I really enjoy the way it reads. There are some translation issues but the gospel is very clear. Also wherever a number is written in the text could be made a little clearer for example: 31/4.... Is that 31 4THs or 3 and 1/4. I know what it is, but the way it is in the text is unclear. I would choose a different font, make the size as the text and at least put a space for clarity, i.e, 3 1/4. I also would like better high lighting and cross referencing. Also there was at least one place the Holy Spirit was referred to as "she" which is a very huge problem! The Godhead is masculine the creation is feminine.

I have a few bible apps on my phone. As I compare this to the others, I would have to say that it's my 2nd favorite, right after the "Bible Gateway" app. My only complaint is that while reading the Bible in this app, I don't think you can simply "click" on the book title on top of the page to switch books (like moving from the book of Genesis to the book of Luke). You have to click on the menu button, then on "table of contents," and then scroll through to find what you're looking for. It's not a "huge" deal. It just makes it hard to keep up with pastors that move from verse to verse at the speed of crack. I personally like to set the font to Baskerville, in dark mode, with the "page turning" mode on. I think it looks nifty.

I genuinely love this app. It has been one of the best apps I've ran into and will definitely recommend it to others. Unfortunately though, I was reading Mark 11 and found verse 26 was not in the bible. That was a very important verse concerning what needed to be preached at the moment. This was only one verse that I've FOUND and I hope to not find any more missing. I will still continue to read it but w/ another bible along side. Have a blessed day

This app is a wonderful on the go version of the NLT bible. My only complaints are that you can not copy more than one verse at a time (or at least I haven't been able to figure it out), or highlight multiple verses at one time. As I like to share or save multiple verses at once it gets cumbersome to try and achieve this with this app. Other than that this app is golden!

Wonderful app that allows me to read the Bible anywhere and anytime. I find that using it in church helps to find the passages much quicker. Sometimes the pastor has moved on to the next point by the time I find that obscure verse in my old Bible. Having this with me throughout the day is such a comfort. The NLT version is my favorite! Thank you so much!!!

I have been using this app for a couple of years now. I have downloaded several others since downloading it. I always come back to this one and get rid of the others. It is simple and easy to use. A great version to learn about God!

I enjoy reading from this NLT. The translation makes it easier for me to understand the topic when comparing areas of study to my Life Application Study Bible & my KJV. I do wish that the 'notes' and 'highlight' icons were accessible on my app. I can't get the keyboard to appear when I choose those icons. Am I doing something wrong? Help?
  • Opened a book, found Eternal Life. Pretty neat.

The Bible can teach you many things, but most importantly it can lead you to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Jesus suffered a terrible death, was buried, and rose again. He did all this so you could share in eternal life with God in Heaven. 10/10 I recommend to everyone.

I enjoy reading the NLT and using it along with the ESV during my study time. My only suggestion would be to make it easier to use. The app seems cumbersome to use to find a chapter in the Bible. Lots of steps to get there and not extremely user friendly. Other than that, I appreciate the app.
