Using Tech Coach on your Windows computer is actually very easy but if you are new to this process, you will definitely need to pay attention to the steps listed below. This is because you will need to download and install a Desktop App emulator for your computer. We will help you download and install Tech Coach on your computer in 4 simple steps below:

1: Download an Andriod Software emulator for Windows

The importance of the emulator is that it emulates or immitates an android environment on your computer, making it super easy to install and run android apps from the comfort of your PC without buying a phone that runs android. 2: Now Install the Software Emulator on your Windows PC

If you successfully downloaded the Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe, go to your Downloads folder on your computer or anywhere you ususally store downloaded files.
Once you have find it, click it to install the application. It should start the installation process on your PC.
Click Next to accept the EULA License agreement.
Follow the on screen directives in order to install the application.
If you do the above correctly, the Software will be successfully installed.

3: How to Use Tech Coach for Windows PC - Windows 7/8 / 8.1 / 10

Now, open the Emulator application you have installed and locate the search bar. Now type Tech Coach in the search bar and hit Search. You will easily see the app. Click on Tech Coach application icon. A window of Tech Coach will open and it will display the app in your Emulator Software. Hit the Install button and your application will start downloading. Now we are all done.
Next, you will see the "All Apps" icon.
Click on it and it will take you to a page containing all your installed applications.
You should see the Tech Coach icon. Click on it and start using the application.

    I went to the Victor store to explain that my replacement iPhone 7 was not syncing with my truck’s Bluetooth. Was told that they didn’t think the phone was the problem; probably something wrong with my truck’s system. I said, “No, the defective phone was connecting with the truck with no problem and the problem started with the new phone.” I was told I would need to call Assurian since they replaced the phone and that “We can’t really do anything about it.” I waited to see if that was her final answer - she handed me a paper to call and get help from TechCoach. I left feeling really disappointed with the “help” I had received. My thought was that I was being told to call these people and fix my own phone. Happy to say that Bennie was quick to identify the problem and cheerfully solve it in minutes. I’m not sure if the young lady in the store was doing her job as instructed but from beginning to end I felt like she was more interested in sending me back out the door than helping me. I had been to the same store two days ago and had a completely different experience for which I complimented and thanked the associate. Not too surprising that the nick name “disappointed” “poor service” and “Nothappy” are already taken.

    My parents was having issues with their tablet being able to print on their wireless printer. My parents are 80 and they use it for basic things only. No google play store acct etc. Contacted a Tech Coach by name of Cyandria. At first she was okay, went through steps which I had done before opening a chat session. I started at 3:50pm with her, she asked if I had HP Smart Print and the plug in, I told her no. Let her know the LG tablet printed fine for last 2 years and just recently had an issue. She had me power printer off and back on when that did not work. She said just download the 2 apps please. I did not take it well but gave her benefit as it was a chat room. So once I installed tried it again still no print. She than ask for me to give her a moment I said ok. This was at 4:35PM, and I never heard back. I sent her several messages as I figured out why it did not print and corrected it. To where printer and tablet was printing again. Since I never had a HO plug in or the other app there was 2 steps I missed and she never told me how to complete the install. I message her several times asking if she could as there never a reply back. I had given up, left my parents came home and chat session was still open at 7:05 still I messages so I sent her another message ending the call and letting her know she provided me with bad service. I have sent an email. If I could rate with a negative that what it would be.

    I’ve only used this App once so far and I’m pretty impressed. I did a Live Chat with a Tech Coach, and they were very professional, informative and extremely knowledgeable. There was literally no wait time, at all, once I was patched through to someone. The unfortunate part, is that they weren’t able to resolve my issue because it didn’t have anything to do with them. They did, however, get the information I needed to get it resolved through another source. I feel the Tech Coach went above and beyond in gathering the information I needed. They sent me phone numbers and a link I needed without me asking. Excellent customer service!!! 5 very big stars from me!!! Thank you, Shelli V.

    You guys are great! Apple on the other hand could use inspiration from your QC! They sell a product thEy know is less than perfect and don’t seem to care! You all areal aye there to help me! It took me two hours to get them to give me the new phone you said I needed! And I had to drive to their store 40 miles away and wait for an hour for an appointment to then wait for another hour if diagnostics by a very nice tech just to be told I had to have a replacement phone ( the second in less than 6 months) that your tech said I needed but had to go to the Apple store to verify I needed! lol. With their track record there should be an Apple Store in every town in America!!!!

    I would give this app zero stars if I could!! Been trying to get my I pad replaced for THRE WEEKS NOW! I’ve talked to many techs 1 Manger and they all promise the same thing, “ oh I’m sorry, we will get that taken care of”. Never did, just got an empty box after the MANAGER assured me I will be receiving the I pad first then had to send in the defective one! No one communicates with anyone down there or never reviewing the notes from previous calls until you TELL them too! Horrible horrible horrible service!! I would talk to one person just to have to wait a week for a package that would never come! Then my last call they tried to blame the USPS !!!! For THEIR MISTAKE !!!! This never never happens when I connect through my phone prescriber. Definitely will be deleting this app!!! A waste of time when you have to repeat yourself time after time again!

    This app was made for “the older generation”. I am not tech savvy or use to all these new phones that seem to come and go as quickly as some new update rolls through. Normally it takes me a year to figure out most of the things my new iPhone does and then something new rolls out again!! Thank you so much for this app! Tech Coach makes this phone user friendly and helps me to keep up with all the new updates and what they mean for me. I feel so much better knowing this feature is around, especially for us older generation when there were no such thing as a cell phone, ATM or debit cards... LOL 🌈

    I have earned the name “ Lucy Ricardo “ 😂😂💕 If it can happen? Ive done it!! I’ve dropped my phone in the pool... hot tub ..dumped a adult drinks on it & yes I hate to admit done the dirty deed of reaching eeeeekkkk😩😩😩😩... reached into a public toilet 🚽 to grab it!!!! As ashamed to admit I did!!! W/ insurance for years I still get raked over the coals & have to pay up front before getting sent a new one... I had no idea to remove my sims card .... So I’ve cracked a few screens holding it in my teeth & I’m very careful & hand it off if going in a porta- pot ... but now I’ve learned “Lucy “ to pull out the sims card!!! 🦋💋❤️😂😂🙄duh ...     First, I’m on new medication and it’s making me so tired. Second, I’m tired, yes, an excuse, but in the tech’s favor. All of a sudden my screen was dark. My normal self would have gone to setting to make the screen brighter. However, God was kind and sent me Cody(I so hope I’ve got your name right!) Anyway, Cody had the “patience of Job.” Customer Service is the most important attribute a company can have followed closely by monthly charges, for those of us who are retired and no increase in cost of living raises in 33 years.     I had tried for several days to set up email on my new iPhone & iPad and just couldn’t figure it out. In less than 10 min Kris helped me get it running on both devices. A while after I thought we were done, Kris reached out just to make sure things were running properly on both devices. That was beyond what I expected. This was my 1st time using the app - the next time I have a problem, I will go straight to Tech Coach!! Today a second issue popped up & Angela helped me figure it out. Once again, Tech Coach has come through big time!!!

    I couldn’t have been more pleased or impressed with the automatic questions and the person who called me several times until it was resolved. I truly don’t know even the simplest things on this phone. I was made to feel very comfortable and it was very easy to follow the steps. When it took more work I was sent to upper tier specialist then called!! They even called back to check in. The best service of this kind I’ve ever used which is why I’m leaving my only and first review ever and I’m 43. Thanks (I am real and am getting nothing for this) 😊
