always google maps), and looking at your loyalty points. However, there’s no point to using the app to get on the “wait list” ahead of time. I did so, was told by the app I was 23rd on the list and there’s a 30 minute wait, got in the car and drove 20 minutes to the restaurant, and by that time I was... 26th in line!!! Isn’t that neat? Guess what they told me the wait time was once I was at the restaurant? 30 minutes. So, yeah. Don’t bother checking in ahead of time.
  • Endless loop

I tried to set up an account online and it prompted me to get the app. After setting up my password it asked me to log in again on the app, and said my password was wrong. When I went to reset my password it said there wasn’t an account set up with my email, despite me getting countless emails from them weekly? I made another account and had to reset my password 5 (yes, five) times and it still won’t let me log in. It also says my phone number is linked to an account, yet I can’t log in. Terrible development.
  • Convenient and GREAT!

First time using this app and ordering online. Easy to use and find your way through the menu selections, adding to you cart and submitting your order. Order ready time was accurate, pick up was easy and fast. Thank you Olive Garden for our delicious food, great service and convenience!
  • Nice app

    By Sweebles
Love the way it looks and hope it works well but unable to log in with the app. Can get in on line but the app says it sent info to the website to change password but never get a response. Have tried a couple different days and no change. Hope it changes with update.
  • No good ToGo - App fails at main use-case

    By Brian.Henderson
If wanting to view menu or make a reservation this app can be useful. However if trying to place a “To Go” order you will spend a large amount of time (even as a repeat customer). Need to deal with details like app not remembering selected location and defaulting to venue 30+ miles away. If selecting a “special” with a list of menu choices, going to order page and over half of options disappear. It may be because location specific options; but why show non-options if I’ve already configured/selected a pickup location? After two attempts of spending 15-20 minutes to try to place order; I’ve decided go in person; to go elsewhere for a meal, (more so the later).
  • Easy to use but could use some improvements

    By Dancingheart36
Improvement is needed for the create your own pasta. If someone would like to add vegetables, the option needs to be made available for the complete veggie option and individual veggies — broccoli, spinach, tomatoes, roasted tomatoes, etc.
  • Broken App + Store Customer Service = Going to Applebee’s

    By BCBox
It won’t let me add items to a togo order. I tried three times. Each time I started the order, the app said 30 minutes until pickup. After the third time, I gave up and just called your Cheyenne Wyoming store to place the order. They said it would be now an hour. When I changed my mind and didn’t want to wait, she hung up on me. Get your crap together.
  • Wait times not accurate

    By likim3214
Downloaded the app because of the option to check in online. I didn’t check in online because the app said there was no wait even for a party size of 5. Get to the restaurant and there’s at least a 20 minute wait with multiple parties in front of us. If the only useful part of the app is inaccurate then the app isn’t that useful.
